Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | New Mexico GOP Headquarters FirebombedWill Democrats continue their encouraging, inciting silence about the campaign of terror waged by their Street Paramilitaries? Yes, yes they will. Their base voters (and I mean that in the negative sense) demand a "fight," and they do in fact mean physical violence against property and persons, and of course Democrats are craven weaklings who can never stand up to their lunatics. It really IS the liberal establishment who are promoting and enabling this violence. For all the talk about "stochastic terrorism" when a conservative says "men are men, and women are women"--we are accused of GENOCIDE for repeating what every biology textbook in work history has said until 5 minutes ago--nobody says a peep when Democrats call for Elon Musk to be murdered, Tesla owners to be harassed, property to be destroyed, or Tesla owners beaten up. That was idealism. Just as the murderous and destructive riots of 2020 were "social justice." The Brownshirts thought they were making Germany safe for Germans. They didn't pat themselves on the back for being evil--they were idealists. So was Stalin, and Mao's cultural revolution brigades. And the Baader-Meinhof gang. And so on. If idealism can justify this sort of political violence, then every totalitarian government is justified.

“Brandishing” is one of those concepts that has been redefined by the fairies in Law. Ordinarily it means waving a gun around in a threatening, reckless manner.
Depends on the state. Merely displaying a firearm should not be considered “brandishing” and it would be nice if there were a continuum of force that was legally acceptable between “nothing” and “shoot to kill, stop threat, aim center mass”. During the festivities in the summer of 2020, at one point Antifa-types trashed the headquarters of the Democratic Party of Oregon, along with nearby businesses in the midst of a riot.
Portland's Soros DA finally found some vandalism that he could prosecute - the main participant was convicted of a felony, and was told that it would be reduced to a misdemeanor only if he paid tens of thousands of dollars of restitution to DPO and the other businesses that he trashed. The perp failed to come up with the restitution money, and so kept the felony conviction. This was the only time during the riots of 2020 in Portland that a vandal was required to pay restitution. Gosh, I wonder why that was? Posted by: The ARC of History! at March 31, 2025 06:29 PM (xTIDn) 91

My lawyer and I had tried to settle with @billmaher and @HBO before we were forced to file the complaint for defamation after Bill Maher falsely accused me of having sex with President Trump and committing adultery against @MELANIATRUMP. I asked for a public apology, and an invitation to appear on his show on HBO as a way to mitigate the damage he caused me. Maher, HBO and their lawyers arrogantly refused. Their lawyer from Davis Wright even threatened me. Now, Bill Maher and HBO have lost their motion to dismiss my lawsuit, and they are in deep trouble. Today, Bill Maher’s lawyers contacted my lawyer and begged for my lawyer and I to agree to keep all of their documents pertaining to this lawsuit CONFIDENTIAL. That shows you how scared they are. Guess what? I’m not agreeing to keep the documents confidential because this is a public defamation lawsuit, and there’s nothing confidential about this case. LAWSUIT UPDATE My video deposition of Trump-hater Bill Maher @billmaher will be taking place in Los Angeles, California on Friday, April 4th at noon. My attorney will be able to ask Bill Maher questions about why he falsely stated and published to the world on his show that I had sexual relations with President @realDonaldTrump and committed adultery against @MELANIATRUMP when I was invited to the Presidential debate and flew on President Trump’s plane in September of 2024. The judge has already ruled in my favor by DENYING Bill Maher and @HBO’s motion to dismiss. The reason why Bill Maher is trying to get to the White House to meet with President Trump is because my deposition of him will be RECORDED ON VIDEO, and Maher wants to blunt his hatred of Trump and his hatred of me since he’s going to be asked about it under oath, ON VIDEO. He handcuffed her, then dragged her out of the bedroom to another room, where he handcuffed her to a chair. After more demands, she told him there were 2 safes downstairs, but not much in them. While he went to investigate, she hopped to the bedroom, recovered a .357 Mag revolver, and hopped back. When he returned, angry and threatening to shoot her, she unloaded on him. I don't know how much difference it makes, but ice=kkk wasn't spray painted. They used a stencil. Kinda weird that there'd *be* a stencil of that.

I am not a fan of the bat, cane or stick defense. Way too easy for an opponent to just grab it and hang on.

When I lived in MN, we had a so-called "storm of the century" 10 inches of rain in a few hours. Flooding everywhere. However, drainage system was so good at the time, everything was pretty much open within 12 hours of the storm clearing. Amazing.

"Name one thing Musk has ever done to help anyone."
Anyone? Nah let's not make it so easy. Name something that Musk has done to help...drumroll... HUMANITY! Ah so not just a nyone but everyone. Well his current focus is to get humanity out into the solar system so that one catastrophic event doesn't cause our extinction. This is very similar to God Emporer Leto "Golden Path" but he's doing it on a smaller scale and without spice. _______________ Posted by: Fen at April 01, 2025 04:20 AM (c5hJL) 275
Oh, I got my DD214 posted at Instapundit Maybe Hoyt do the right thing one she sees it. If she does. Maybe one of her friends can walk her through it. The typical modified hangout the MSM hides behind when they don't want to retract a flase allegation? Not a good strategy.
You ran your mouth about another man's service to this country, not only were you wrong but your careless and reckless You didn't have the knowledge base to be judging whether someone served. We're 5 years into this nonsense and 2 weeks ago you insisted that calling myself a "former Marine " was a tell that I was lying about my military history. You've completely reversed your argument. And it's still wrong. The terms ex and former have no relation to whether you served. And as despicable as the stolen valor shtbitds are, at least they have enough respect for the subject matter get it right. You ram, you fcked up, eat some crow (don't bother apologizing) retraction the accusation. So we can all move on. Posted by: Fen at April 01, 2025 04:40 AM (c5hJL) 276
