Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | The Morning Report — 2/12 /25![]() So along came Trump and truth be told, I voted reflexively for him if for no other reason than to prevent a president Hilary. But here we are after the past three elections with one of the most unlikely of men who may as Newt Gingrich correctly observes "Be the Most Consequential’ president Since Lincoln For Taking ‘Sledgehammer’ To the Establishment. He'd be the most consequential because he was at the barest of minimums willing to at least make the attempt to do so and while it is too early to tell if he will succeed, he is causing the heads of this multi-headed hydra that has consumed our society, our government, way of life, security and hope for our future lo these past many years and decades to explode in violent reaction. If he can starve that cancerous beast of its blood — Our money with which they use to forge the chains to bind us and in some cases the rope with which to hang us — then that will indeed be a giant leap forward in Making America, not merely "great" again but making America AMERICA again! But among the monster's most predictable reactions is an out of control and generally corrupt judiciary that is usurping Trump's legitimate power and authority under the pretext that he is abusing his and usurping the legislative branch's vis a vis the power of the purse. What will indeed cement Trump's place in history as truly consequential will be his willingness and ability to tell the Judiciary to piss up the rope it intends to put around his neck. If Trump can confront let alone slay the undead Demon that is Marbury v. Madison then combined with the dismantling, dismemberment and destruction of the shadow government that is the Deep State bureaucracy controlled by the Democrats and their RINO remora, will make him the greatest of Great Emancipators of all real Americans. May it be THY will, oh Lord. While I am not sanguine about the notion of relocating Gazans and/or supposedly transforming Gaza into Riviera Two, if for no other reason than it likely would become Beirut Two and perhaps result in a repeat of not only 10/7 but for us another 1983 Marine Corp Barracks truck bombing. The real problem can be summed up in one word – Islam You're never going to win hearts and minds with that madness coursing through the hearts and minds of the locals. And that's also why Iraq and Afghanistan were such abject disasters. It would have been like defeating the Nazis while allowing the Nazi Party to retain power. At the very least, Trump putting this in the public consciousness along with the abject wastage of billions and near trillions of our dollars will change hearts and minds right here at home! And his going after the Dept. of Ed to me is also a big freaking deal. Preventing future generations from being brainwashed is also a big part of our Emancipation! It seems to me increasingly that the only way our now bankrupt academic community can be reformed is not by reforming it but by completely shutting it down. Either we fire the entire teaching and administrative staffs at these colleges and put in new people (as Trump is now attempting in the federal government), or we close these colleges down completely and start from scratch to establish new institutions completely free from this poison. The halfway measures we are doing so far however are not working. Too many people who run our universities want to teach leftist propaganda and bigoted hate. Too many are actually ignorant buffoons who can’t think critically and really know nothing about the history of our country and its fundamental principles of freedom, individual responsibility, and private enterprise. All they know is that they hate America, its white population, and want it all destroyed. Trying to reform such things just isn’t going to work, because the bad stuff is too deeply ingrained. As long as these people remain so will the cesspool. More radical and fearless action is required. It is time to tear these places down completely, and build anew.As I responded to this essay from friend and friend of the blog Robert Zimmerman about his desire to go absolutely scorched earth: It starts with the unions and then its the educators of the future teachers. That's what Billy Ayers was all about when he stopped making pipe bombs. But unless we can deprogram the past few generations of the brainwashed and prevent future generations from being brainwashed then a total purge of every Leftist freak in the classroom is what is required. How we do that while maintaining the Constitution is the trick. Solve that and win a Republic! And lastly, a quick shout-out and thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. Morning J.J. Thanks again.
I don't think our government employees, or, at least, certain segments of them, have realized the Trump Administration is serious about consequences for malfeasance. I fully expect the people who sent millions to luxury hotels will be indicted, as will the people who leaked information about impending ICE raids. Sadly, the GOP has been complicit in aiding and abetting this destruction...
The two party system is, largely, a lie. We talk about the uniparty but the answer is probably simpler than that. I recall seeing a medical drama, years ago, where one of the doctors quipped that every surgeon sees every problem as an issue requiring surgery. Well, every person who spends a significant amount of their life in government sees government as the solution. Even putting aside the ones who're actively corrupt, and the longer you stay in the more likely you'll become actively corrupt, the ones who're "just trying to help people" do so by robbing from one person, or enslaving them, or restricting them, to help another in the least helpful manner imaginable. The size and scope of government is the problem. Until we solve that we're re-arranging deck chairs. Posted by: I used to have a different nic at February 12, 2025 07:46 AM (ExV1e) 16
The democrat party has always appealed to those smooth brained types who lust for power, greed, sex and dominion over their fellow citizens without any responsibility or consequences for their actions. War, slavery, welfare, bribes/handouts, affirmative action, pandering, race baiting and intimidation are the tools the democrats use to lure people in and make them stay. The GOP also profits from this by pretending to oppose them but is also along for the ride for free shit and an occasional blow or hand job in the parking lot.

