Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Race-Murderer Karmello Anthony Is Given $500,000 In Donations for Killing an Innocent White KidHe's now renting a luxurious $900,000 home in a gated community. Oh, so now he knows the meaning of people having their own reserved space. The Texas teen accused of fatally stabbing a high school football star at a track meet allegedly lives in a $900,000 home with his family inside a luxurious gated community -- despite requesting that a judge lower his $1 million bond because of financial difficulties, according to a report. Karmelo Anthony, 17, is holed up with his family at the pricey home inside the gated community of Richwoods in Frisco, Texas, after he was released from jail Monday on a reduced $250,000 bond for allegedly killing Austin Metcalf earlier this month, the Daily Mail reported. The home -- where rent is estimated to be $3,500 a month -- had a white Suburban, a black Acura, and a third sedan in the driveway on Tuesday, according to the outlet.Don't say that to him or he'll stab you in the heart with a Mostly Peaceful Knife. ... The home has also been getting flooded with deliveries, allegedly for Anthony, with Amazon trucks being seen making multiple drop-offs at his home, the outlet reported. "The best thing they can do is move," said another neighbor. "I think that would be best for everyone." ... Initially, he was being held on a $1 million bond until a Collin County judge slashed it to $250K and ruled that he may await trial at home with an ankle monitor under 24-hour supervision from his parents or an "adult designee." The lowered bond came one week after Anthony's attorney said they would ask the court to reduce the "excessive" $1 million bond and asked the local district attorney to make "a better determination" of the charges. "Given that Karmelo has no prior criminal history and given that this young man has not been in any sort of trouble before, $1 million is not necessary," Howard said.Except that he's an admitted murderer. He admitted he killed the victim. And of course witnesses saw it. He is a major flight risk, has a stack of cash thanks to his fellow Helter Skelter revolutionaries, and you only reduced this psycho killer's bail because he's black. Two tiers of justice. It's not just for the UK.
And whatever you do, Bigots, don't make this about race!

We were watching Wheel of Fortune and a white guy with a harsh accent said a phrase using his accent in the way he speaks because that's how he speaks. The judges didn't allow the answer because he mispronounced it. Except he didn't. It was said correctly in a regional dialect / pronunciation. I think overall the big money raised and his reaction makes it more likely for him to be convicted because if you lose the public court of opinion, you are well on the way to losing the case. Especially as there is no question Anthony did it. OJ, on the other hand, could not be proved to be at the location despite the efforts of the prosecution so they had to use circumstantial evidence. Anthony's initial self defense claims can actually hurt him if he tries to switch gears and then claim dindu or it was an accident. If accident, manslaughter, if not, then murder (but not capital murder because under 1 ![]() To win at self defense claim, he now has the burden of proof in the case to show he acted in in what the jury considers an objectively reasonable act using the totality of the circumstances. My guess is that Anthony is going to take a plea when all is said and done. Probably manslaughter. Posted by: whig at April 17, 2025 05:41 PM (ctrM5) 107

Posted by: Nelly ===== AFAIK, Texas is not a duty to retreat state and in fact allows someone to stand their ground if they have a right to be there. The catch is that you have to be acting lawful in standing your ground. The jury can take into account the guy left and then came back with the murder weapon and a threat which escalated the initial confrontation. Even with no duty to retreat, the jury can still consider whether or not Anthony was the initiator of the fatal fight when he had already left and then came back. It is always wise to leave and stay away rather than go back and confront your opponent. Tends to undermine I was in fear of my life or serious injury if you return. My understanding was that Karmello was sitting in the opposing teams tent. When was told to get out he refused and he said to the white kid telling him to leave, touch me and find out, the white kid grabbed his arm. Karmello, got up, reached in his backpack, took out a knife and stabbed the kid. Self-defense claim is bullshit, he wasn’t fearing for his life. He was trespassing and refused to leave. Sounds kind of premeditated to me.

