The Morning Report — 4/ 25 /25

SchumerGun.jpg

Good morning kids. Well it certainly looks as if the left is baying for blood, or yet another day ending in "Y." As CBD and I along with our fantastic guest Vox Clamantis discussed on the latest episode of the podcast (linked here and in the sidebar)

President Trump has very few options in standing up to what amounts to a coup being perpetrated on his presidency and the American people by a rogue judiciary, that in the cases of immigration law and deportations rests on the complete and intentional bastardization of the definitions of "Due Process," Over and above attempts to block executive actions vis a vis DOGE and the reining in of the bureaucratic state. Of course, this is but one front in the continuing Civil War against the Republic as founded. Whether this is version 2.0 or another chapter which began either after Aaron Burr murdered Alexander Hamilton, coinciding with the infamous Marbury v. Madison case that bears directly on said Judiciary, or after 1865, or with Wilson or FDR it makes little difference.

Our President and now all of us are being demonized, etherized and dehumanized to the point of making us legitimate targets for elimination, politically and physically, that have zero protections.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said Thursday on MSNBC’s “Chris Jansing Reports” that if President Donald Trump disobeyed a Supreme Court order, “extraordinary action will be necessary.”
Jansing said, “The Supreme Court said the administration must facilitate the return of Kilmer Abrego Garcia, who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador. That has not happened. Are we at the point, Senator, where you feel extraordinary action is warranted?”

Emphasis mine. And so, the question is how many divisions does the Supreme Court and Chuck Schumer have?

Of course, there's always this, which is but the latest example of who and what is the Democrat base and party itself.

While plotting upcoming protests, Rep. Delia Ramirez, D-Ill., urged demonstrators to target congressmen at church.

“Folks, colleagues of mine should not be able to go to church or to go to the neighborhood gas station — if they pump their own gas, because I work with a lot of billionaires,” Ramirez said. “They should not be able to, without seeing community asking them ‘What the hell are you doing [for] my Social Security? What the hell are you doing to protect my Medicaid? Why the hell are you not standing up to protect public education in this country?’”

On a more positive note, this actually happened:

Federal prosecutors have declared intent to seek the death penalty against Luigi Mangione, according to a court document filed on Thursday evening.

The filing was obtained by Courthouse News Service on Thursday.

It comes a week after Mangione, who is accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, was indicted on federal charges.

The court document argues that Mangione “intentionally” killed Thompson because of his position as the CEO of a health insurance company.

Of course with prosecutors like Alvin Bragg and judges like Boasberg, as well as John Roberts, and more crucially with an alarming percentage of the citizenry viewing Mangione as well as Hamas boosters and Islamic terrorists and Tren de Aragua gangsters as heroes,

Schumer's poisonous words as well as this filthy lying Shit-whore are a green light to commit acts of violence in the guise of personal and societal self-defense. How long before the jail housing Mangione will be targeted by Antifa goons in an attempt to break Mangione out. Of course the Hakeem Jeffries' and Titty Caca AOC's will be nowhere near the line of fire but manning the bullhorns and grandstanding in front of the CNN and MSNSDAP cameras while Banjo Boy and credibly accused intern-murderer Joe Scarborough describes the action as a mostly peaceful Warsaw Ghetto uprising moment or some such rot.

Speaking of Antifa goon squads, Jan Schakowsky, an evil bint congress vermin from Chicago has decided to not seek re-election, this good news comes on the heels of would be mass-assassin-linked Illinois senator Dick Durbin also throwing in the towel. As for Schakowsky, she and especially her husband Robert Creamer are directly linked with organizing mobs and goon squads to confront and assault Republicans and others they deem as political enemies.

While it's certainly good news that Durbin and Schakowsky are leaving the scene, or at least the spotlight, maybe it's too much to hope for that this might be a harbinger for a return to some sort of sanity for Illinois. Considering that the Left's bench is very dark and very deep, and that their unslakable lust for absolute power is insatiable, I won't hold my breath. Considering the above-quoted Delia Ramirez vermin is also from Illinois.

