Conspiracy Theories about Conspiracy Theories

make friends s.jpg

Good morning, Horde! Have you noticed a few unexpected issues (or narratives) appearing lately? Let's return to the thrilling days of yesteryear, namely January 2024, when the luminaries of the WEF in Davos chose "misinformation and disinformation" as the most severe short-term risk the world faced. Especially with AI taking over the internet.

Their aim was control. Something to think about, given the events of this year.

How do you think control of "the narrative" has proceeded during 2024?

*

BABYLON BEE

FBI Asks X Users To Please Stop Solving Crimes Before They Do

babylon beee solving.jpg

The statement reads in part:

"It is in the public interest that all X users stop solving crimes immediately. Solving crime is the responsibility of the federal government and local law enforcement. If we do not solve crimes first, we cannot control the narrative, and that's important for national security reasons we cannot discuss at this time."

As an incentive, the FBI is promising not to raid anyone who complies. "All you have to do is not report on suspects, observe obvious connections to other crimes, or complain when we prosecute parents of school-aged children," a spokesman for the bureau explained. "You scratch our back, we leave your back alone. Get it?"

At publishing time, the FBI had prosecuted an X user for interfering with a cover-up.

Conspiracy Theories

Do folks have a point here?

Very careful

Bite too hard on this exploding bait and everyone gets had and discredited

Authorities will make official network TV news viewing mandatory

FOLLOW-UP: Is there something Rogan could not possibly resist?

*

Walter Kirn again:

I'm a conspiracy theorist about conspiracy theories, I realized today

I think some of these theories are built right into "news" stories, pre-planted secrets and meant to be dug up and form ever-so intriguing patterns for suspicious sleuths

Hmmmm . . . Are you seeing this?

Don't get stuck in the intrigue. Live your life.

Only seventeen more days to go. But even a senile president can do a lot of damage in 17 days when he is a malevolent narcissist. Makes you long for the good old days when the worst thing an outgoing Democrat did was steal the White House china and furniture and rip out all the ‘W” keys from the computers.

The miniseries "Shaka Zulu" from the 80s was excellent.

---
In the 80s, it was possible to address complex social issues without resorting to caricature and absurdity. Thus, the "North and South" miniseries' could show the reality of slavery, its complexity, and have southern characters were were good people and awful northern ones. One of the most toxic characters was the rabid abolitionist played by Kirstie Alley in one of her finest roles.

Nowawadys, everything has to be sanitized to conform with a narrative, which makes it feel fake and dull.

As a result, there are actually LESS authentic roles for black actors because they're not allowed to be anything other than put-upon and perfect. (cont)

12 I watched the Shawn Ryan podcast with the intelligence analyst last night. So he bit quickly.

Ryan seemed to be overacting the "holy shit" aspect of this.

And if I recall correctly, he seemed to make an appeal to enhanced security measures at the end.

So deep state and tech bros combine to push enhanced security for all to keep the masses safe.

Where have I heard this before?

Yeah. I'll pay attention when the east coast gets vaporized by anti gravity warp speed drones.

I dont think they have a security protocol for that yet.

As part of being an Air Force camera jockey, I got to know several of the Tuskegee Airmen, interviewing them, seeing them at recurring events, etc., and they LOATHED the way Hollywood treated them. They hated the scene where they learn that the Army/Navy/Marines are raaacist.

No, dumbass, that was the world. It wasn't surprising and it didn't bother them that much. They worked to change it, but acting like they were crying over it is just insulting to them. (cont)

25 (cont) The Tuskegee Airmen knew what they were up against, and contra Hollywood's 90s take, none committed suicide. They were determined to prove the world wrong and never complained.

They also let me in on a secret: because the government didn't want black fighter pilots, they set the bar really, really high. So the only guys who even got to apply were elite in every way - college-educated in the age of Jim Crow, superior athletes. The conscript "flying sergeants" never had a chance, and they were held back in training for so long that they had flying hours well beyond any other new pilots.

So when they got their aircraft, they were inadvertently positioned for success, and they knew it. They knew they were smarter, more agile, better-trained and they loved showing it off.

Most importantly, they loved their country deeply, and would not hear any nonsense about their service being in vain. finis

29 A increasingly common tactic by the Junta/Deep State is to haphazardly around looney false flag conspiracy theories then accuse the opposition (almost anybody that doesn't suck deep state cock enthusiasticlly) of seditious conspiracy of one flavor or another and then 'react accordingly'.