Posted by: I used to have a different nic That makes a difference--if that is true, then Anthony can no longer claim stand your ground status and has a duty to retreat. Basically, it is a variant of when one comes to court, you must have clean hands. Thus, illegal actions preceding the fatal confrontation eliminate one possible defense for Anthony and tend to make a jury think the leaving and coming back with an illegal weapon was seeking mutual combat by premeditation at the very least. If what you say is true, likely to be a plea, perhaps manslaughter in the case. Deceased family also has a right to civil action in the case of wrongful death likely to strip all that Go Fund Me ill gotten gains from the family of the murderer. They better spend it quick. This is turning into nothing but "white man bad" quickly.
Any first year law school student knows to keep your client from opening his/her mouth in any circumstances and t shut the fvck up. But in this case they are going to grift white man bad for as much $$$$ as they can get. That plus they are going to use all of this to get a change of venue to a majority black district for the trial if they can because he can't get a fair trial in the white man's hood. 155 Pretty sure you can't prevail on self-defense when you bait someone into an altercation then kill them.
Posted by: Just saying There was an infamous case right after Stand Your Ground law was clarified in Texas. Guy had previous beef with neighbors playing loud music and went up to them armed when they were doing it again. He was videoing the encounter and yelled at them to lower the music, they took offense and came after him. He shot one of the loud music folks dead and claimed stand your ground because he was on the public street when he did so. Court rejected his SYG defense and self defense claims because he was the initiator of the immediate conflict and prodded the others to react. Removes SYG and self defense protections if the court and jury believe that to be the case. Initiators of fatal actions better have a damn good airproof reason and getting an ass beating by unarmed man after you provoke them may or may not cut it. It is inescapable to come to the conclusion that TdA, MS-13 et al are the paramilitary elements of the Democrat Party. It reminds me of W's US Attorney Johnny Sutton who was the consigliere of the Sinaloa Drug Cartel while he was in office. Protected the hell out of that one drug cartel and continuously stymied the efforts of CBP and rival Cartels (like Juárez and Jalico). It was damned clear that there was a business relationship going on. Given the CIA, Deep State and the Democrat Party all working to overthrow Western Civilization, and the retards that make up antifa completely incapable of doing more than tagging monuments and burning car dealerships, they rely on the cartels and the Venezuelan street gangs to act as collectors/enforcers and garden variety assholes to run the drugs, sex slaves and other trafficking for Our Betters in Babylon DC. Nothing will endear you to people and get them on your side like chastising the father whose son was just murdered by the murderer's spokeswhore. The spokeswhore says "Actions speak louder than words". Oh, okay let's talk about a few of your actions there you grifting lard ass:
In 2009, You was arrested for causing serious bodily injury to a 2-year-old child, the son of his then girlfriend, while babysitting. The child suffered a subdural hemorrhage and retinal hemorrhages in both eyes — consistent with abusive head trauma, not the “fall off the couch” that Alexander claimed. Despite the severity of the crime, Alexander faced minimal consequences. He was charged with a first-degree felony but managed to avoid serious punishment through plea deals and probation. n 2017, Alexander was indicted on felony theft charges related to a 2016 business dispute in Denton County. The charges were enhanced because of a previous conviction for forgery.” In 2019, he was indicted on a felony family violence charge after his longtime partner, Keyaira Saunders, accused him of shoving and attempting to strangle her. Yes, actions speak louder than words. Posted by: Cheri at April 17, 2025 06:31 PM (oiNtH) 285

Yeah, I always thought it was arrogant to assume that a person's crime was against You and that You had a duty to forgive. If a Christian has Given Their Life To Jesus, then You don't own Yourself and the transgression is against God. You doing the forgiveness ritual seems to acting independently from God and handing out blanket forgivness when the sin is defined and ultimately enforced by God. 20 Texas has a law on the books that keeps a murderer from profiting from their crime.
Posted by Marcus T Yes, the Slayers Rule. In Texas, the Slayer Rule is primarily applied to inheritance and life insurance proceeds. If someone is convicted of murdering another person, they are typically barred from inheriting any property or receiving any life insurance payouts from the deceased person. Primarily. And, there's a Son of Sam law, too. (See Wikipedia) "With the advent of the Internet and online sales, many Son of Sam laws are now targeting the sale of so-called "murderabilia"." Illegally carrying a weapon other than a firearm – One crime unique to Texas is that of illegally carrying a weapon other than a firearm. Unless you have a state handgun concealed carry license, it is illegal to carry around or transport any kind of weapon in Texas. Illegally carrying is usually a Class A misdemeanor unless it is carried to special places. It is then a third degree felony.
In Texas, a weapon is a club, nightstick, blackjack, knife whose blade is greater than 5 ½ inches in length, spears, and swords except at your place of business or if being transported for a legitimate reason. - Internet so it must be true. As per Branco at LI during Trayvon Martin trial - escaping back to relative safety ends the confrontation. Returning to the scene with a weapon doesn't escalate, it instead creates a NEW confrontation where you are the aggressor. Posted by: Fen at April 18, 2025 07:30 AM (jY3Ey) 299
