Soooo, were these castrations done by the owner when already in Arab lands or was it done by traders before shipment, kind of like an import regulation?
Obviously the Arabs were racists in their ways, but it would be interesting if what they did to 'protect' themselves in their lands (castration) was not done when they exported to other countries, selling others what they themselves considered dangerous.

2) Lack of nuclear weapons. The ones we had were large and mainly craft-built.
3) Our delivery B-29s did not have range for a return trip for many needed targets.
4) Lack of Intel on targets outside of cities in range.
5) The main factories were outside of P-51 escort range. They were beyond the Ural Mountains.

I think that that's completely wrong and a misreading of the Constitution, but that's what's going to happen. Krasner is full of shit and he knows it.
Personally, I think that Krasner should be able to charge federal officials with local crimes. Then he should be charged with the "under color of law" federal statute.

I can. The National.Park Service is under the Dept of the Interior, and they have mounted Park Rangers.
Now, why the riders don't groom their own horses(which is SOP on any working ranch) deserves investigation, but there may be a valid reason for this contract.

I don't see why Trump cannot federalize the Chicago PD. How would that be any different than Obama federalizing 15 PDs across the land with his Consent Decree "reforms"?
