Night
specifically Edinburgh, if you must be nosy

Unfair! Unjust!

Playing hide and seek with your dogs.

We spent so much time wondering if we could do it, we never bothered asking if we should.

Dude posting his W's.

Happy birthday, doggo!

Tom Homan needs to start deporting criminal felines.

Just a relaxing day of boating.

Newborn giraffe tests out the new legs.

Good boy sets himself to herding the corn.

She's doing her best.

Good dog brings a tissue to a crying child.

Stray dog gets adopted off the street.

Living teddy bear. Out of control, obvs.

For exactly one single solitary reader.

Not for that one single solitary reader.

24 Doggo hide n seek is teh funneh.

We used to play hide n seek with our snowflake appoloosa when I lived in Greenwood, LA. She was totes into the game and would squeal and buck and kick when she 'found' us. She would also take a turn hiding, which was just ROFLOL. She'd put her noggin behind a bush or a tree or a wall leaving her big bespecktacled ass sticking out. We'd have to pretend we didn't see her until we jump scared her by leaping around what ever she 'hid' behind. More squeals, bucks and kicks. Damned horse. Now it's dusty up in here.

Or he would pull a Pepper Horse and leave his big brown ass stickong out from the curtain his head was behind.

MegaRoy, that sneaky emmeffer, he'll slip off and hide in the shadows, then 'get' me in an ambush. I can get him too, but he can hear me most of the time. At least he pretends to be surprised.

36 Big deal in Deutschland (or Germany if you prefer). The CDU teamed up with the AfD and passed an immigration legislation that limits arrivals, allows deportations etc. Merz of the CDU sees this as the most expedient way to get elected come February. But, it's up in the air which party will benefit the most from this legislation. AfD was the catalyst and the nationalist citizens of Germany know that full well. They see Merz as an opportunist.

I did not deal well with spit kisses or face eating in HS. I also prefer my ear not be licked and still wonder where the hell that started and why.

67 My friends are on their way home! Yaaay!

We'll be discussing the cats. Trumpy and Snowflake and their mother Starry....also staying here....are all beautiful.

They know how well Mom and I treated the cats, but since Mom's gone, I have to focus on developing a life for me. The cats with the in and out until 9 or 10 pm, and then Snowflake waking me up early in the morning is too much.

I have Mom's depressed dog Ralphy, of which I will be taking care.

Anyone who has followed this for the last 4 months knows I love the cats. But Mom's gone. I have to be creating income soon.

I'll be in the house until the end of the year. I miss having doors open. Trumpy lifts up the faucet handles in the bathrooms because he limes to drink from the cascading faucets and he likes to watch the water.

Bedroom doors are closed because Snowflake has chewed cords in the past.

I'll happily keep the beautiful, long haired, friendly, not too destructive cats for a while until a nice owner adopting both can be found. Hell, I'll toss in toys.

Starry, their mother, is pretty comfortable inside and low maintenance. I'll happily keep her until it's warmer. She doesn't crap outside my closed bedroom door.

“Panic seized the party, and those in the van whipped up the horses and made desperate attempts to escape, regardless of their companions, but the terrified horses seemed almost incapable of movement,” according to a 1911 New York Times article. “A scene frightful almost beyond description was now enacted. Men, women and children, shrieking with fear, defended themselves with whatever weapons they could, but to no avail, and one after another fell amidst the snarling beasts.”

"On Llewelyn's return the truant, stained and smeared with blood, joyfully sprang to meet his master. The prince alarmed hastened to find his son, and saw the infant's cot empty, the bedclothes and floor covered with blood.

"The frantic father plunged his sword into the hound's side, thinking it had killed his heir. The dog's dying yell was answered by a child's cry.

"Llewelyn searched and discovered his boy unharmed, but nearby lay the body of a mighty wolf which Gelert had slain. The prince filled with remorse is said never to have smiled again."

Wife and sons cannot discern accents. Son 2 says they all sound like Elmer Fudd to him. I wonder if being able to sing helps. I can sing. Wife and sons could not carry a tune in a bucket.

There's that MTV show 'Ridiculousness' that shows crazy video clips.

They have scenes with fights. There were a few clips where a fight was breaking out, one guy got naked and the others just called it quits.

For a knife fight, if you were out numbered, let's say 3 to 1. In a crazy bar fight, no combat people involved, I'd wonder how that would work out.

1. Stripping naked while screaming 'Prepare for AIDS MotherF@ckers!'

2. The level of insanity to rip away clothing during a knife fight. I'd think twice. Especially, if somewhat sober and mobile.

3. And who wants to touch another naked dude.

Against cops and military...no.

Self Employment comes down to a few basic things.

Number 1 - of course, is the money. Not the "maximum money" you can make, but can you make enough money.

Number 2 - do you need structure or socialization. Because most people keep a regular gig for the structure and socialization.

If you make enough money, and don't need the structure ? I wish I'd have made the leap years ago. Self Employment is where its at.

186 I come back from dinner and see that the question of why earlicking was done to me in HS is still on the table.

It was in a drive in and grossed me out. 10th grade. I should have spoken up and said I prefer to clean my own ears, thank you. WHY? I have asked this for decades.

My NY husband said a girl up north did this to him, but he also did not see the point. Is there an earwax fetish I don't know about? Not that I care, I just want to know why. Was it supposed to do the trick and I'd be his? Was it just in the South?

I'd see cars all steamed up and stuff but never one I was in. Quite the cheerleader prude. A mystery for the entire HS. In return I stopped dating for years and was busy. I even used the "I have to wash my hair excuse."

I am sure I am fixing to be willowed.

187 The cats are all in.

My friends are back in the country.

There's a movie I bought on Prime. 'The Necklace' with both Madeleine and Violet McGraw in there playing sisters, which they are in real life.

They are the top teen horror actresses now. Sweetest girls. Violet was in 'M3Gan' and Madeleine won a Chainsaw Horror award as Gwen in 'The Black Phone.'

The cats can tear around. I'm just going to enjoy my movie.

And the cats are taking up my tear around challenge....

Kinda hard to tell, but for all we know, the big plane flew into the little aircraft's path. Video angles, especially at night, can play tricks on yours and throw off your perspective.

If that is the case, then the small aircraft would've been on the large aircraft's blindside.

267 IIRC there was a SoCal controlled air space incursion at LAX. Actually, there were two incursions at the same time. Along with a PSA DC-9.

Controller spent too much time getting one of the incursions, a privately owned Grumman, to get out of the air space. The other incursion was also a private plane operating under VFR rules and also lost.

The lost private plane collided with the PSA DC-9.
