Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Nancy Mace Alleges Her Ex-Fiance and Three Other Men R*ped HerHer allegations are specific and one assumes she has evidence of them. She alleges these men were taking secret photos of women while undressed and that they drugged Nancy Mace and took advantage of her. But she says the state of South Carolina threatened to investigate her. This... Well, there's definitely bad behavior going on here on someone's part. Either Mace is a bad actor and making herself out to be Joan of Arc, or South Carolina officials are protecting sex criminals. So this statement is 100% true -- but it's also 100% true of most leftwing feminists, who constantly allege that they have been sexually assaulted. Has the Times ever accused leftwing feminists of making rape part of their brand? Nice, NYT. Say, have you ever pointed out that Hillary Clinton poses as a hero of women while defending her credibly-accused rapist husband? Or that Kamala Harris ran on protecting women from Trump while her husband was slapping girlfriends and knocking up nannies? In recent weeks, Ms. Mace has made a campaign out of her measure to bar transgender individuals from using women's restrooms and changing rooms in the Capitol complex. A onetime moderate who has made a full-bore turn to Trumpism as she has tried to game out her own political future in a tribal party, Ms. Mace has been vocal in recent weeks about her interest in running for governor in her state. So has Alan Wilson, the South Carolina attorney general, whom she targeted in her speech on Monday as a "do-nothing attorney general" and accused of treating women who came forward like criminals. "During the last year, as I turned everything over to law enforcement, I was told I, as a victim, would be investigated," she said. A spokeswoman for Mr. Wilson, Jaqueline Lane, said that Ms. Mace's statements regarding the conduct of the attorney general were "categorically false" and "politically motivated." "At this time, our office has not received any reports or requests for assistance from any law enforcement or prosecution agencies regarding these matters," said Ms. Lane, who added that neither Mr. Wilson nor anyone in his office had heard of Ms. Mace's allegations until she spoke out on Monday night.
Comments(Jump to bottom of comments)1
Ms. Mace has tried to position herself as the ultimate defender of women's rights, even as she has expressed unequivocal support for President Trump, who has been found liable for sexual abuse, and a cabinet member who has been dogged by an accusation of sexual assault that he has denied.

I watched a bit of the speech earlier. Maybe the first 20 min, and then I skipped around.
A big problem for me is she goes from her fiance putting his phone into a safe (and she had an example of similar safe with her. WTF?) to him giving her the safe code and thumbprint access to the phone 5 minutes later. Why? She really needs to explain that in a way that does not sound kooky. But regardless, it is hard to watch. I really hate crap like this - it harshes my whole day knowing these kind of people (allegedly) exist. I am very torn on this one- the timing of this speech is interesting. She is toying a run for GOV, and the person who would be her rival is the AG she accuses of doing nothing.
There is an active investigation that is now a year old. So does that mean there is some meat on the bone? She broke up with her fiance citing infidelity after finding a dating app on his phone. He claims he re-installed the app to delete an old profile. It all sounds very messy. Posted by: Piper at February 11, 2025 04:06 PM (p4NUW) 88