Elsewhere, I note with great sorrow the 110th anniversary of the Turkish Muslim genocide perpetrated against Armenia. Considering the nature of Islam, horrible and catastrophic as this event was, it was not and should not be viewed as an isolated incident, as Wednesday's observance of Holocaust Remembrance Day reminds us as well as the most recent slaughter of Hindus in Kashmir. And the over 100 million butchered in little more than a century, and counting (with places like North Korea, Cuba and Red China still racking up the body count), in the name of advancing socialism/communism.

Evil never rests, and neither should we. God bless the memory of all who perished at the hands of totalitarian evil in all its forms.

And lastly, a quick shout-out and thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. It truly is appreciated more than you can know.

Have a great weekend.

    ABOVE THE FOLD, BREAKING, NOTEWORTHY

  • The document also claims that the 26-year-old presents “a future danger” because he expressed intent “to target an entire industry, and rally political and social opposition to that industry.”
Federal prosecutors officially file intent to seek death penalty against Luigi Mangione
  • Look, I don’t know if it’s having a certain level of ego or whether it’s pure stupidity — heck, maybe both — but the left in this country, or at least the freeloaders in our government who oppose cleaning up the swamp because it puts their cushy, accountability-free lifestyles at risk, are absolutely getting everything they deserve from President Donald Trump’s administration — or maybe they “deserve” more.

2 Happy Friday, one and all. It's yet another wonderful day at the GPROMD and things are good for the most part. I have most of my co-workers in the office, the one co-worker is doing well being a new father and he'll be back in May and there is just enough coffee in my system to prevent the headline of "Tragedy struck when" being attached to my name.

We called that "welfare" and it was supposed to usher in this glorious era where struggling families could get help. What happened is that the family unit was no longer important and women stood to make money at having kids and not a husband.

So the 5K should conditional upon being married and knowing who the father is.

14 Of course, the stupid Democrat political sign I mentioned at the end of the previous thread post was not as stupid as another Democrat sign "_____ for Governor. Jersey Values."
What is a Jersey value?. Yes, Yes; I cannot stay for the wisecracks. Too high taxes? Urban sprawl? Too much traffic congestion? So many illegal aliens you can't go into the Wawa without feeling as if you're in a foreign country because nobody but one worker is speaking English?. It makes me want to put up some snide political signs beside them, but I have no money to purchase them.

I'm no longer listening to the administration wail and beat their breasts about the Court. Yes, it's a rogue Court. Yes, it's an arm of the Democrat Party, and it runs defense for their rancid Deep State at every turn. I know the situation, and so does everyone else.

At this point, Trump has two options.

1.) Meek compliance. It's a bad option. We get another bound and gagged Trump administration, and the deep state wins yet another huge victory. But he can say he played by the rules, and he can whine a lot about how crooked everyone is, so I guess that's something, right?

2.) Open defiance. Very painful. Trump gets impeached again. He probably survives it, and also probably gets devastated in the House during the midterms. The administration accomplishes nothing else afterward - but it shatters the power of the Court and the Party, and paves the way for Trump's successor to carry the agenda.

I know which option is correct. They do too. They can be bold and aggressive, or put up the white flag. Enough chatter.

18 The end game with Illegals has always been self-deportation, because of the numbers needed. By not co-operating, the courts will only make this harder for all concerned including the Illegals.

In response Trump will use the absurdity of the courts to move Overton windows of what's politically acceptable. If we're not allowed to deport we'll be forced to encourage self-deportation by enforcing existing laws and denying all sustenance. This means going after employers and there are obvious targets to start with. It means shutting off benefits.

You’re frustrated as am I… but it’s not as though he has a lot of obvious easy options. As temporarily satisfying as it might be to openly defy judges and tell them to pound sand I doubt that would end well…. Congress-critters are boneless and that road almost certainly leads to impeachment and removal. Congress needs to start impeaching judges, including SCOTUS, but that’ll be a cold day in hades. A century of institutional capture has consequences that can’t be overcome in 100 days… or 4 years. Its orders of magnitudes better than prez Kamala alternate universe

The difficulty that Trump faces is that the media is still lying about everything 24/7 and a large portion of the US population believes that. I suspect that as the older generations die off and the younger ones who rely on different new sources matures that things will change.

