The Belly of the Beast Cafe

sleepingelephants.jpg
BEAUTIFUL: A group of furries wearing realistic elephant Sex-Hides
(funded by a grant from USAID and NIH, obviously)
lay exhausted on the ground after a massive and grotesque Forgy

Just kidding, it's a herd of sleeping elephants. I just realized people might think they were killed by poachers. They're just having a nap.

Kayaker gets swalled by a humpback whale -- but is quickly spat out.

Hero.

Spidercat.

The dog's not allowed on the bed but neither is the buffalo.

Koalas are born cuddlers.

Dogs trying to walk in shoes.

Woman who obviously does not know much about the Bear Menace leaves a little bath for them.

Racist turtles!

A frequently-linked clip of a woman being greeted by the two adult lionesses she raised as cubs.

Clingy dog. (But a very good girl, I'm sure.)

White fox should run from people but she does enjoy the attention and validation.

Stampy-footed bulldog is mad about dinner being late.

Huskies sure are loud.

Inviting a stray dog to come join your pack.

Nice horse shares his feed with his street pigeon friends.

Calf comes over for pets, but mama is monitoring the situation.

Young goat head-butts a toddler -- but gently.

ICYMI: DAD-209.

Evil river otter deceives a kayaker into thinking he's sweet.

Police dog is so amped up about the drugs he sniffed out I'm wondering how much of a dose he got.

As every schoolboy knows, quokkas can be hypnotized by juggling.

Little baby can also spin the basketball.

Baby discovers his shadow.

Dog teaches his baby brother how to crawl.

Goat and cat have incompatible play-styles.

Dolphin blows air rings.

Border-crosser.

A Sports Dramatization showing the Democrats' use of lawfare to drive Trump out of office forever... unsuccessfully. It's as if the universe wanted him in the Oval Office.

Steve Inman:

Continued ramifications for antifa-types playing in the streets like idiots.

The Leg of Justice.

The best criminals are self-shooting.

They'd attack cars who tried to run the toll booth just like that video, shake 'em like a vending machine that stole your money.

You just triggered a core memory for me? When we lived in Greenwood, LA, i had a snowflake appoloosa in salt and pepper coloring. Named her Pepper, great imagination, huh? Anyway, i'd stake her put on a 50' lead in the local Baptist church's field tomsupplement her foraging every morning before school. In the winter, she'd sleep laying down to conserve body warmth. I'd carry jer bridle under my jacket to warm it up and slip it on her head while she was still asleep, and then get on her before she woke all the way up. She'd stretch, and then give a good hop or three to let me know she didn't appreciate that shiz.

Good horse. Played hide n seek with her all the damned time. I'm pretty certain she was smarter than my 13 yo self.

From Brave A.I. -

Prime Minister Narendra Modi can speak English, although he often chooses to communicate in Hindi, especially when addressing domestic audiences or in formal settings with global leaders. During a meeting with US President Donald Trump, Trump jokingly noted that Modi speaks good English but prefers not to talk in it, suggesting Modi's decision to use Hindi is more about political reasoning than a lack of proficiency.

DOGE is headed over to NASA.

I didn't know this until now, but Jared Issacman was nominated by Trump to be NASA director. He's a billionaire and SpaceX astronaut. He commanded the Polaris Dawn mission.

This will be a Good Thing indeed.

104 At the Wildlife Safari at Winston Oregon, they had a "rescue" elephant who had retired from the circus. He fit in with the small herd of elephants there, but one of his bits in the circus was to sit on a red ball, and one day a red Volkswagen beetle drove through and of course the elephant sat on it.
I misremember the details, but the Safari took a report, and then had to explain to either the State Police or the insurance company that, yes, indeed, the damage to the car was from an elephant sitting on it, and not from being in an accident on the highway.

Right. There was a law banning it unless ByteDance divested. Trump invoked an option in the law for a one-time, 90-day deferral of enforcement if certain conditions leading to divestment were met.

TikTok came back online immediately, but was still unavailable for new downloads on the app store. So no new installs, only existing downloads.

As I understand it, Apple and Google were not sure if Trump’s deferral meant they could reinstate the app. My guess is this letter clarifies that they won’t be prosecuted, so the app is back.

The sense I get with a lot of what Trump is doing is that he isn't interested in winning only battles, he's looking to win wars. He wants to change the game completely.

One of the first things he did was lead with birthright citizenship. It has been accepted by our betters for years that if you make it to the US and have a baby that child automatically gets citizenship and so of course when Trump challenged it we hear the endless chorus of "LOL, Trump's so stoopid".

But that was never the intention of birthright citizenship and anyone who bothers to read the history of it knows it. Trump wants to end the idiotic idea that just being here makes you a citizen and he's eager to have the court battles.

We are weary of being squeezed by the corruption in the system, endlessly milked by so-called public servants. It is time to come to grips with the reality that no longer can we abide the greasing of palms by special interests. >> We can afford to let the judges twist in the wind and argue 80-20 cases and make fools of themselves fro the next six weeks

Six weeks is mighty optimistic.

Obama used his pen and phone to create the illegal DACA program in 2012. The courts are still arguing over it.

The GOP Congress could end all of this nonsense, but they won’t. I think Trump is acting with urgency this time, but I also don’t think we can sit and wait for a year while Hawaiian judges hand out our money to USAID and trannies.