I'd say I'm something of a fan of Mace's, but when I first read about this story I had a few concerns:
1) Why is she talking about this NOW, when it's not news, and so much else is going on? 2) It seems kind of scummy to use that platform to defame people, rightly or wrongly, when she knows she's immune from being held accountable for it, if she's full of it. 3) She spoke of having gained access to the evidence, spotting herself among the subjects being filmed, but didn't say how she managed to get that access. It's a horrific thing she's claiming, but it's not justice when you're only hearing one side, and that side has free reign to say whatever the hell they want. Ted Kennedy left a woman to drown in an over-named creek way before Bill Clinton was on the national radar. And the MassHoles voted harder for him for it. As did the rest of the country.
Bill Clinton wasn't a tipping point. ----------- The point wasn't the "act", it was the *response*. Posted by: People's Hippo Voice at February 11, 2025 04:01 PM (MxAKj) Most women have an odd story to tell. They don't always share. There is a question of shame, of self-blame, of thinking reporting is going to hurt your career, your privacy, you life in general. The assault can convince a woman to lock it all up, and never say a word. Eventually, it starts to really make a mess of one's life. Sometimes that's when women get brave. And yes, there are the occasional jackwagons who lie and say idiotic things, but they are really a tiny minority. They are the ones who make it even harder to speak up. Several years ago, a newsman (Bill Kurtis?) did a reconstruction using a sniper and a mock-up using a pig skull filled with gelatin, and got a very similar wound from the proper angle and distance. Ballistics sometimes does strange things, like flesh and bone rebounding towards the rifle.
Still, I want to see the unclassified evidence, because the idea that someone was a loner and just happened to be in position near the president is pretty lame, just like the attempt on Trump. Posted by: JackStraw at February 11, 2025 04:04 PM (LkLld) You just have to watch the Zapruder film to see THAT. You see JFK leaning forward, having been shot in the back first, then BLAM! - his head jerks back, and the back of his head is blown out. A piece of lead moving at high velocity cannot possibly make the object it hits jerk TOWARDS the direction it's coming from - it could only push its target AWAY from the direction it was fired from. That high school physics (conservation of momentum). So he was shot from behind, and then the kill shot came from the front (where the infamous "grassy knoll" was). Had to be at LEAST two shooters, and you don't have to believe some conspiracy kook to see it for yourself. There's a guy who credibly confessed to taking the kill shot (found Jesus, that sort of thing). Said he took the shot because the other members of the team failed to hit JFK in the head, assuring the kill. Posted by: MrExcitement at February 11, 2025 04:22 PM (hOOi9) 199

Posted by: Ashley biden at February 11, 2025 04:25 PM (t0Rmr) There's a reason why the law used to make distinctions between "sexual assault" and "forcible rape." During the MeToo movement, feminists decided to change the definition of rape. So now someone who was pressured in to having sex with her boyfriend or husband is in the same category as a jogger who was tackled on a run and forcibly raped. It's offensive to the forcibly raped people, and it's kind of stupid. Yes, men should not pressure women in to having sex if they don't want to. That's boorish behavior. The thing I still find troubling is that she made the accusations in the one place where she cannot suffer any consequences for doing so.
Someone this morning said that she was introducing legislation, I didn't watch the video of the speech, which would make the location fine but now she won't talk about the allegations outside the floor of the House? Her attack on Alan Wilson, SC AG, seems like dirty pool to me, as he will be her rival in the primary running for her governor, if she goes for that. OTOH, Wilson's office says essentially, "We hadn't heard anything about this". You would think if SLED had been investigating charges involving the rape/assault of a sitting SC congresswoman, he would've certainly known about it. I watched a very good documentation that did a minute by minute retelling of the events as told by witnesses
its a given that witness testimony can be unreliable but this was next level, Oswald was anywhere from being on Mars to whizzing by them down the stairs like a ghost Posted by: The Unvaxed and Unmasked Ranger - China is Assho And Void of Freedom Loving Wagshambas at February 11, 2025 04:27 PM (HYKHz) The official story would require Oswald to be running down the stairs at the same time the manager of the building, along with a Dallas cop, were running up the stairs. Unfortunately, several witnesses (including said manager and cop) place Oswald in the break room at the time. As far as witness testimony? I agree, it's usually pretty inaccurate. Here, no witnesses place Oswald in the sixth floor, but several do place him on the first floor in the breakroom. But that's not what I base my opinion on -- I base my opinion on the actions of the government / key actors after Oswald is arrested. And the actions of the Warren Commission, and how they intimidated witnesses and changed stories, etc. Which points squarely at one culprit: the CIA. Most women have an odd story to tell.

Yes, men should not pressure women in to having sex if they don't want to. That's boorish behavior.
Part of the problem here is that most women want to be pursued, and what counts as boorish really does vary by situation and demographic. The line between pursuit and pressure is awfully thin in places. Had a female friend when I was younger who referred to some boots she owned as her "knock me down and fuck me" boots. Presumably, she would have objected to most men literally knocking her down and fucking her. But her phrasing still conveyed some sense of what she was trying to get out of that outfit. I am not married nor a woman but I have heard that women will admit that they might not be in the mood but soon become so if properly advanced. Posted by: Christopher R Taylor == Women will do it because they know its part of the social contract with a relationship. guys know they have to take care of their woman and women understand that's what they bring to the table. What's easier for people to understand than the Kennedy assassination. "The government is so corrupt that Allen Dulles, after being fired by JFK, decided enough was enough with Kennedy and worked with the mafia (who according to the FBI "did not exist") and Cuban exiles to kill the sitting president of the United States. Then, somehow, Dulles got himself on the Warren Commission to investigate the assassination. And was able to keep all of this covered up for 60+ years. That's how corrupt our government is."