The oval office press conference (?) -- what would you call such a non-traditional moment -- with Trump and Musk (with his kid climbing over him like a little monkey) talking about DOGE was the most singular, fascinating, phenomenal and purely tonic thing I've seen in politics in my life. That two such American figures and leaders could speak so clearly and openly about their intentions to clean up our government, and after what we've experienced not just over the last four years but decades-- just amazing.
On the other end of the amazement scale was the one-dimensional, monomaniacal, retarded conduct of the media, which cannot seem even to begin to apprehend the importance of DOGE, in any sense at all, to the nation or even their lives as citizens. Just hatred and the fanatical need to undermine and smear. Posted by: Ordinary American at February 12, 2025 07:47 AM (h/ffs) 18

Remember Samantha Power? You can tell she's a Person of Interest by the jobs she's held. Most recently as head of USAID, appointed in 2021 by Joe Biden, ISYN. She's tied to a lot of shenanigans, including Ukraine. If I were Pam Bondi, I'd squeeze Samantha until she squealed like a pig. Follow the money! Today I see: "DOGE Investigating Feds Whose Net Worths Have Exploded After Samantha Power Bombshell | ZeroHedge DOGE head Elon Musk said on Tuesday that DOGE is going to investigate federal employees whose net worths have exploded despite their comparatively low pay. The announcement - which came after President Donald Trump signed an executive order calling on federal agencies to work with DOGE, follows a bombshell report that Samantha Power, former head of USAID, saw her net worth explode to $30 million despite an annual salary under $250,000." It reads, "Google has removed Black History Month, Pride Month, Indigenous Peoples Day, Native American History Month, and Hispanic Heritage Month from populating on calendars on Android phones. This is shameful. Reinstate these calendar dates!!!"
And these posts have responses like, "These bootlickers have immediately shown us who they are. I thought I was the only one who noticed! Let's spread the word! Google are Nazi sympathizers. Maybe someone could provide a brief history lesson… because I’ve never seen Aaron Burr as a great villain. He was a petty man and the whole Hamilton duel was mostly on him… but in some readings of history Jefferson went after him for insurrection (unsuccessfully) in a petty vindictive way. I’m not gonna carry water for Burr but I think Tammany Hall happens without him
Another history lesson… what was up with Ike? Great military leader, Overlord… then he identified the military industrial complex in his famous exit speech. But… he was mainly status quo in his 8 years and went after tail gunner Joe even though Joe was mostly right?? Was he afraid to move against the machine?? You are right that Islam is a problem, but we need to open our eyes to another foe that's not only at our doorstep but actively invading the West: India.
India loots our economy via remittances, floods the market with cheap labor H1B's - ruining American salaries - and steals what they can via scam call centers. India's membership in BRICS seeks to undermine and eventually replace the dollar on the world market. Christians are violently persecuted in India by the majority Hindus, who also persecute Sikhs, Muslims, Buddhists - anyone who's not a cow worshipping Hindu. And don't get me started on their use of "Gomutra" or "Gaumutra" -- it's bottled cow piss that they use as a medicine, and even make sodas and "sports drinks" with it -- or their use, and consumpion of, cow dung. It's (past) time for the United States to recognize we are being invaded by a hostile nation - India - and to respond accordingly. We should immediately end the H1B and other guest worker programs and send every Indian back to India, this would go a long way in helping American Salaries - expecially in the Tech Sector. The currency is untethered to reality, as far back as the 1960s, DeGaulle, no real friend of America it could be argued, called the dollar as the reserve currency “an exorbitant privilege”. He had a point.
How well has the Congress and the bureaucratic institutions handled this privilege of borrowing credit and printing up currency, seemingly without limit? Keep in mind, no other country can get away with this. “Full faith and credit” used to mean something. How much faith you got in some of these assclowns in Washington City? Your life depends on it. The currency is fake, but the consequences are very, very real. Posted by: Common Tater at February 12, 2025 08:07 AM (G6Lak) 71