For years all I've heard is how smart Democrats are to play the long game and grind us down over time. Other than some court fights, which the left is not always winning, where exactly are they doing anything other than the Bernie/AOC Private Jets Against Oligarchs Tour? Their infrastructure is being systematically destroyed and all of the energy is on the right. In 4 years the Democrat Party as we know it might not even exist.

China just cracked again this morning on trade and Trump is going to win this fight. The courts are the left's last stand and they will lose eventually. Decades of allowing the left to infiltrate every facet of our society takes some time to dig out from but we are well on our way toward smashing them.

64 Sometimes God works in mysterious ways we don’t understand. Often, the situations we find ourselves in don’t seem to answer our prayers, perhaps even appear to make things worse. But he takes us on these journeys of understanding for a reason, even if they are painful. It grows your soul and deepens your faith in Him.

Perseverance brings resolution.

Yes. He's a diehard believer in the system. This is inspiring in one sense. But in a time of war waged by a corrupted system, it is problem, a massive blind spot.
Wars are not won by EOs. To paraphrase Orwell, when you fight for survival, you must get dirty. If you understand the enemy, the Left (and their catspaws on the courts), and the stakes (nationals survival, i.e., our unprecedented fix of national peril), than you are guided by moral imperative toward imaginative, well-conceived actions. I submit there are methods of confronting the courts, of asserting executive authority over the courts, that have a sound Constitutional basis and that must be attempted. I've said from the beginning that confronting the corrupt (and totally predictable) usurpations of the court would be Trump's greatest challenge. It can only be met with a clear appreciation that we are at war and what such a war requires.

132 1.6 births per woman? That is a disaster. I didn't know it had dropped that low. Probably a third of what is was when I was growing up.

Women stopped getting married young. They started attending college not to find husbands but the get degrees in useless shit so they could become boss-babes and have "hot girl summers".

Women were the front upon which evil focused its attack and it's been somewhat successful. There are some hopeful signs that younger women are beginning to understand the evidence of the destruction of older generations and turning away from that life. Hopefully that will allow them to save young men and, thereby, humanity.

Yes! Blah Blah loves CNN and I watch Fox to see what the evil Rethuglicans are up to trying to take our social security and medicare and outlawing old people left and right. Without the fair reporting from MSNBC we would not have learned about the all female astronauts and their heroic trip to space and beyond. Being on a fixed income we also see all the medical devices we can have shipped to our vacation home in Hawaii at no cost to us even though we don't need them. Free is free after all.

136 Bulg, if you are here

I saw your query yesterday about autism. I am no expert on autism and have had mostly passing exposure in my career. I certainly do not want to do a deep dive into the autism literature.

Speaking in general about my approach to any patient with symptoms of a disease or disorder, one can start by thinking in terms of categories of causes. I think of:

Congenital- genetic mutations, brain birth defects, etc
Developmental- parenting, nutrition, socialization,, sensory processing, nurturing, loving touch, eye contact
Infectious- various and sundry
Inflammatory-autoimmune, post-infectious immune response
Metabolic- how the body handles various substances
Neoplasm
Toxic exposure- heavy metals, insecticides, vaccines etc

I view autism as multifaceted in terms of symptoms, with multifactorial etiology. So rather than a single thread where a single cause leads in a straight line to a specific condition, it is more like a complex (plaid?) tapestry with intricate relationships between many contributing causative factors and an overlapping constellation of symptoms.

That's all I'll say on the matter.

I take solace in your words and hope you are correct. When speaking of the "system" I was referring to our Constitutional framework and the separation of powers and other fundamentals of government (that which the Left does not respect except as expedience might demand). The specific issue or question is defiance of the courts and if this is even a possibility. I happen to believe that in some form of another it is a requirement, even a moral obligation. The Left understands that the courts are their firewall against Trump's most important initiatives. This challenge cuts to the heart of Trump's presidency. In my opinion, it can't be ignored or waited out.

