The Morning Report — 9/16/25

LLeLLOSHIP.jpg

Good morning kids. From the moment we saw the horrific image of a bullet slamming through Charlie Kirk's neck, the blood libels gushed out in a torrent along with his lifeblood. One of the first things we heard was that the shot came from a pistol packing rally-goer who was firing off celebratory rounds willy nilly. And then without any evidence whatsoever, the Democrat Propaganda complex blamed the so-called right wing. Given the weight of history and of who and what Charlie Kirk was, as well as the weight of evidence that has been collected since this nightmare began, it was ridiculous on the face of it, and yet here we are one week later.

Soon after authorities identified Charlie Kirk's alleged assassin, Tyler Robinson, a conspiracy theory began to rocket around liberal corners of the internet. Robinson, the theory went, may have appeared to be on the left side of the political aisle but was actually a supporter of President Donald Trump trying to make liberals look bad.

The evidence that Robinson is a staunch leftist is compelling. He left anti-fascist calling cards on the ammunition found at the scene. He told family members about his disdain for Kirk's political views. He was living with a male romantic partner who identifies as transgender. Investigators who interviewed those close to Robinson came away with the clear impression that he "was a person who was deeply indoctrinated with leftist ideology," according to Utah governor Spencer Cox (R.).

The plurality of Americans surveyed in a YouGov poll bought into the false narrative that the alleged assassin of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk is a Republican.

Several notable figures rushed to claim that the suspect, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, was a conservative Christian, though Republican Utah Gov. Spencer Cox and federal authorities later confirmed that Robinson became “deeply indoctrinated with leftist ideology.” The poll found that 24% of all adults have bought into the idea that Robinson is not, in fact, liberal.

Yes you cannot hate the media enough. I better be careful, but I am assuming despite that declaration, Black Rock, 30 Rockefeller Plaza and CNN HQ will not encounter simultaneous truck bombs from anyone who read that.

Elsewhere, despite the ululations from the Leftists over Charlie Kirk's being slaughtered as is sadly, though clearly evident in the links, one more disgusting than the other as you slog through them.

It is encouraging that worldwide there have been wonderful outpourings of grief and praise for this truly remarkable man. More crucially, there have been thousands of inquiries both from here at home and from all over the world from people looking to become part of TPUSA and align themselves with the free speech movement that he championed so effectively.

As George Patton in his eponymous biopic sadly noted upon the death in battle of his Aide de camp "I can't see the reason such fine young men get killed. There are so many battles yet to fight."

But let the words of his grieving widow serve as a clarion call and a way forward.

On Friday, she addressed the nation, a mere fifty-four hours after he was viciously assassinated. Her speech was an amazing testament to her courage and resilience. She showed no signs of retreating. In fact, her goal is to expand the message and outreach of her husband’s remarkable organization, Turning Point USA.

The sixteen-minute address was truly astounding as Erika Kirk displayed unbelievable poise and composure. She vowed, “The cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry.”

She also reassured the millions of people who supported her husband. She said, “To everyone listening tonight across America, the movement my husband built will not die. It won’t. I refuse to let that happen. It will not die. All of us will refuse to let that happen.”

Erika Kirk was not only responding as an aggrieved widow, but she was also speaking for millions of conservatives nationwide who are tired of the continual abuse they receive from lunatic leftists.

From Hebdo to Kirk, here we are. No surrender, and no retreat. While this is encouraging. . .

White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller pledged on Monday to use the whole of the federal government to target and dismantle the organized left-wing domestic terrorist movement in the United States.

Miller made the remarks to Vice President J.D. Vance, who was hosting The Charlie Kirk Show as a special tribute to the 31-year-old Turning Point USA founder. Kirk, a conservative firebrand and devout follower of Jesus Christ, was assassinated while engaging in debate at Utah Valley University on Wednesday, September 10. The suspect in the case, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, was reportedly in a romantic relationship with a male transgender roommate, and “Hey fascist! Catch!” was inscribed on one of the rounds found in the alleged murder weapon.

“I have an organized strategy to go after the left-wing organizations that are promoting violence in this country, and I will write those words onto my heart, and I will carry them out,” Miller said. “If people ask me, you know, what emotions I’m feeling right now… I mean, you kind of know the answer. There’s incredible sadness, but there’s incredible anger. And the thing about anger is that unfocused anger or blind rage is not a productive emotion. But focused anger, righteous anger directed for a just cause is one of the most important agents of change in human history.”

As I said, encouraging until you realize that the Democrat National Committee and Party are at the top of the food chain here. Much of their campaign lucre, goes directly or indirectly via NGOs or Bureaucratic slush funds in the form of grants to organizations that promote, foment or even directly participate in violence or other tactics to persecute, punish and abuse their political opponents/enemies.

