Meh. Disney is on the outs anyway. They have no effective IP left. ABC News is the least of their problems. If they can't produce something people want to pay them money for, it's a much bigger problem.
It also has gobs of capital, so that helps. If any Hollywood *can* survive this, it's Disney. They have enough money and reach to handle major losses during their reformation period.

All of them seem to be trending down. Devil Mouse has an aging asshole CEO and a company full of pedos, troons, and malicious nasty feminists that have essentially left families with male kids with no reason to go there. They have been narrowing their desired customers to their parks to those capable of throwing down thousands of dollars to attend and that means very brittle revenue stream if we go into a recession. Movies are in the toilet and I doubt they are making much of a profit yet from streaming--the clue is multiple offers of streaming packages. Broadcast and cable are dying along with their audience.
I think whoever is the next CEO of Disney is going to de-aggregate by spinning off the dying branches like their TV operations while there is still someone willing to buy them.

Not going to happen. Ever. It would take congress to get involved to pull the licenses "immediately". Wishing for it is not going to make it happen. It's about trying to claim the narrative.
We've been in this soup of trying to claim the narrative since about 2007 and the rise of Obama. It was never about policy or effects of policy with the dominant political party. It was just about winning the news cycle. All parties have done this to some extent, but it seems to have become the reason to exist for the DNC after the rise of Obama.
Everyone in their orgs was raised on this. It's the only way to win in their minds. Win the news cycle.

Radical trans online spaces are plain-as-day terrorist grooming and indoctrination operations. The "literal genocide" thing isn't a meme. A lot of them have been convinced that rejection - or even questioning - of their "trans identities" is tantamount to murder. They're crazy to start with and then encouraged to live in a fugue of perceived constant threat to their lives. And they are encouraged to arm up and train with those weapons as a matter of survival.
Take radical trans seriously. They mean it, they're armed, they train and there's an extensive network whipping them toward mass violence with the belief of full moral justification. It is not a coincidence that there have been so many trans mass shootings.

They are in entirely different categories.
Politicians and commentators are not in the same group. Politicians sometimes get assassinated. It's bad when that happens, but people of all political persuasions can grok why it happens. They are out there with their hands on - or grasping for - the levers of power and the stakes are extremely high. Assassination is a known risk and it is known to everyone.
It's different when a social agitator, pundit, commentator, etc. gets assassinated. They are murdered for speech, for ideas, for the danger they pose to establishment power structures, etc. - but not for actual actions with action power. It's an entirely different thing.

I think that's a wildly overstated risk. I hope we don't have to find out, but the loss of that dam would be brutally devastating, but probably not a kill shot. The disruption to interior shipping might be the biggest consequence. The major industrial base is pretty far away from it. Hundreds of villages and smaller cities would be lost, and probably millions dead, but I doubt it would be enough to bring down China.
But why risk it? China likes agitation and subversion much more than direct action, and it's much more likely to succeed.