Recent example is baseless accusations of MAGA people literally attacking FEMA workers in hurricane impact zones which FEMA / Junta then used to deny assistance of any sort.
Thing is, before denying assistance it was already argued that FEMA workers themselves were knowingly spreading lies. Not something they played on national news, but by observers via X, etc.

Interesting about the Tuskegee airmen loathing Hollywood. I enjoy watching "Finding Your Roots" (you have to accept that Gates likely created this to document slavery). What's fascinating is the complexity of the guests' ancestors' lives, as you can see it challenging their identity (no doubt selected for this reason). For example, a bi-racial BLM activist actor discovered he was a direct descendent of the constable in Salem, MA who arrested the witches. Or Lena Dunham discovering her great (whatever) grandfather was a con artist who swindled American Indians in olde NY. Then there's the hardships relatives endured. Many have no conception of how hard and unfair life was for people in the past, and so many like those mentioned above imagine themselves great warriors for humanity with no recognition that yes, people can and do make bad choices -- or what you would judge bad choices - to function within the reality of their environment at the time.

I don't believe that's how it works though. Those "billions of pixels" tend to coalesce around a few specific theories, which tend to come to conclusions that are MUCH closer to the truth, because the pressure is applied for as many sources as it is.

In other words, if you start with a believe that, say, Ivermectin is an effective treatment for Covid, and someone else is saying "drink bleach," and most people are saying "ignore all those crazies, and listen to Tony Fauci," eventually reality does win.

Turns out those crazies on the internet were right, it didn't come from people eating bats, social distancing was a fraud, the gene therapy injection caused more harm than good, the collateral damage from lockdowns is going to be felt for decades to come.

And the thing is, if we'd all just listened to the one channel, we'd be worse off than we already are.

What we know is men have their limits. You can't keep putting them in combat settings. Eventually they all break. All. Of. Them.

What is worse though... is that even after the truth is actually out, the media still controls the narrative enough that NOTHING has been fixed... no one has been held accountable... and in fact, the government has given it self MORE power in case of an 'emergency'.

I was disowned by many relatives during Covid... now with no apology, they just want to act as though nothing ever happened.

I discovered as a single Dad trying to raise teen agers, that the worst thing in the world you can do... is warn someone of something, and later be proven correct.

77 I agree "I think LBJ knew things."

He knew things because he was told.

He also knew when it was time to leave for simaler reasons.

The CIA has been running things with varying degrees of success on the world stage for a long time.

I'm sure they are pretty uncomfortable with Trump showing up in DC again with a posse this time.

I don't think Trump is a "High Noon" kind of guy. He'll make a deal.

People with vested interests in these things looked into the data, and determined there was a finite number of days you could leave a man in combat (I forget the actual number, but there is a number).

If you leave him in longer than that, he becomes useless as a fighting unit, and is broken as a human being.

We knew that, and adjusted how they rotated units in and out of combat in WWII, in Korea (we weren't really there that long), and in Vietnam.

Then in the BushCheney Globull Warofterror, we broke the rule. Over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

I think the story with LBJ is that he was a nobody congressman who happened to have Herman and George Brown on his side for saving their skins over a dam they were building.

In 1940, FDR was scared he might lose control of Congress. The GOP made big gains in 1938 and were looking to make more. LBJ became the head of the Democratic Congressional Campaign and started calling in his IOUs, including a lot of oil money.

The Democrats held Congress, but two years later the GOP made more gains and, along with conservative Southern Democrats, hamstrung FDR.

This a staggering, thoroughly documented account of the extent of Red infiltration into the Federal Government. It is not a biography of McCarthy in the common sense, it is an examination of what was going on, as revealed by documents that are only now becoming available. Remarkable book. Should be read by everyone.

Yeah. I generally don't like those lawsuits, and I don't think Harrison was deliberately ripping anyone off. He should've done what McCartney did with "Yesterday" and play it for a bunch of people and ask if it's similar to something first though.

Since I took office, we've recovered all of the jobs lost during the pandemic. And added 7 million more.

231 I am extremely impressed with your writing skills and also
with the layout on your blog. Is this a paid theme or did you customize it yourself?
Either way keep up the nice quality writing, it's rare to see a great blog like
this one today.

What, exactly, has Hil ever done other than somehow marry Willie? Without him she'd still be a smelly old hippie in hideous striped pants. Now she's a smelly old ugly hippie mostly wearing tents. She's one of my favorite people as I am sure you can tell. My hate reached epic levels post Benghazi.