As some have posted, and I have articulated here for quite some time, and as recently as yesterday, the greatest mistake of history was that the Democrat Party was not absolutely dismantled and outlawed following the Civil War that they caused. Everything wrong with this country, politically and culturally — all of the bloodshed, misery, suffering, dislocation, wastage of life, treasure and human potential is directly the fault of the Democrat Left's policies and actions it has inflicted on us since at least the time that Aaron Burr murdered Alexander Hamilton right up until the present day. Period, full stop.

To swipe the saying of Democrat Superhero Mao Tse Tung, let a hundred flowers bloom - - let Charlie Kirk's martyrdom Let a million patriots come forward to carry on in his name.

Amen!

And lastly, a quick shout-out and thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. It truly is appreciated more than you can know.

The idiots publicly cheering the murder and getting fired for their speech are in the FO stage. They truly thought that everyone around them thought the same way they did and they are finding out they have been living in a liberal echo chamber where 80% of America does not hold their beliefs.

So Wiener then goes a head and dehumanizes CK Right There.

IOW, Wiener knows that he himself is wicked and depraved, so to remind us, he proudly steps forward to lie, insult and engage in gross hypocrisy - the signature of Satan. †

I note that CNN (or some other mouthpiece) used the term "cultural" in describing the transgender slogans on bullets used in the assassination of Kirk.

79 The Democrats are desperate for a distraction from Kirk.

If a casual perusal of Boston-area media is any indication, it's going to be about poor, innocent chilluns minding their business who've been swept up by the ICEstapo.

I would love to think that the Kirk assassination is a watershed. I would love to think that Miller is serious and will tear down the Democrats. I would love to think Trump is going to use the full force of the government to get these bastards. But I've been down this road too many times to have hope.

And yes, I know Charlie Kirk was all about hope. But he was young and had a glad spirit. I'm not and don't.

Anyway, as I always say, I'm just an asshole commenter on a Smart Military Blog. No need to take me seriously.

That is confused. It clings to the common but mistaken belief that John Locke actually believed in Natural Rights, at least in the historical understand of the term. He did not. His view was actually a form of the Divine Command theory - we know of them ONLY because God told us.

That makes the word "natural" pointless. The actual theory means that those who don't know God can still know this part of the law. And while Locke gave lip service to Richard Hooker (the foremost recent English exponent), he ignored Hooker's actual ideas.

People cheered the killing of Brian Thompson as if extra-judicial justice mete out on the street was virtuous to no push-back from the press. After all who likes paying too much for medical care?

I thought the positive response to the murder obscene at the time. No one was punished in the least for the base responses.

So Robinson and his furry friends saw nothing wrong with murdering their target either.
And this time the cheering was Gazian invasion loud. From all corners people expressed support for murder. To silence a peaceful opponent of their political ideology. In America, the land of the 1st Amendment.

Obviously our schools are not teaching and inculcating Constitutional and Biblical values. And graduating into adulthood young people who are okay with using violence to get their way.

So incarceration for these guilty homicidal freaks is scratching the surface. Is anything going to be done to recalibrate the school systems?

I know there are thousands, possibly tens of thousands in the DFW metroplex that don't have insurance and don't pay a dime for their care. There are signs in both english and spanish in every hospital and clinic telling them they don't have to pay for any care they receive and they can't be denied care for any reason including immigration status. And there is a hot line number they can call if someone tries to make them pay or refuses them care.

Vance talked about it. Giving out fliers with Miller's name and address, and basically asking people to go after him and his family. Nice trick, they were just exercising freedom of speech, but then a loon like that one in FL who tried to assassinate Trump, just might get the idea. I am concerned that there is a list of Trump administration people, and influencers that is going around the dark web that has names like Kirk and Miller on it. Hope he gets super security.

Glenn Miller died in 1944 (at 40) when his Army plane, a UC-64, "disappeared" somewhere over the English Channel. Wreckage never found. The next day the Battle of the Bulge began. Maybe that had something to do with no one noticing for, like, 5 days, he was missing.

Miller's wife was notified December 23rd, a full ten days after his plane took off.

@FBIDDBongino
: “This is not the end of this investigation. It's not even the end of the beginning of the investigation… everybody's obviously innocent to proven guilty in this Constitutional Republic, but we are investigating a potential broader network of people who may have known.”

The stakes are high: anyone aware beforehand faces aiding charges.

Bongino stressed that no platform, ideology, or excuse will shield conspirators from federal agents nationwide.

By their nature, the two departments work at vastly different speeds. It can take months to work with the FBI and other law enforcement agencies to build a case and then get indictments and then after months go to court.

It doesn't take anytime at all to arrest an illegal alien when you know exactly where they are.

It took 5 days just to find the Marathon bombers in Boston. It took 33 hours to catch Kirk's assassin but lots of people still complain about the speed Kash is working.

Voters do not declare a party when they register to vote in Minnesota, so there is nothing to change! Minnesota has an "open primary" so voters choose which party's primary to participate in when they vote their ballot.
In most cases no one will know which party's primary you voted in. However, for the Presidential Primary, the major party chair will get a list of voters who chose their party's ballot.

