New Evidence Released Proves That "Maryland Father" and "Oriole State Husband" Kilmar Abrego-Garcia Is Definitely a Human Smuggler

Gee, why did the cops think that Abrego-Garcia was a human smuggler when they pulled over his car, loaded to the roof with immigrant men, none of whom had any luggage?

It wasn't just those circumstances, which are already highly suspicious.

It also turned out that Abrego-Garcia was driving a car owned by a known human smuggler used for human smuggling.

Who Abrego-Garcia admitted was "his boss."

Reported El Salvadoran stopped in car owned by alien who pleaded guilty to human smuggling charges
The owner of the car in which Kilmar Abrego Garcia was stopped by police is Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes, who pleaded guilty to smuggling illegal aliens into the United States in 2020, two years before Garcia's deportation. Reyes himself was deported after the guilty plea and returned to the country illegally.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the deported El Salvadoran at the center of the Trump administration's immigration battle with the courts, was stopped by police in an SUV owned by a man who was himself deported after pleading guilty to smuggling illegal aliens in 2020, according to court and Homeland Security Department intelligence documents reviewed by Just the News.
These new details follow Just the News reporting last week that Abrego Garcia was flagged in 2022 by the Biden administration as a "suspect alien" who was possibly involved in "human smuggling/trafficking" after a traffic stop in Tennessee raised the suspicions of a state trooper, according to internal Homeland Security documents.
The Trump administration alleges Abrego Garcia is a member of the notorious El Salvadoran gang MS-13 based on Maryland police identifications and deported him last month back to his home country.
Family and lawyers deny any connection to the gang and are fighting the deportation, arguing it violates a 2019 order that protected Abrego Garcia from being sent back to El Salvador. Meanwhile, a growing body of evidence suggests the illegal immigrant wasn't the peaceful, law-abiding father "from Maryland," as his wife and lawyers have claimed in the news media.
When Abrego Garcia was stopped in 2022 by the Tennessee state trooper, Homeland Security intelligence created a record of the encounter, Just the News reported. The El Salvadoran was driving a black 2001 Chevrolet Suburban and said he was transporting his passengers to Maryland from Texas for construction work, although the state trooper found no luggage in the SUV.

Just one of those spur-of-the-moment Maryland-to-Texas group taxi rides.

Homeland Security documents identified the owner of the vehicle as Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes. Abrego Garcia told the state trooper that the owner was his boss. However, that SUV was flagged separately by the Homeland Security Investigations Baltimore field office as belonging to a target they suspected of human trafficking or smuggling, the documents show.
"Vehicle is used by HSI Baltimore target in human smuggling/trafficking operation. Vehicle makes trips to southern border to pick up non-citizens," the record reads. The memo says the Baltimore HSI case agent should be notified if the vehicle is encountered.

The car itself was on the DHS "watch list" for vehicles used in human smuggling.

It was just a misunderstanding, could've happened to anyone! Anyone!

Cop friend of mine had a CI who he sent in to a house to buy fentanyl. Guy came out and said "yep, I got the bags."

Yep. That was the economic failure of slavery in the early colonies. Those planters become breeders of slaves simply to supply more Western states. Ironically, many state's had case law requirements for owners taking care of old or infirm slaves plus Slave states in the south over time gave them no legal way for them to manumit them aka free them.

That dynamic, in part, caused the planter class to roll the dice on the Civil War because without expansion of slave states, they would effectively be ruined in twenty years. The demand for new slaves would dry up and cotton cultivation back then ruined the soil in about 20-30 years. Ruined soil or rotation of crops meant ruinous income losses and rising expenses of slaves.

I don't know. I worked with cops for a while (in a prosecutors office). I'm fairly anti-cop for an R voter, and my experience was that there genuinely were a very small number of "bad apples." And some were really bad. I had one repeat offender who had like 3 cases that I personally saw where we dropped charges because of his bullshit. My boss even took him aside and said "orange soda in the cup holder is not probable cause that someone is transporting drugs. Stop with this" and he mocked her and kept doing shit like that.

Most of the cops were just normal guys doing the job for the paycheck and the pension. So in that sense, yeah, they just follow orders and do their jobs. But I wouldn't call them "bastards". They just act like all government employees act, ya know?

They're all taught to use the same lie, sorry, "euphemism" in writing their false reports. "Escorted," "assisted" or "directed" to the ground almost invariably means they violently smashed someone's head into the pavement. That this happens with a fair amount of regularity, despite the camera showing they violently smashed someone's head into the pavement, should be disconcerting to more people than it appears to be.

No downside for Fetterman but plenty if you have to make the decision to take out the Iranian nuke capacity. If I was Trump, I would formally go to Congress asking them to declare war (there are some other reasons to do so) on Iran. There is enough provocation going way back to the Iranian embassy crisis to do that if he wanted to document it.

It is a lot harder for Congress then to duck their responsibility on Iran if Trump did that. Less political blowback from immediate success criteria as well.

Nope. Plaintiffs are required to put up a case regarding the return of Garcia, not the defense aka government until ruling. The district judge has her ass in a crack here.

If she orders the defense aka government to release what they know given what has dribbled out, it makes it very strong case that Trump was removing a very bad dude.

If she ignores it, then an appellate court might ask here why did she ignore this new evidence that Abrego-Garcia and his counsel were lying to the court. That is why she canceled the hearing is my guess. She got sandbagged and now looks bad in public as she can no longer claim to be a hero saving Maryland Man from the clutches of Orange Man.

I prefer we return to what the framers considered when declaring war. There are plenty of casus belli regarding Iran and the US but this half assed method of resolutions or purely executive action alone is a poor way of doing war. Involve the formal declaration of war for such matters and then fight to win. Putting Congress firmly on the hook for doing so plus it triggers a lot of reserved clauses in various statutes giving the President wide leeway to conduct the war without judicial or congressional interference.

I have no real opinion as to whether war with Iran is inevitable or necessary as most of what we get are garbled information compared to insiders. But, I do know, it is best to actually return to formalities if we ever have to do substantial warmaking to defeat a nation.

Re Houthis, it was a punitive strike because they purposefully shot at US Naval ships so their military installations, missiles, and ammo bunkers to let them do that are fair game to be blown up real good.

He is MS-13 and wasn't convicted of anything in the US, just deported as an alien enemy back to his own country. In the normal way of things, he should have been chucked into CECOT since that is what they do with MS-13 in that country. The facility was built for MS-13.
Abrego appears to have been held back from that for whatever reason, and Pres Bukele saying he loves playing chess means there are wheels within wheels here.

Not sure how Tren de Aragua is being handled since they are being held for US payments, but Abrego is just MS-13 and Salvadoran

It is undeniable that a state of hostilities exists between the US and Iran. A Congressional recognition of that would be helpful. It doesn't mean that we need to invade tomorrow, or ever, but it does allow us to do things that nation states can't do in peacetime.

We could, for instance, seize any financial asset of Iran within our reach, impose a blockade and seize any tankers carrying Iranian oil whatever their flag, and arrest any Iranian citizen we can find.
