Surprise! Leftwing Minnesota Prosecutor Refuses to Prosecute Leftwing Minnesota Government Employee Caught Vandalizing Teslas

ofcourseshelookslikethis.jpg
She looks like Ellen DeGeneres and
Brian "Stone Cold" Bosworth had a Satan-baby

The Democrat Party encourages, incites, funds, and legally protects its antifa/BLM redshirt domestic terrorists. They are a perpetually-violent illegal revolutionary army in the US, and it's time for the right to begin treating them as the criminal insurrectionists that they are.

I would say this is unbelievable, but it's the Democrat-Antifa Party's SOP for the past 60 years.

A progressive district attorney has declined to charge the state employee in Tim Walz-led Minnesota who was allegedly caught causing $20,000 damage by vandalizing half a dozen Teslas -- a decision the local police chief ripped as the latest betrayal of victims.

The suspected vandal, 33-year-old Minnesota government employee Dylan Bryan Adams, was allegedly spotted keying the vehicles and stripping their paint off while out walking his dog around the city.

Despite what police believe to be evidence of Adams committing felonies, Hennepin County District Attorney Mary Moriarty will seek diversion rather than criminal charges.

"This is an approach taken in many property crime cases and helps to ensure the individual keeps their job and can pay restitution, as well as reducing the likelihood of repeat offenses," the attorney's office said in a statement, CBS News reported.

Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara said at the time of the incident that the damage in each case was the equivalent of a felony.

"The Minneapolis Police Department did its job. It identified and investigated a crime trend, identified, and arrested a suspect, and presented a case file to the Hennepin County Attorney Office for consideration of charges," he told KARE in a statement.

"This case impacted at least six different victims and totaled over $20,000 in damages. Any frustration related to the charging decision of the Hennepin County Attorney should be directed solely at her office.

"Our investigators are always frustrated when the cases they poured their hearts into are declined. In my experience, the victims in these cases often feel the same," O'Hara said in a statement.

Adams was arrested a month after Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz said watching Tesla's stock price plummet gave him "a little boost during the day" during a rally in Wisconsin.

...

Moriarty has been Hennepin County's top prosecutor since January 2023 after handedly winning the nonpartisan DA election, but the former public defender quickly came under fire for her woke policies that allowed accused rapists and killers to stay free.

It's "handily." Twitter-addicted "journalists" are increasingly estranged from the English language.

During her very first week in office, she dropped the charges against a 35-year-old man accused of raping a teen girl due to attorney misconduct, CBS News reported at the time.

In another high-profile case, Moriarty was taken off the case of murdered 23-year-old Zaria McKeever after the progressive prosecutor offered slaps on the wrist for the teenage defendants.

While prosecutors initially wanted to try both boys as adults, they were offered probationary deals in exchange for testimony against McKeever's ex, who hired them.

After public outcry the case was bumped to Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison -- who is backed by left-wing billionaire George Soros.

Eric Daugherty
@EricLDaugh

Let that sink in. No, seriously. This is dubious.

A Minnesota man, Dylan Adams, an employee of Governor Tim Walz's administration, will face *ZERO* criminal consequences, or even CHARGES, for allegedly:
- Vandalizing at least 6 Teslas
- Causing $20K in damage

Thanks to George Soros-funded Attorney Mary Moriarty.

So @ElonMusk
's company and its customers face weeks, even months, of terror attacks - many of which involve paid actors by left-wing groups.

George Soros and other left-wing groups pay to get leftist attorneys into office.

Those attorneys then REFUSE to charge the people engaging in the Tesla attacks.

It's a self-enriching ecosystem of terror. Money is behind all of it.

Because why would a Soros lackey send a message that people in Soros Zones would be held accountable for attacking Elon Musk's brand and Tesla owners?

I would recommend, and maybe even predict, a DOJ prosecution of this man for a criminal violation of civil rights, taken under color of state government action (given that he's a government employee plainly being protected by the government after being encouraged into vandalism by the governor).

Leftwingers cannot be allowed to just amnesty and immunize all of their own Insurrectionists.

Unfortunately, it requires a voting populace who pays enough attention to who it is they're voting into these kinds of offices. Another salient point...if you can, get out of these blue hellholes. Leave these states to putrefy and rot.

unreasonable delay. . . . If the attorney for the Commonwealth . . . disapproves the complaint, the attorney shall state the reasons on the complaint form and return it to the affiant. Thereafter, the affiant may petition the court of common pleas for review of the decision.”

144 93: "The Tesla owners have filed a claim with their insurance. Who can sue the perp in subrogation. But, they probably won't as it won't be economical or assets to recover from."

Correct. But the owners can sue the guy directly for the amount of their deductibles, any incidental / consequential expenses not covered by insurance (e.g. missed work), and -- and this is what will take the case out of small claims court -- punitive damages, which are a slam-dunk here. (MN Stats. 549.20 - "clear and convincing evidence that the acts of the defendant show deliberate disregard for the rights or safety of others.")

There appears to be no cap on punis in Minnesota in relation to actual damages. So if each owner sues for $500, plus maybe a couple thousand for incidental costs and emotional distress, they could conceivably get tens of thousands in punitives each, and garnish the C-word's wages for the next 10 years to pay for it. Intentional tort damages are not dischargeable in bankruptcy.

The question is whether a contingency lawyer would think the case was worth taking, or whether at least a couple of the Tesla owners are rich and angry enough to pay legal fees out of pocket.

Flashback to 2016:

""Trump = Nazi" Is Already Mandatory

Normally, a debate only descends to "Godwinization" (comparing your opponent to a Nazi) as a final desperate measure when all other arguments have failed and all lesser insults have been exhausted. In contemporary politics, calling someone a Nazi is the most extreme position you can take.