True, truly my bad. I got skewed in my thinking by the millions of Christians who were tortured, murdered, and sentenced to the gulag, by the vicious atheists who ran the cheka.

I should have mentioned the 37 doctors involved in the doctor's plot, a truly horrible repressive episode fueled by Stalins paranoia, one of hundreds of episodes against all sorts of people, but an episode which I should have put at the top of my post.

And I got lost with your citation of the million armenians (often crucified). I had that on my mind and completely (shamefully) overlooked the treatment of the many refuseniks, many of whom thank goodness were able to inform us of their suffering.

It is disgraceful to overlook the victims (and you certainly remind us of that almost daily, often making it the chief point of your post) and to remember who actually inflicted the suffering with cruel indifference.

TY for correcting my thought process here.

But as we all know we haven't really had that in years. We've been living under a permanent government, the bureaucracy, that has doing the will of the left for decades. Billions and billions of dollars have been poured into this shadow system to do things like rig elections and import millions of illegals into this country while running regime changes in countries around the world. We didn't vote for any of this stuff.

Chopping down that infrastructure was mission one and so far it has been spectacularly successful even if it flies below the radar. The censorship complex and orgs like CISA and USAID are effectively dead. The impact of those things will be felt for years.

216 Tge Guardian: Now comes the 'womanosphere': the anti-feminist media telling women to be thin, fertile and Republican

Rightwing commentator Brett Cooper joined the rest of the world in jeering Katy Perry, Gayle King and Lauren Sánchez’s brief flight to space.

There is a sizable audience for Cooper’s brand of disarming anti-feminist content. She had the second-fastest growing political YouTube channel in the first quarter of 2025 with over 900,000 new subscribers...

Analyses of the 2024 election widely heralded the “manosphere” as key to delivering Donald Trump’s victory...56% of men under age 30 went for Trump compared with 41% four years prior. By meeting young men where they were at, Trump and his surrogates were able to reach voters who are typically among the least politically engaged segments of society.

Now, there are the beginnings of an organized effort to create a similar alternative rightwing media ecosystem targeting young female US audiences – one of the few demographics that has, until now, leaned substantially Democratic.

239 Re 178: Having worn out the use of 'Hitler' over the last decade, the liberal media is searching for its next sensationalist descriptor for an otherwise innocuous "injustice" deserving of unlimited taxpayer dollars.

AMEN! When you read the lives of Hitler, Stalin, Mao and assorted other Pol Pots from the last century, it is astonishing that Hitler for decades up until now has gotten 99% of the attention.

It's almost as if the liberals were deliberately trying to fix Hitler in the minds of the masses in order to use him for their own propagandistic, manipulative, brainwashing purposes.

The lives of Stalin and Mao were just as fascinating as Hitlers in every respect. For 100,000 times we have heard how Hitlers niece committed suicide. When has anyone heard about the suicide of Stalin's wife under circumstances far more damning to Stalin?

It's almost as if the liberals with books films tv documentaries and other constant venues wanted to put Hitler out there on a daily basis for many decades, while with Stalin, whose life was just or MORE fascinating in every respect - - nada!

It's almost like the liberals do not even want the subject of Stalin to be open to discussion.

240 Congress doesn't need to impeach each rogue judge. The Constitution only requires the Supreme Court. Let Congress eliminate all the inferior courts and have only the Supremes. That would take care of the problem. Either the Supremes would start smacking down the judges without taking years, or they would be forced to handle all federal cases.

But, as we have seen, there has been no move to do this from CONgress. Ask yourselves, why?
Posted by: OrangeEnt

One of my hopes is that Congress disbands the DC district and circuit courts. Rotate the DC cases among the remaining district/circuits.

Congress sucks, yes. But the new media could make this a thing with Speaker Johnson. Shame him into doing the right thing. First though, Johnson, stop with the constant vacations and get your House back to work.

242 >>Translation: We plan to either actually fuck the children or fuck them up in the head.

What's interesting is that, because the Left expresses itself in terms of "freeing" people's sexuality, many people miss the fact that it is every bit as sexually controlling in its own way as Islam is. This control comes about because the Left works assiduously to decouple sex from a person's own sense of bodily privacy and, by extension, self-ownership. If a person has no sense of autonomy, that person is a ready-made cog for the statist machinery.

