Nothing will replace the fed grant machine. It wasn't just direct donations to Democrats fed through salaries of NGO employees and such, it's the creation of an entire media ecosystem from those funds that pushed Democrat ideals upon the populace.

In that they were required to reject any donation w/o a zip and that any donations adding over $100 must be reported--but can't report if you don't have an address.

A lot of this money, no one ever was "taxed" to get it. They just say "hey, DOJ needs money to give to the Florpydorp Foundation for Creative Urban Buttfuckery", so DOJ goes to Treasury and Treasury goes to the Fed, and hey presto there's money in the FFCUB's accounts.

If a card taker (merchant) doesn't enforce AVS or CVV2, the credit card transaction is called "non-compliant". Non-compliant transactions have a much higher discount rate than compliant transactions. If the card is from overseas, it is called "international non-compliant," and the discount rate skyrockets.

Find out if ActBlue's merchant bank is properly penalizing them for non-compliance, or if they have a 'special agreement' in their contract (which violates PCI regulations set by Visa/MC/Amex) to waive the fees, and if that constitutes an illegal payment-in-kind to the Democrats.

By the way: the BLM website (I checked it in 2020) was a false front for Act Blue donations--if you scrolled down past the bottom edge of the front page, a white bar popped up that coyly revealed that "ActBlue is a 501-c charitable corporation" (etc.). So all donations to the BLM racists were funneled straight into ActBlue's coffers, but they were trying to hide that from casual scrutiny.

The stench of these people is rank; it assaults the nostrils.
