Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Kristi Noem: We've Now Clawed Back the Illegal Payment of $59 Million to a Pakistan-Owned Hotel to House the Poor and Oppressed of Tren de AraguaThe media's new talking point is that Trump and Musk are presenting claims of fraud "without evidence." No evidence at all!Not only were we paying double the usual occupancy rates, but this hotel is literally owned by the government of Pakistan. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem has successfully clawed back $59 million dollars in payments that were inappropriately sent to house illegal aliens at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City last week. The hotel is owned by the government of Pakistan. "Secretary Noem has clawed back the full payment that FEMA deep state activists unilaterally gave to NYC migrant hotels. FEMA was funding the Roosevelt Hotel that serves as a Tren de Aragua base of operations and was used to house Laken Riley's killer. There will not be a single penny spent that goes against the interest and safety of the American people," DHS released in a statement Wednesday. The FEMA employees who made the payments have been fired. "Effective immediately, FEMA is terminating the employment of four individuals for circumventing leadership to unilaterally make egregious payments for luxury NYC hotels for migrants. Firings include FEMA's Chief Financial Officer, two program analysts and a grant specialist," DHS released in a statement Tuesday. "Under President Trump and Secretary Noem's leadership, DHS will not sit idly and allow deep state activists to undermine the will and safety of the American people."The media keeps demanding "evidence" that the Biden Remnant is spending money fraudulently. The Administration provides them with evidence, and they pretend they didn't see it. I mean that literally. The Democrats brought a blind man connected with an "NGO" who says he doesn't see any fraud, none at all.
They're also now claiming that Trump's claim that Brennan and the 51 Liars signed the false propaganda letter to help Biden is similarly "without evidence." Except for Brennan's emails stating that that is precisely his intention.

It's a sad state of affairs in the world, when the putative Pope, elevates political and monetary concerns (the concerns of the world) over the magisterium, and doctors of the Church. His opinions on politics are not matters of religion. Vance correctly noted st.Thomas Acquinas and church teaching. The argentinian putative pope is entitled to a different political opinion, but not a different moral one. He's, at best, a hot mess when it comes to communication. Not exactly a sign that he is more than putative.

The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. Congress can eliminate all of the inferior courts, and create, in their own time, a new set of inferior courts. Dangerous? Yes. It might be the only solution to runaway judges. Joe Biden was allegedly a practicing Catholic who enabled abortion until crowning. And yet, the pope had nothing to say about Biden sanctioning murder.
--- Joe Biden was such a conman. He couldn't "make that decision for you" when he was "pro-life". But he felt that if he really believed in a woman's reproductive rights, he had to do something about it in law. He can't make a decision to save a life that he thinks is a life, for you. But he can protect a made-up right, if he really believes in it. I don't pretend to know that a fetus is a "human life", but I sure as well could protect it if I thought so. --- When the apostles ignored the gentiles, the Lord himself raised up Paul from Jesus' biggest of persecutors, to send to the Gentiles. Also, Paul established plenty of churches, which is the literal definition of "apostle". 316 Hey legal Morons Is there really a case named President Johnson vs Mississippi from 1866 that explicitly says that no judge can impede a President from carrying out their executive duty? Posted by: Anna Puma at February 12, 2025 05:22 PM (vBmjk) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mississippi_v._Johnson "The court decided, based on a previous decision of Marbury v. Madison that the President has two kinds of tasks: ministerial and discretionary. Discretionary tasks are ones the president can choose to do or not to do, while ministerial tasks are ones required by his office: those whose failure to perform could leave him in violation of the Constitution. The court ruled that by enforcing Reconstruction, Johnson was acting in an "executive and political" capacity—a discretionary rather than a ministerial one—and so he could not be sued." There is a second piece to Chinese Real Estate.. the EB-5 Citizenship program comes by investing in the US... you have to invest either so much money, or make 10 US jobs... and you get citizenship...
Posted by: Romeo13 at February 12, 2025 05:25 PM (QAkQ3) Yep, and that is also absolutely chock full of fraud. For some reason, the Chinese love this visa type. Basically, you get 50 Chinese citizens together to build an apartment building in Queens. You build the cheapest, shittiest building imaginable, because who cares. You employ however many people (on paper) you need to build the place. The people who bought the visas come here and get employed by the company that built the building (to get some of their investment back). Rinse, repeat. Posted by: SH (no more socks) at February 12, 2025 04:49 I thought about that with Pope Benedict, too. A quiet scholar who called investigated pedophiles and declared them "the sum of the Church". He wrote so clearly about faith that his books were very eye opening to a lot of lukewarm Christians, nit just Catholics. I know people who think he was forced to resign, but they didn't know he was already blind in one eye when he was elected and had already researched the precedent of a papal resignation. This current pope brought my bff's father back to attending a church. I imagine there are other cases where Francis had a positive effect that only God knows. Gays used the seminaries as their bath houses while they were underground. Now that they are sucking of the government teer (the only time they would go near one) they are becoming VERY wealthy. The distribution of income for LGBTQetc looks like the wealth distribution for Jews (Indians also have that distribution - theirs is due to racial nepotism). Gays also have sexual nepotism. FWIW, Mississippi v. Johnson, 71 U.S. 475 (1866)
---- Major part of the ruling is "The President of the United States cannot be restrained by injunction from carrying into effect an act of Congress alleged to be unconstitutional, nor will a bill having such a purpose be allowed to be filed." Basically it was a nuisance suit alleging on the behalf of the unreconstructed Mississippi government that Johnson was illegally enforcing the Reconstruction Acts passed by Congress. They sought an injunction to forbid him from doing so and the court rejected that idea by noting faithful execution of the law by the President was involved--not a ministerial act.
