The Morning Report — 3/ 28 /25

Good morning kids. So on the latest episode of the podcast (here and in the sidebar) CBD and I gave a perfunctory acknowledgement of the current non-scandal/scandal over Goldberg-gate. And while it certainly has been covered to death by honest reporters and commentators including yours truly,

but mostly by the propagandists in a desperate attempt to as per their nature, lie, misrepresent and distort the truth as is their wont to recreate the Russia collusion hoax and thereby derail the wildly successful and equally wildly popular Trump agenda.

Ultimately this will prove to be a tempest in a Teapot Dome but, there is one troubling aspect to this whole thing that team Trump must deal with, and ruthlessly. The traitors and saboteurs in every department of every agency in every bureaucracy that are now openly sabotaging the administration at every turn, even if it means endangering the lives of American citizens both here and abroad in order to preserve protect and defend the anti-AMerican counterrevolution going on for the past 200 years, with the eye of the storm being the Democrat Party. Period, full stop.

In an age where high-level remote government meetings have become the norm, important decisions in America and Europe are arrived at by video chat and text.
But there may be bigger reasons why the Trump administration and everyone in D.C. should be wary about using Signal. While the app is ubiquitous because it’s perceived as being more ‘private’ than WhatsApp, which is owned by Facebook, Brian Acton, the man behind WhatsApp, created the Signal Foundation and is a major liberal donor. Moxie Marlinspike, Signal’s other founder and coder, claims to be an anarchist, and no fan of the Trump administration.
Liberal foundations helped fund Signal’s rise and the initial fiscal sponsorship for Signal was provided by the Freedom of the Press Foundation whose key figures, Daniel Ellsberg of the Pentagon Papers, Edward Snowden and Glenn Greenwald, are better known for leaking damaging government information to leftists, rather than for keeping it secret.
Signal continues to be run today by leftists who passionately hate the Trump administration. . .
. . . Other foundation board members include Katherine Maher, the current head of NPR and former head of Wikimedia, who famously claimed that “our reverence for the truth might be a distraction that’s getting in the way of finding common ground and getting things done.”
. . . Conservatives should use Signal cautiously and Trump administration officials would do well not to hold meetings using a supposedly secure app run by some of their worst enemies.

Ironically enough, or perhaps not "SIGNAL" was the name of the Nazi Waffen SS monthly picture magazine.

In any case, priority number one must be the removal of Signal and any other means and methods that allow our enemies Domestic and Foreign, the former being our worst and most dangerous as history past and present shows us to bring us own from within and without.

I'd say RICO the shit out of SOROS, and all these other phony subversive groups, but our Judiciary is rotten to the core.

Look at what rogue Judges are able to do all by themselves, with, so far, zero consequences. And speaking of open insubordination and dare I say it (I DO!) Insurrection!

Rochester leaders scolded local cops for violating their sanctuary city policies after they responded to a request for backup from Border Patrol agents conducting a traffic stop.
Border Patrol asked for emergency police assistance on Monday after pulling over a van with an estimated eight people inside.
Rochester cops responded to the scene with lights and sirens, ordered the suspects out of the vehicle and helped put them in handcuffs, according to local WABC affiliate WHAM.
It was not immediately known why the van was stopped.
But the completely routine police response was enough to raise the ire of Democrat Rochester Mayor Malik Evans, who held a press conference on the incident Wednesday. “The officers on the scene verbally directed the occupants to get out of the vehicle, and this is against our policy,” he said.
“Our policy is crystal clear. City police officers do not help or participate in federal immigration activities,” he added, noting he personally instructed Police Chief David Smith to remind every member of the force about the directive. . .
. . . Rochester’s sanctuary city resolution was first adopted in 1986 and reaffirmed in 2017, according to the outlet. The Rochester Police Department is prohibited — under General Order 501 — from enforcing federal immigration laws.

The US Army should move on Rochester City Hall, arrest this Malik scumbag Insurrectionist, dissolve the city council and declare Rochester a Federal territory to be administered by the DHS. Dissolve the city's Democrat Party, arrest and detain anyone who resists and ship them to Gitmo to Git Some!

I'm walking my first dog and we're going past a neighbor's house. Said neighbor had no fence and didn't believe in leashing his Dachshund. Little dog sees my girl (Full grown Greyhound) and starts attacking. I tried to kick him away but he got around me and started nipping at her heels.

Finally, she had enough and the Dachshund was in her mouth. She started to apply pressure and I talked her down from killing him. The Dachshund had this look of "I guess I'm not as big as I thought I was."

1. Special election results mean, approximately, jack shit as far as predicting the future.
2. The public likes what Trump is doing.
3. The judges are being widely mocked. There's a reason memes like "federal judge orders stranded astronauts returned to space station" happened.

The lawfare didn't work against Trump in the election. It pissed people off. It won't work now. People are being told what the judges are blocking/delaying and it's going to piss more people off.

I got tired of The Chosen. Sometime in season 2 I decided it wasn’t for me. I didn’t like the way Jesus (really the whole group) was portrayed… the necessary gravitas and reverence isn’t there. I’ve always appreciated how Willie Wyler handled Jesus in Ben Hur; in that wonderful movie we only see him from behind and he never utters a word. The Chosen zeitgeist is too modern. But that’s just me.. I can see how others might enjoy

They finally took down the signs at the city limits sometime in the early 2010s. Today it is more informally rainbowpride, BLM and hate has no home here signs by residents. The difference between Signal and WhatsApp is in the architecture which very definitely impacts the security, that is, the ability of anyone other than intended recipients, to read the message.
Both apps are encrypted, and there is no real difference between the strength of the encryption on either. The difference is in the middle of the link, and that's the weakness of WhatsApp. The encryption is removed within WhatsApp's servers. The message is encrypted to the server input, decrypted there, switched toward the end destination, then re-encrypted to the recipient. Signal keeps the same encryption all the way from one source to the other.
Anyone with access to the internals of the server(s) can read the text on WhatsApp. Now, why would WhatsApp have this big hole in security? It actually makes the switching easier, but maybe the fact that nose-up-your-ass Fecesbook has common ownership with it is a factor. Jus' sayin'.

Yes, but words can be defamation and slander/libel.
The proper response to that is with words. But if you censor someone so that they can't defend themselves with words, you expect violence.

I've been falsely accused of stolen valor by someone who took NO due diligence to understand the topic, to such a reckless extent that she has her "proof" backwards.

I have tried to use words to present my DD214 to prove my innocence. She has censored those words and is now stonewalling me. She has blog posts where she spreads lies about my service in the Marine Corps that I am banned from replying to, so that I can only watch and not defend myself. That's not only chickensht, it's such a provocation that it feels like a setup.

This disgrace has gone on for 5 years now. Having to endure the false accusation of such a dishonorable crime has damaged my mental health. And yet I have not harmed a hair on her head. It's taking all my discipline to refrain from violence, which she takes advantage of to stonewall.

So I find this "words are not violence " mantra (which she repeats) to be bllshit. If you prefer words to violence then don't take away my words.

Basically, they wanted violence taken off the table so they can get away with stonewalling you.

Thankfully we got the perp anyway. It was a close thing, as leadership was resisting on another bs claim about whether we had "standing" to file the complaint. But in the end, spotlighting him ended his predation - he couldn't get within 10 feet of a child without 10 sets of eyes turning to scrutinize his every move. With nothing let to live for, he died. Seriously I didn't touch him. Couldn't even if I wanted to because my complaint was public. He cracks his skull open in the shower? Detectives would be at my door next day.