The practical problem for the Left when it tries to attack individuality as expressed through sexuality is the fact that a person's sense of an inviolate physical self develops quite early, during childhood:

Once a child individuates, he becomes aware of being his own self. ... The most basic thing one can own is one's own self, and not letting others touch that self in ways you don't like is an exercise in self-ownership.

I think it's that they've declared normal masculinity "toxic." They've surrounded themselves with fey, feminized male feminist types who are boring, weird, and not all that attractive. Along comes Luigi, a dud who would secretly make them hot (muscular, rich, smart) and he does something aggressive that actually aligns with their values by shooting the big, bad white, male capitalist. It's too much, the mix of traditional manliness (which they think they're not allowed to embrace) + antifa attitude and action.

281 Claude Rains was very good as the Dad in "Four Daughters" with the Lane sisters. was successful, so a sequel "Four Wives" was spawned, and at least one more spinoff.

283 Good morning, all, and thanks, J.J.

Last evening, I watched "The Children of October 7," on MTV. Yes, that's MTV.

Taken from a screen shot about the program: "New, Following Israeli children impacted by the October 7 Hamas terror attacks; led by Montana Tucker, the documentary shares stories of kidnapped, orphaned and traumatized survivors. (Documentary)." It was current as of the beginning of April 2025.

I've never heard of Montana Tucker but the young lady has a Wikipedia page. It begins, "...an American dancer, singer, and social media activist recognised for her efforts to educate younger people about the Holocaust, Israel and antisemitism.[1] As of 2024, Tucker's online presence reportedly included a following of over 9 million followers on TikTok and 3.1 million followers on Instagram.[2] Tucker uses her platform to address social issues such as body image, anti-bullying, advocating for Israel, speaking out against Anti-Semitism, and the importance of Holocaust remembrance."

And, "...She is Ashkenazi Jewish, and the granddaughter of Lilly and Michael Schmidmayer, both Holocaust survivors from Hungary and Romania."

284 Learned last evening's program was not her 1st such documentary: Times of Israel, TOI Interview 'It's not like reading a history book'
"TikTok influencer Montana Tucker makes Holocaust docu-series for Gen Z" After losing thousands of followers for posting about her family’s Holocaust story, social media star Montana Tucker pushes back against haters with ‘How to: Never Forget’ series, 7 Nov 2022.

They're short documentaries.

There are several films in the series; one is entitled: The Armenian Genocide—Educator's Edition (2006)

In part, "This documentary film, narrated by Julianna Margulies, unflinchingly addresses the Armenian genocide, a dark and long-suppressed chapter in 20th-century history."

287 Senators are protected for things said in the Senate; but outside comments that are treasony or insurrectiony are definitely not protected.

288 I'm constantly amazed that O'Keefe's tactics continue to work. Guys will ask their date "You're not one of those Project Veritas plants, are you?" and when they say "No," they're like "Thank goodness! Anyway, here's the secret volcano lair where we keep the dead fetus parts..."

290 The Democrats can be proud of themselves for dreaming up a way to throw road spikes in front of Trump's presidency. It's quite impressive for a party that controls nothing.

Posted by: Lady in Black at April 25, 2025 07:56 AM

The mistake is thinking that just because the Republican Party has a majority, that it also has control.

The control of the federal government remains in the hands of the Deep State. That will not change until there are a majority of Donald Trumps in elected government... and in the nation's institutions (media, education, universities, healthcare, industry, corporations). Meaning elected officials who have the Profiles in Courage to risk everything to make this country great again. And that is not the Republican Party at all. The vast majority are simply riding Trump's coattails, but are not leaders in their own right.

As it is, the Deep State is simply weathering the early storm of President Trump's popularity. Waiting to flip things in 2026 and in 2028 when he is off the ballot.

I hope I am wrong, but recent history of this country's election habits tells me otherwise. Reagan to Clinton to Bush to Obama to Trump to Biden to Trump to...