Make the DOGE revolution stick: Let Musk and taxpayers reveal what’s really in America’s checkbook
-- Out of curiosity, I went to DOGE's gov website and it's just a blank black page for the most part. It would be nice if it listed the 1000s of ridiculous "programs" that they're finding so taxpayers can see where their money has been going. Much like Barky did with the filming every day of the BP oil spill years ago, show the American people just how shocking and unreal just where our money has been going. Maybe plans are in the works for such a thing, but the website could be a glaring siren showing the waste, fraud and abuse for all to see. You can trace a lot of it back to academia. They attend the same schools and hang with the same radical crowd. Norm Eisen has been behind every hoax and lie perpetrated by the left on Trump and his people back to the Russia hoax. He and Obama were classmates at Harvard and then in a case of galactic irony he was Obama's ethics czar during his presidency. He was on the Trump impeachment cases, helped the Ukraine "whistleblowers" and was behind the lawfare against Trump during the last 4 years. Power, Nuland, Lisa Monaco (the real attorney general under Biden) were all part of the same rat pack which is why Obama has never really left. Until now. Eisenhower was a great military administrator. I don't believe he ever saw combat - although he requested to be sent to Europe in WW1. While it might be momentarily less satisfying for Trump to fight this through the appeals process rather than just ignoring the courts I think this is a much better long term strategy. It's obvious to everyone that activists judges have way overstepped their authority and these nationwide fiats made by district judges have been a persistent problem for a long time. If Trump ignores the courts he will give the left ammo to call him lawless, probably get impeached and give the left more ammo to also ignore the courts. If he lets the courts smack down these judges and I know Clarence Thomas for one is itching to hammer these lower court national edicts then it's all legal and the path is clear. And he's the first for whom that existential threat is the US government itself. This is historic stuff - these are the times and Trump is the guy that the US Constitution was written for. Will he and it prevail? Who knows? Odds are stacked against it, but the really historic developments always have that as a factor. But at this point - succeed or fail - Trump will be remembered as one of the American history's most consequential figures, no matter what. The question is only, for what? She wasn’t a big person but knew martial arts which helped as early on kids tried to go after her. The abuse was multi generational. I think she lasted 2 years. So the stories of cartels abusing NA is unfortunately unsurprising. Hope they can do a big raid at the casinos as someone had mentioned.

Many younger people might not know this but 401K wasn't near universally available back in the day. People grew up thinking that SS/Medicare would take care of them in their old age. While people will say "I paid into it my whole life" and be mocked for it, what they mean is "I've got nothing else." It's fine for people with alternatives to say "should have thought about that" but it isn't going to fly. It's not until you get to the end of the boomers/start of X that you start getting any real fraction of the population who saved for themselves. Work to phase it out but agitating for abolition is a failing strategy. Posted by: I used to have a different nic at February 12, 2025 08:48 AM (ExV1e) 225

Of course, in Westminster Best in Show competition, you could take anyone off the street, have them point a finger at one of the seven and it would be a fine choice. Sadly, the GOP has been complicit in aiding and abetting this destruction, with the exception of course of Coolidge and Reagan (Ike recognized the problem but he could not or would not roll back the cancer that was the New Deal)
IIRC, Ike wanted to 'manage' the New Deal and didn't believe in getting rid of it, which I think was one unspoken reason why the GOP kicked Robert Taft to the curb in 1952. Posted by: Hadrian the Seventh at February 12, 2025 08:58 AM (dxSpM) There will always be bad breeding. That's not the issue. The dog shows, the "show-line standard", has by its very definition as a standard, established a corrupted phenotype for breeds as opposed to how they were traditionally bred (sometimes over centuries) to perform. This is simply a fact. Take a look at the German shepherd, Labrador, Bulldog, Doberman a century ago compared to today. Aside from the alterations in physique there are numerous health issues. Would these changes have taken place without the corrupted "standard" of the show ring? I doubt it. Posted by: Ordinary American at February 12, 2025 09:07 AM (h/ffs) 289

