Well, that escalated quickly. It really took a jump.

Trump foolishly suggested cutting "government subsidies" to Elon Musk to save money. Those aren't subsidies, those are contracts for Musk's companies' services.

And then Musk went absolutely nuclear.

I certainly believe Epstein TRIED to court Trump, as he did with all sorts of powerful people. I'm sure he had a few meetings with him, too...there are certainly photos of them together at social events.

That's pretty much the connections. I'd say maybe there's more, but there are two problems with that theory: first, if there was more we'd have heard about it by now; second, the stuff we've seen so far totally excludes Trump from anything hinky or troubling.

And then when Epstein's case went to court in Florida years ago, Trump was the only person who came forward and offered to testify against Epstein according to the lawyer for the girls suing Epstein.

It's old news that Trump got a ride or two from FL to NYC on Epstein's plane while his was having the oil changed or whatever. There has never been any documentation that he flew to Pedo Island or anywhere else.

They tried to throw Trump in prison for life, raided his home, impeached him twice, bankrupt and then put a bullet in his head but somehow never released the evidence they had that would've ended Trump's political life. Adds up.

The evidence is pretty strong that those flights were innocent ride-sharing as they were not to the island. It also makes sense that Epstein would be making a strong effort to ingratiate himself with Trump and Mar a Largo (for connections to other people.)

There is also evidence that Trump became an enemy when he understood what Epstein was. That does not mean he did not get involved in anything dirty, only that there is ZERO evidence to date.

This proves nothing, as it could be possible that Trump had NO idea what Epstein was really up to. When Epstein was being prosecuted down in Florida prior to DJT becoming President, Donald contact the Prosecutors office and told them "What do you want to know?" No one else did.
I think another factor about Epstein is that he was working for both the CIA and Mossad, and it is going to be impossible to scrub that out of the files.

This it the real reason the DOGE savings numbers are so far short of what Elon promised. Eh, Musk's statement is very carefully worded.

He said "...Trump is in the Epstein Files...".

That's very different than saying: "Trump was an Epstein client" or "Trump banged young girls on Epstein's island.".

"In the files" could just as easily mean Trump and Epstein met for Cronuts and Coffee at "Cronuts R Us" in Manhattan." or Trump talked to Epstein briefly at a cocktail party".

If Musk had clear evidence, he would've made his accusation clearly.

If I had to guess, it's a nothing because the Democrats had control of those files for the last 16 years at least and they hate Trump yet nothing came out.

This sounds more like Musk having a spaz-attack to try to hurt Trump with innuendo.

The Filibuster is a RULE, not a Law. It can be changed with a simple majority vote...

Hell, just change it back to its original form. Before 1972 ALL Senate business stopped during a Filibuster. Nothing else could be voted on.... now? they are silent and can go on for months.

Since that change, the use of filibusters has essentially made the Senate rule by minority...

Trump has basically told us what this is about, threatening Musk's govt contracts. Obviously, that's what this is about.
Musk's team is probably mostly composed of people with TDS on steroids. That's probably why the Starship launches have not done as well as expected. There might even be outright sabotage going on.

This undoubtedly goes well beyond space exploration. Musk is practically the father of the Space Force - there's undoubtedly all kinds of Top Secret Space Force contracts going on that are super important. Apparently they decided that they need space between Elon and Trump for those contracts to succeed.

Eh, Musk's statement is very carefully worded.

He said "...Trump is in the Epstein Files...".

That's very different than saying: "Trump was an Epstein client" or "Trump banged young girls on Epstein's island.".

If I had to guess, it's a nothing because the Democrats had control of those files for the last 16 years at least and they hate Trump yet nothing came out.

This sounds more like Musk having a spaz-attack to try to hurt Trump with innuendo.

Let's go further.
1) OF COURSE Trump is "in the files". At one point he volunteered anti-Epstein information for a prosecution! Musk adds that the truth will come out - and that's the truth that will come out. It's all fake.
2) Musk and Trump are putting space between themselves for some purpose. I suspect it's so that Musk's contracts can proceed successfully, given how widespread TDS likely is within his SpaceX team. That would explain why the contracts are being singled out.
