Hunter Biden's Business Partner: Joe Biden Came In to Close Deals for Hunter Biden, Telling His Foreign Gangster "Business Partners" "If You Do a Favor for My Son, You're a Friend for Life"

Trump just pardoned Archer.

You're not going to believe this, but the Biden DOJ prosecuted this guy -- but not Hunter or James Biden or Ashley Biden or Joe Biden -- for corruption.

President Trump on Tuesday pardoned former first son Hunter Biden's business partner Devon Archer, who was convicted of swindling an American Indian tribe -- saying he was treated "very unfairly."

Archer became a key informant for House Republicans investigating then-President Joe Biden's role in his family's foreign business dealings and provided significant information incriminating the elder Biden, fueling an impeachment inquiry into alleged corruption.

"I think he was treated very unfairly," Trump said before signing the pardon at the White House.

"And I looked at the record, studied the record, and he was a victim of a crime, as far as I'm concerned. So we're going to undo that."

Trump added: "Congratulations, Devon!!"

Archer, a father of three, told The Post he was grateful to Trump and his family for sticking by him -- and also to Tony Bobulinski, another former Biden family associate who came forward to corroborate information about different foreign dealings allegedly involving Joe Biden.

"I want to extend my deepest thanks to President Trump. I am grateful to the president for recognizing that I was the victim of a convoluted lawfare effort intended to destroy and silence me," Archer said.

"Like so many people, my life was devastated by the Biden family's selfish disregard for the truth and for the peace of mind and happiness of others. The Bidens talk about justice, but they don't mean it."

Weird how they decided to go after the guy blowing the whistle on the Biden Crime Family rather than the Biden Crime Family itself.

Maybe. If I were Trump, I'd hold a press conference in my last few days of presidency. I'd have all of the boxes of documents I'm taking home and make a big deal of announcing everything in them is officially declassified, along with a signing ceremony.

To me, The Biden Crime Family was very unsophisticated.

Look at the Clintons -- also not very sophisticated, but at least the money was laundered through a family foundation so if the IRS or FBI or anything even pretended to look in to their crimes, they had something for their lawyers to work with.

The Biden's were operating like high school pot dealers, just writing checks and leaving paper trails everywhere.

I imagine that's why the Deep State picked him to be president. Man is clearly as retarded as he looks.

157 Hey, Wolfus. are you still here?

I saw your post on the morning tech thread about retirement and annuities and wanted to throw in my $0.02 worth.

Make sure you do your homework before committing to an annuity. They often carry high upfront costs and management fees, lock you in, and provide much greater benefits to the people who sell them and manage them than they do to the people who invest in them.

You can wind up locked into a mediocre investment, with no way to get out without paying more fees if you change your mind later. The promise of a guaranteed payout is attractive, but make sure you know what you're getting, how much you're paying, and how it compares to the alternatives.

Honestly, managing your retirement investments isn't that hard. Put your assets into a couple of low-cost mutual funds (I like index funds) at a reputable management company and set up automatic monthly distributions to your checking account. Look at your returns a couple times a year to see if you want to change investments, and that's about all there is to it.

Anyway, just my opinion. I retired about a year and a half ago and that's what I did.

Good Luck.

Hunter was the, ahem "clean" middle man the money was supposed to flow through. Hunter and James Biden served those roles.

Joe and Beau were the public face that had to stay "clean."

So they came up with sophisticated plots like having James write Joe checks for $250,000 -- but get this, he wrote "repayment of loan" on the memo line. WINK WINK.

Or they'd have Hunter just ... pay Joe's bills for him. No one will ever catch on to that trick!

You'd be surprised how many people see that as a "bonus."

They used to define IQ ranges for these:

Idiot: 0 - 25
Imbecile: 25 - 50
Moron: 50 -75

Many tests couldn't distinguish the low end (as well as the high end), and so they'd use the term "sub-moron" to desribe someone who flunked the test with a cut-off of 50.

I had always thought that "cretin" was part of the official clinical scale of intelligence, but apparently not.

I've always like "sub-moron" as an insult.

And then of course, such terminology became politically incorrect, leading to a euphemism treadmill.

"Retarded" start being used, but now that is mean and unacceptable, so "intellectually challenged" or "differently cognitively abled" or some nonsense is used.

Later.

1950's or 1960's I think is when it took off. It was the polite euphemism for "moron" or "idiot" which had come to be used as insults. You know, they had retarded intellectual growth. (in the traditional definition of the word)

Then, shockingly, "retard" became to be used like the words "moron" and "idiot" and that word became offensive.

When I was younger, they tried to change it to "LD" ("Learning Disabled"). Guess what insults the kids were all throwing at each other?