Agree, but you have to admit, what the breeders of show-quality German Shepherds have done with their lines over the last 20 years or so is borderline criminal. Well, I've looked at the GSD standard from 1943 and the current one from 1978 and, while it's been extensively re-written, the wording for the hindquarters is pretty much the same. Do I like the look of the latter-day German Shepherd? No, but I'm not in the breed. The question you have to ask is whether their appearance is inconsistent with their function as a herding dog. Are the current show GSDs more prone to hip dysplasia? There are a lot more breeds that look nothing like a GSD that have much higher rates of dysplasia. Nor do you have to have a "show GSD" to have hip dysplasia. Posted by: Hadrian the Seventh at February 12, 2025 09:12 AM (dxSpM) 303

Most breeding issues come from two things:
1) Crap breeders using a small pool of interbred dogs to generate a puppy mill for popular breeds. Go looking for a dog these days and you will see exactly that. 2) Working breeds (or any breed) no longer used for its bred-to-function. Simple Darwinism at work. A GSD that can't act as a shepard would be put down in ye olde days thus helping to preserve the quality of the breed. The Late Great Stormy was a Kerry Blue Terrier, a not rare but not popular breed. She bought her from a pricey but respected breeders and she was never sick a day in her 17 yr life. The last year or so she had arthritis(?) issues and some dog senility but hey that comes with the territory. Posted by: naturalfake at February 12, 2025 09:35 AM (iJfKG) 357

Remember how the US's C19 response programs were to be limited to citizens, green card holders but suddenly cities, such as NYC, had hospitals transporting 'patients' around & around unchecked - though there was also time for dancing - demanded more & more ventilators be manufacturer and distributed, ignored the "FEMA hospital Posted by: L - No nic, another fine day at February 12, 2025 10:54 AM (NFX2v) 366
sites" built & fully staffed under Trump's direction, and buried people in mass graves such as at Hart Island? And then it doled out tons of 'funeral money" for years. (Multiple family members have gotten in on the act for one funeral, allegedly C19 related.) I'd also be taking a thorough look at consortiums of physicians who were extraordinarily funded (DEI) to provide C19 shots, etc. in major US cities.
C19 money to establish a plethora of new businesses, such as personal home healthcare that is Medicare/Medicaid funded, though so many other small businesses suffered & were lost due to lack of financial aid. C19 money for more daycare centers to open though there were few children in attendance at established centers, largely because parents were working from home or had their children in "closed" non-profit daycare, i.e., YMCA. C19 money terribly misused, period. BTW, ever wonder how the Biden administration left the US stockpiles for PPE and common medical devices, and also antivirals, smallpox medications, etc? Can't imagine they're in much better shape than the meager, insufficient stockpiles O&Joe left the nation. Posted by: L - No nic, another fine day at February 12, 2025 10:54 AM (NFX2v) 367
From above, "Israel’s UN Ambassador: Why Does Egypt Need All Those Weapons?" 🤷♀️ but:
>USDA Foreign Agricultural Service - On August 6, 2023, the Egyptian Organization for Standardization published the Egyptian standard -- ES: 429/2023 General Requirements on Halal Food According to Islamic Shariya. This standard covers the general requirements, during all stages of the production process, for halal food, in accordance with Islamic Shariya. (And the recent Menendez bribery trial because they were all just plain stupid.) >Interesting history with the US including being involved in extraordinary rendition and, IIRC, particularly under the Clinton administration for a period of time. >UNC School of Law, Extraordinary Rendition and Torture What the Narratives of Victims Reveal and Require, Nov 2017. In small part, "The U.S. government, during the Clinton Administration, began to partner with third countries that ostensibly agreed to arrest, detain, interrogate, and prosecute terrorist suspects.12 What took place in reality was quite different—most of the partnering countries were some of the world’s most egregious abusers of human rights, including Egypt." 🔥🔥Breaking! Judge John Bates wife gets funded by USAID! This is a serious conflict of interest since her funding relies on the Trump admin!
Recall Bates is the judge who ordered the Trump admin to restore website info on gender ideology and sex change operations. His wife, Carol Rhees, is the founder of Hope For Children in Ethiopia. And has been a very long term recipient of USAID. Posted by: SMOD at February 12, 2025 10:59 AM (GITLP) 369
Glad I didn't read most of the comments on this thread, but of the ones which I did read #347 "resist me much" ( or whatever the heck his handle is) and his comment about "most boomer take ever" and ff) should get the " ASHQ Insult factory award of the day- so far - because wishing that somebody choke to death on a piece of bread while a nurse from another country ignores them seems a bit....excessive. Maybe people could explain their issues without wishing death on fellow conservatives?!!