The movie is boring psychobabble that manipulates the audience through thin and unbelievable use of memory to create a mystery that everyone in the movie knows but keeps secret from the audience in order to manufacture tension, all coming to a dramatic place roughly three inches from where it started.

But yes, the acting is good. Not Raging Bull good, but good.

No it's not. Unless you think Bondi is the US Attorney for every case the DOJ handles.

Bondi is the Attorney General of the DOJ. She doesn't run cases. She manages the department and all of the people in it who run cases. The Solicitor General's office is just another department within the DOJ.

If people are going to argue that her DOJ isn't getting enough wins they need to consider everything that office is doing. You don't just get to cherry pick things you don't like.

The AG does not personally:

- manage any sub-agencies (FBI, DEA, ATF, Marshals, Bureau of Prisons)

By your argument, the AG deserves neither credit nor condemnation for anything done by the DOJ.

So along comes Charlie Kirk, who appears to NOT have been a lizard person ... and so WAS fallen. I followed my instinct and asked DuckDuckGo, "What was Charlie Kirk's net worth." Sadly the answer of $12M did not surprise me. My wife and I graduated with electrical engineering degrees in the early 80s. During our combined decades of toil, (and careful pinching of pennies,) we amassed much less wealth than Charlie in the decade and a half since quitting college and forming the Turning Point USA nondenominational sect.

Charlie's $12M = Mammon worship.

Not even The Sting?

Had a crush on Redford back in his handsome days, and loved Joplin's The Entertainer.

Love The Sting. I just digitized my soundtrack album from the movie. Bought the album in 1973. Guess I'm over 29.

372 Bondi is not good, and not good for our side.

Trump is 0 for 3 on AG picks. Gaetz was probably okay given the rush to destroy him so 1 for 4.

It's ok to not like her - it doesn't make you a traitor. She's bad news. Very bad news and, like Bigmouth Billy Barr, it will all come out in the wash.

377 No it's not.

Actually, yes. Both Desi Arnaz saw the future and filmed "I Love Lucy" on 35mm film using the three camera technique in front of a live audience. The show has never stopped running. The original 39 Honeymooners were also filmed on 35mm using the Dumont Electronicam process where a 35mm camera was used with the normal television camera using a image splitter to feed the image to both the film camera and the image orthicon tube in the TV camera. Those 35mm prints are why both shows looked so good.

389 A book that has not yet gone on sale is already causing tremors in French politics. It is Les Complices du mal by Franco-Syrian journalist Omar Youssef Souleimane, and will be published in early October. The volume, the result of extensive field research, reveals the links between leaders of La France Insoumise (LFI), the far-left party of Jean-Luc Mélenchon, and Islamist organizations close to the Muslim Brotherhood and their growing influence in French political and social life.

The controversy erupted when LFI’s lawyers sent a legal notice to the publisher in an attempt to stop its release, accusing it of “attacking the honor of the movement.” Many interpreted this as an attempt at censorship: the book was not yet in circulation, and the complainants could hardly have read it. For the author himself, this reaction shows that he has struck a nerve: “I fled Syria to live in a free country, and thirteen years later I find politicians who want to silence me,” laments Souleimane.

Being overrun by "civil society!"

To that end, wondering if the 78,000 new IRS agents and/or other skilled investigatory personnel were/are needed? The bottomline is it seems "old" investigation and auditing ways are again needed. (Perhaps an approach by Miller?)

>IRS Exempt Organizations, 503(c)(3) Tax Guide for Churches and Other Religious Organizations. (Like BO's U.S. Constitution, another "living" document, one that will be revised to take into account future developments and feedback.)

Introduction: "Congress has enacted special tax laws that apply to churches, religious organizations and ministers in recognition of their unique status in American society and of their rights guaranteed by the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. Churches and religious organizations are generally exempt from income tax and receive other favorable treatment under the tax law; however, certain income of a church or religious organization may be subject to tax, such as income from an unrelated business."

>On more local fronts, what are your state's, county's, local municipality's rules for Non-profit Entities and taxes (i.e., real estate)?

FYI, from 2022 when there were areas of concern locally: The Foundation for Delaware County*, "Exempt No More: Nonprofit Entities Increasingly Targeted for Local Real Estate Taxes in PA" (guest columnist).

It ends, "For those that work with or advise nonprofit entities, knowing how to safeguard against an exemption challenge and how to properly qualify for one is essential to protecting against the growing challenges nonprofit entities face in Pennsylvania’s local real estate tax environment."

Guess they won as county taxes alone went up 23%, mostly hurting formerly middle-class, but now older, homeowners.

>CBS News, Sister of Corey Comperatore speaks out ahead of Trump's return to Butler County for rally, Pittsburgh, October 3, 2024

In part, "He (Trump) is so very sorry for what happened," she added. "He feels almost a personal responsibility for it. You can tell when he says 'I'm sorry' it's from his heart. He's truly sorry. It shouldn't have happened."