But when it comes to Trump's opponents, their starting point is to call Trump a Nazi; the general election hasn't even yet begun, and the anti-Trump rhetoric is already turned up to 11.

It's kind of hard to imagine where the conversation will go from here. How can you amplify your rhetoric when the very first thing you say is the most extreme put-down you can conjure?"

An impartial, fair, societally accepted justice system is critical to the advancement of civilization. If law isn't going to be applied equally and fairly in some areas, there are going to be severe consequences.

Like most conservatives, I have a preference for how things SHOULD run, but can live fine as long as the rules are applied equally to everyone. If justice is going to be biased based on the voting demographics of the local populace, I won't like it, but can move to a more amenable area and do fine.

If things escalate then the next step is:
Pete Hegseth is in the wings as well.

The Posse Comitatus Act and the Insurrection Act define and limit circumstances under which U.S. military forces can be deployed on American soil. The Posse Comitatus Act prohibits the armed forces from being used to enforce laws within the United States, unless authorized by the Constitution or an act of Congress. The President does have the authority to call up Active Duty military members and deploy them on American soil IF certain conditions apply.

Gorsuch claims to be a textualist but in several cases now construes the text to the left of what is the plain meaning. In this case, he claimed that judicial norms such as not including weekends or holidays applies in self deportation agreements. The plain text of the statute involved says 60 days as the dissenters note, the deportee had no problems with air flights, driving, etc. to Mexico (he was an Mexican illegal) despite holidays or weekends.

Mexico as is most countries open 24/7 365 days per year for entry especially for a citizen of that country.

Gorsuch pulled similar garbage in extended the US Civil Rights Act to cover trannism which is a patent misreading of the statute and ahistorical to boot.

These justices think they are geniuses when they strain at a swallowing a gnat but gladly swallow a camel.

Just heard someone from The Rear Dispatch (David Drucker?) on Hugh Hewitt's radio show (Gorka's unfortunate replacement) defend Van Hollen going to El Salvador as representing "a constituent" of his.

Hewitt responded with a bit of dismay at his claiming the illegal alien MS-13 domestic terrorist criminal was a "constituent" (oras Karoline Leavitt referred to it in a presser earlier today, "The 'Maryland Man' Hoax") -- instead of taking the opportunity to and inquiring where Van Hollen stood in representing his actual constituent and murder victim, Rachel Morin?).

Similar to the interesting physics theory that there is only one electron in the entire universe, which zooms around and occupies all the places where electrons apparently exist -- since it was proven mathematically that the electron exists outside of the dimension of time, and it can at its leisure be everywhere at once, since time doesn't exist for it.

190 Correct.

And my immunity question. "in a 2023 incident in Prince George's County, Maryland, Olga Lugo Jiminez was driving a van and fatally struck two children in a crosswalk on their way to Riverdale Elementary School." Must be the "how could she know the traffic laws?" I'm still surprised that killing other people's kids did not result in more consequence that 4 piddling months in jail for level of reckless driving.

I knew a woman who was a 29 year old grandmother. Her daughter was, I think, 15.

She showed me a photo of five generations, the little baby girl, her 15 y/o daughter, her at 29, her momma at 46, and her grandmother at 64.

That was 30 years ago, that means at least two more generations. If her granny is still around at 94, she's a great great great grandmother.

At one time very common.

I had two great-grandmothers who were married at 15.

Back in those days, and in that region, men just needed to know how to farm, and women just needed to know how to cook and clean house.

Both easily achievable by 15.

Men tended to get married somewhat later, as they usually had a farm of their own or a skilled trade that would support a family.

The modern horror we have of kids having sex at 15 is misplaced. Kids have always had sex at 15. It's just that back in the day they were married.

England now has formalized discrimination against white guys in its court system when judges sentence someone. From long ago, work I did with Federal Sentencingin courts indicated similar advantages for some favored groups and white and black males got the shaft. Hispanics and women got shorter sentences with all other variables being consistent (charges, etc.).

When departing from the guidelines either upward or downward, the sentences were even more affected which white and black males suffered the most and women/Hispanics/Asians benefited the most.

These ages reflect a trend where young couples were expected to acquire the economic resources to establish an independent household, which influenced their decision to marry. You may now continue.

288 The problem with the electron is same particle everywhere only it turns into a positron while traveling backwards in time so as to eventually be everywhere and everywhen is that there would have to be as much antimatter as matter in the universe, a fifty/fifty split in fact. This, thank God, is not the case, although it is the simplest way to do things naively. Antimatter and matter should not mix unless you want annihilation and gamma rays, lots and lots of gamma rays.

Posted by: Skip at April 22, 2025 04:37 PM (ypFCm)

290 240 Zombie you left out that the single electron is also the positron when traveling backwards in time. This comes from looking at Feynman diagrams forward and backwards in time. I think the original idea was due to Wheeler, Feynman’s PhD professor, and was suggested only half in jest.
Posted by: NemoMeImpuneLacessit

That makes everything even more efficient--you just reduced the number of electrically charged massless particles in the universe by 50%. Now there's only one overall, instead of two.

Another extreme (but probably correct) theory is that electrons don't actually exist as physical entities, they are just units of measurement to indicate the probablistic likelihood of there being an electrical charge in a local region. This is a better way of grokking the fact that electrons can never be pinned down as actually ever "being" somewhere -- they are just cloud of potential probabilities which, if ever attempted to be detected, cease to exist at that point, and are always maybe somewhere else.
