Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Shock: Crack Addict and Prostitute Addict With No Obvious Source of Income Doesn't Pay His Lawyers for Defending Him in CourtI would guess that $50,000 is the minimum amount of the claim needed to get into superior court or whatever. $50,000 should not be taken as anywhere near what Hunter the Crackhead owes. It's just that they have to note in their lawsuit that the money sought exceeds this threshold. "This is breach of contract action against Mr. Biden for unpaid legal fees," Winston & Strawn LLP wrote in its complaint, the New York Post reported. "Despite repeated requests for payment, Mr. Biden has failed to pay the amounts he owes." "Although a portion of those fees have been paid," the complaint reads, "Mr. Biden presently owes [Winston & Strawn] substantially in excess of $50,000 in fees and interest that are due and payable." Winston & Strawn represented Hunter Biden in both the Delaware gun case and the California tax evasion case. ... This isn't the first time that Hunter Biden, who has a long history of alcohol and drug addictions, has struggled to finance his legal defense. In January 2024, Hollywood entertainment lawyer Kevin Morris testified to Congress that he had been paying "various attorneys" on behalf of the then-first son. By last May--just weeks before Biden's gun trial--Morris reportedly told associates he was "completely tapped out" from footing the bill for millions in legal expenses for years.Weird that Kevin Morris won't pay Hunter Biden's bills now that Joe Biden (and his ability to raise money through Biden, Inc.) isn't in office. Did their friendship just end? Or was it always a criminal scam to illegally donate money to Hunter Biden?

Winston & Strawn? You can rack up $50K for one of their partners to mark up revisions on an associate's draft while he takes a dump. I've never understood why someone who's made as much in graft as Biden would even balk at paying these guys off.
OTOH, if you think that Goggle's AI is neutral, there's this on his net worth: Estimates of Joe Biden's net worth vary, with Forbes estimating it at around $10 million as of June 2024 . This includes assets like his two homes in Delaware, which are valued at an estimated $7 million combined. He also owns a 1967 Corvette Stingray, estimated to be worth $100,000. Biden's wealth has increased since taking office, primarily due to the rise in real estate values. He also earns a $400,000 annual salary as president. Financial disclosures from May 2023 indicated that his assets ranged between $1 million and $2.65 million as of 2022. It's important to note that a claim suggesting his net worth had increased to $41 million by 2022 was rated as false by PolitiFact Yeah, a rise in real estate values. That's it. I mean, who would ever doubt the work of Politifact? Posted by: Archimedes at June 25, 2025 04:33 PM (Riz8t) 36

The curious thing about the Koran is that there are "problem words" but it's supposed to be written in Arabic, dictated by an angel. Why would there be errors if that was the case? How could Mo write down the wrong word?
Posted by: Ace-Endorsed Author A.H. Lloyd at June 25, 2025 05:13 PM (ZOv7s) archaic Arabic, and remember that the whole problem ending in the Reformation came about because of new translations of the Bible from the original Greek and Aramaic texts that were recovered from the East. These showed that the common Bible used at that time (prior to 12th Century) in Europe was full of errors, mistranslations, misinterpretations and outright forgeries. This is the genesis of the Geneva Bible, Wycliff's martyrdom, the split in the Church that ended in Luther's theses, and pretty much the 13 -16th centuries. To say "but they don't understand Arabic" is a facile argument that comes more from misunderstanding languages and dialects than any real academic stance. The Spanish spoken in Leon in 1490 is different from that spoken in Cadiz in 1930, for example, and Arabic has kicked around further and longer than that Posted by: Kindltot at June 25, 2025 05:22 PM (D7oie) 270

The NYC Mayoral elections always have multiple candidates. The last election had nine candidates running on ten official ballot lines (Curtis Sliwa was endorsed by two parties).
In that election, Eric Adams, the endorsed Democrat, won 67% of the vote. In the prior election, the endorsed Democrat won 66% of the vote. Before that, Michael Bloomberg bought a couple of elections. There is, I suppose, a small chance Curtis Sliwa could win. It's more likely that Cuomo is put up as an independent financed again by Bloomberg, and he has a better shot than Sliwa, I would imagine. But rapper terror-lover already beat Cuomo once, so ... Posted by: weft cut-loop at June 25, 2025 05:20 PM (mlg/3) This is not the argument ending stance you think it is.
