Biological Male Cheater Steals Titles from Girls In California Track Championships

Their "compromise" with Trump's order to enforce Title IX according to the actual law was allowing the girls this man previously eliminated from competing for the championship to compete against him again, and lose to the male cheater again.

A transgender athlete in California took first place in the girls' high and triple jump championship events Saturday, as Donald Trump threatened to cut funding.
AB Hernandez, a junior at Jurupa Valley High School in Riverside County, won the events but shared the spotlight for first place due to a policy change from the event organizer, according to the New York Post.
The California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) announced a rule change Tuesday stating that any biological female who placed behind a transgender athlete will retain her original placement, according to the outlet. Additionally, the rule allowed for an extra biological female to compete in any event that included Hernandez.
This policy change came amid threats from President Donald Trump to withhold funding from California due to Hernandez being allowed to compete in female events.
"California, under the leadership of Radical Left Democrat Gavin Newscum, continues to ILLEGALLY allow 'MEN TO PLAY IN WOMEN'S SPORTS,'" Trump said in a Truth Social post Tuesday.
"THIS IS NOT FAIR, AND TOTALLY DEMEANING TO WOMEN AND GIRLS. Please be hereby advised that large scale Federal Funding will be held back, maybe permanently, if the Executive Order on this subject matter is not adhered to," he went on to say. He also called for local authorities to intervene if Hernandez was allowed to compete.
During the track-and-field events, a plane flew overhead that read "No Boys In Girls' Sports," according to a post to X.

Below, a lawyer who opposes this lunacy refuses to go along with the perpetually PMSing CNN anchorette's use of the fake pronoun "her" to describe AB Hernandez.

CS and EE in the engineering school had been doing it for a long time as you might expect. This time they cross linked the CS advanced track with the Liberal Arts Linguistic classes.

That's not really true. Even the most elite competitors lose races or events. Usain Bolt at the height of his dominance was upset several times. He actually had a rivalry with an American runner (I forget his name) who beat him. That's one of the greatest runners of all time.

Used to hate a Nazi librarian who refused to let me get out science and history books when I was reading from one side of the library to another. Mom was out in the car with the younger kids and had to come in. Probably before I was in school.

Long time later my mom had gotten a library job there and I was picking her up when using the car back from college and was trying to remember how the other librarian looked unpleasantly familiar and my mom noticed the look and as we left told me that she was that same woman who harassed me about books.

I was living in Chicago in the Jordan Years and the Rodman teams were amazing. When they got in sync teams would just not be able to score. They get the ball, go down, shots passes are contested and one shot goes up...and Rodman rebounds (or Pippen or Jordan) and the offense can do what they want. Jordan misses, Rodman rebounds and that's 20 seconds more off the clock.

That, and the old best announcers were great at knowing how to fill a gap with a good story or analysis. Dave Niehaus and Vin Scully always had an amazing anecdote or tale to fill when the manager went to the mound or there was a short delay of some kind. They kept the game interesting no matter what was going on the field.

I love watching old baseball games, classic vintage stuff. The game how it is supposed to be played, and moves fast. Every new innovation to speed up the game drags it more and more.

Well, aside from the filler I mentioned above, announcers started on the radio where you couldn't see anything (sometimes recreating the game with just the scorecard notes).

But stuff like Football, if you didn't have the flashy graphics and announcers you'd notice how little is actually happening on the field and how dull the game is.

Not just his reach, tho it was huge. He watched everyone practice to see how the ball came off the board depending on the spin and he would be moving after it before it even came off the backboard.

The farther back you go the more sports merges into warfare contests. Tribes in California used to meet in a designated field more or less the size of a football field and take turns lobbing spears from each end like a dodgeball game. Damage was low and if someone got hurt they all went home.

Lots of filler so ads can bombard you on the TV. Stadiums at pro games have lots of distractions so you don't notice nothing is going on. Go to a small time college or high school football game and it goes much quicker.

One of the more interesting 'tribal' sports i heard of was 2 teams of men working in the rail yard. The 'hoppers' had lost a leg or foot, the other team had lost arms or hands. The one armed side won pretty easily but I bet they had a good time regardless.