The reality is women lie about this all the time if they think it gets them what they want and society is fine with this game.
Take reason and accountability away from a man - and you'll have a woman. Yeah, every woman I've ever know lies. Out of habit and reflex, with no consequences. Its just what they do. 311 Most women have an odd story to tell.
=== Theory See above, but word got round that she wanted to run for gov. Someone shared some oppo research with her to dissuade her. She knows her own story is not great because she didn't come forward timely. Solution, find a dozen other women who didn't either with the same guys. She went nuclear, rather than cave. I get it. She probably wound up in a situation she regrets, where maybe she chose to be impaired, but then was taken advantage of, and the decided not to deal with the fallout. Unfortunately, perhaps that allowed the problem actors more time to act on others. If you are a partner, recreational drug user, heavy drinker you are setting yourself up for exploitation. Happens to men also. Lotta guys get robbed by hookers and don't report it. Posted by: Not a protestant ===== Both are plausible. After all... Salesmen don't continue to sell you a car after you've already written the check. TBH there is a little more to it then that. Yes, some of it is purely the GF is trying to "win" you and the wife isn't going to bother because she already did. But another part of it is that the way you interact likely changes quite a bit. Before she sees you on fun dates...with other women maybe looking at you as well and gets confirmation you are someone women want...versus later in life the two of you spend most time together at home doing boring things. Martina Navratilova@Martina If DOGE was really serious about cutting fraud and waste etc, they would start with the military budget… not with USAID- which is a drop in the bucket in comparison. 2h @ScottAdamsSays A better strategy is to start where you can get a fast win so your credibility and public support is high enough to take on the military. You also want to move fast and “break things” before the bureaucracy can mount a solid defense. If you need to correct later, that’s just common sense. And you want the smartest people to do the work (IQs 140-180), not the government “experts” clocking in at 100-120. Musk rarely, if ever, gets process wrong. It’s his secret sauce. And he’s a fast-fixer if the system wobbles. The rest of us can watch and learn. He’s printing a new DNA for government and business efficiency. The process Musk is showing us will have more long term economic value than the budget savings. I have never felt more American. 1h @elonmusk Accurate. However, progress is roughly at the ~$4B/day savings needed to achieve a $1T deficit reduction in government financial year 2026, which starts in October. Life isn't fair. I'm pretty certain that Jordan Hudson, 24, beautiful girlfriend of Bill Bellichick, 72, estimated net work $70 Million, doesn't lust after his sagging old man ass and big gut but rather his bank account and the things that he can do for her, take her, buy her. She sees young men her own age that are hot that she would love to bed but alas, they can't "provide". Live isn't fair. See also, Cher and Madonna.

389 He's using another smart heuristic to find the most corrupt federal employees. He has identified employees with a high net worth but low pay. The IRS has been doing this for ages, so it's not really groundbreaking. I'm just excited this is being used against government employees.

Women find resources to be attractive. It is a sign of dominance. Alpha. To be fair, your assessment of a woman is purely physical either. Availability is the best ability.

Wait, she dropped out of high school because she was raped, but then went to school at The Citadel in the first co-ed class of the formerly male-only military college? That seems ... unlikely.

Why self-censor the title on a private blog? Is saying "rape" illegal now or something?

Comics nerd checking in.
JL-D's role in Thunderdorks* is Valenita Allegra de Fontaine, originally appearing in Nick Fury, Agent of SHIELD in the 60s. She had the skunk stripe from the beginning. If she's also Madame Hydra (because why not, F Disney), maybe she dyes the stripe green? Why do I care. I'm not gonna see it anyway Posted by: Captain Whitebread at February 11, 2025 06:14 PM (uId0p) 403

Posted by: Tinfoil Dispenser at February 11, 2025 05:34 PM (ERYKL) Agreed. It's silly and kind of embarrassing. Like a kid who uses euphemisms because they're afraid of saying a "bad word." Also, huge respect for Mace. Incredibly powerful. I can't imagine the courage that must have taken. Posted by: E.A.
