61 Lovely landscape. You can almost hear the water flowing over the rocks in the stream. Symons is listed as an American Impressionist but the only part of this painting that seems Impressionistic is the water. (Shades of Givenchy.) The rest is beautifully realistic without being a photograph. It is restful, soft, like the first thaw of winter awakening into early spring. Very nice. Definitely something I would hang.

Anyone who enjoys Alistair Sim would like a 1946 movie he made-Green For Danger. Plays a Scotland Yard investigator sleuthing mysterious deaths at a field hospital in the English countryside during the war. Good film, complete with V-1s hitting nearby. Uranium storage should be the most secure and deepest built part of that kind of facility.

Especially since it needs to be held and maintained in liquid form at a constant 135 degrees.

Is it there? Probably (moving thousands of tons of liquid uranium is not...easy). Was the storage antechamber damaged? It's an assumption.

I dunno. I'm just doubtful. What would probably kill it harder is if the power failed and the temp maintenance stopped working.

It’s the opposite. If they weren’t badly damaged they don’t want Trump (or anyone) to know. That just invites more strikes. If I’m Iran I want the world to assume everything has been blowd up real good like.

an "unnamed source" making sh1t up and leaking it to a pet reporter.
That is pretty much all anything is any more. It has the benefit of "being a confirmation" via media reporting for greater assessment when added to the story made up in the first place that was the source of the leak.