Maybe, just maybe, the sad truth is that people call their friends whatever word it means to say "you have a low IQ"

or "he name Melania, derived from Greek origins, holds the meaning of Dark-Skinned. Its usage dates back to ancient Greece, where it was commonly given to females. The name further gained prominence through the influence of Saint Melania the Elder, a devout and influential Christian figure during the fourth century. Her devoutness and charitable activities earned her great respect in Roman society, and as a result, the name Melania became associated with virtue and piety.

In modern times, the name Melania has seen a resurgence in popularity, particularly after being bestowed upon the current First Lady of the United States, Melania Trump. However, it is important to note that the usage of the name Melania extends far beyond its association with a prominent political figure

different source, which had nothing on Melania.

Meloni
Meaning & History
From Italian mela ("apple", from Latin malum) or melone ("melon", from Latin melopepo), both ultimately from Ancient Greek μῆλον (mêlon), meaning "apple", "fruit from a tree". This surname was given to those who grew and sold apples or melons.

========
EO is asymmetric. The federal ballot is controlled under HAVA aka Motor Voter and there is a separate federal law requiring voters in federal elections to be a citizen, not barred from voting in a state via felonies or being judged incompetent aka demented. So Trump can order that people using federal ballots to register (such as overseas, distributed via HAVA, etc.) be required to prove US citizenship to enforce existing federal law. Biden cannot do the reverse and order non citizens to be registered as that would be unlawful and directly contradicted via statute.

Counting Votes cast after election day contradict two federal statutes and the rest of the EO is based on existing US statutory law.

Biden and Dems ignored the law. So asymmetric advantage legally to Trump with his EO. And btw, it is no 10th amendment violation as elections for federal offices has always been subject to federal laws and regulation. States are subject to the VRA only.

236 I'll give Trump credit, he's tackling this problem from a different angle. Instead of new legislation, just take away their money.

Posted by: WisRich

That money, if you read the EO, only pertains to election grants under HAVA aka Motor Voter.
"Sec. 4. Improving the Election Assistance Commission.
(a) The Election Assistance Commission shall, pursuant to 52 U.S.C. 21003(b)(3)and 21142(c) and consistent with applicable law, take all appropriate action to cease providing Federal funds to States that do not comply with the Federal laws set forth in 52 U.S.C. 21145, including the requirement in 52 U.S.C. 20505(a)(1) that States accept and use the national mail voter registration form issued pursuant to 52 U.S.C. 20508(a)(1), including any requirement for documentary proof of United States citizenship adopted pursuant to section 2(a)(ii) of this order."

Birth certificate is the main one. There are others like naturalization papers.

One Grandfather had a Hell of a time getting a passport to go to Canada on vacation because he had been born in Canada to naturalized US citizen, and he had to find the midwife who birthed him to provide a testimony, and also the info from the church in Salmo BC. He was not pleased because he had been drafted in 1918

Another grandfather had a hell of a time getting a security clearance in the late 40's because the name on his birth certificate was not the name he used since he was seven, no idea how that one got resolved, but he was a good enough civil engineer that it got made to happen.

(ii) For purposes of subsection (a) of this section, “documentary proof of United States citizenship” shall include a copy of:

(A) a United States passport;

(B) an identification document compliant with the requirements of the REAL ID Act of 2005 (Public Law 109-13, Div. B) that indicates the applicant is a citizen of the United States;

(C) an official military identification card that indicates the applicant is a citizen of the United States; or

(D) a valid Federal or State government-issued photo identification if such identification indicates that the applicant is a United States citizen or if such identification is otherwise accompanied by proof of United States citizenship.

Read the EO. Applies only to new registrants as the form under HAVA will be changing just like the ATF form for buying guns--tranny is no longer an option for sex.

It does not apply to existing voter registered. Now, the portion where the Fedgov is using Big Data to crosscheck state voting rolls for illegal voters and prosecute/remove them from voting might.

AG is also tasked with ensuring states clean their rolls asap as required under HAVA (once again a statutory requirement ignored in the quest for illegals to vote).

Only applies if you are newly registering to vote with the federal motor voter form required under HAVA. Doesn't apply to state forms.

All of illegals have an issue of criminal felonies to obtain real id which is probably at risk now the SSA database is being correlated and purged of dead people, etc.

Noncitizens and Real ID.
If you are a lawfully present non-U.S. citizen, acceptable documents include:

Unexpired foreign passport with valid U.S. Visa and approved I-94 form
Valid, unexpired Permanent Resident Card
Valid/expired Permanent Resident Card with Notice of Action (I-797 C) or Approval Notice (I-797)
Valid, unexpired Employment Authorization Document (EAD) Card (I-766) or valid/expired EAD Card with Notice of Action (I-797 C)
Unexpired foreign passport stamped “Processed for I-551”
Documents reflecting TPS benefit eligibility.
