As a convert, if you came in from the Episcopalians or maybe even the Lutherans, the service will be structured along the same lines: Liturgy of the Word (up to the sermon/homily, then the Creed) and next the Communion side, when the Eucharist is brought out and consecrated.
If you came in from some megachurch which is basically a TED talk with some guitar music, my advice is, firstly, well done for tiptoeing out of there, secondly, just stand when others stand, sit when others sit, kneel when others kneel. The congregation will recite stuff, or even sing it, but you don't have to. As a Catholic even other churches will sing where some speak, or sing in different keys, so visitors even who are Catholic will be in the same boat. Nobody is going to too crosswise at you unless you fart.

I occasionally go to a Catholic Mass, though I am not a convert. I just do my best to follow along. At my local church, there is a helpful cheat sheet on the pew with the prayers that everyone else memorized in the crib. I just keep my seat during communion.

202 Mary veneration isn't a yuuge part of the Sunday service. That comes in more for the Days Of Obligation like, er, 1 January. And Immaculate Conception and so forth.
There is a point where in the creed we bow when the part comes up, "and was born of the Virgin Mary and became man" (if I'm not flubbing the exact words). Also you might hear "blessed Mary ever virgin". Otherwise the focus is on Christ.

That's about it. It's different from independent Baptist but not substantially different from some other Protestant churches.

Btw, I was formerly married in the Catholic Church received an annulment (which took years to participate in and receive a response) years ago.

235 Bulg, looks like you got good advice. Go in and just follow along. And unless you are in to Latin, I'd avoid it as an exploration. We find in a pretty conservative church the Latin can be tough for people when first introduced.

We use more of it during advent and lent. Looking to expand that, but it takes time.

When on vacation she'll offer pop in to local churches and light a candle... and I have to piney up some cash for the donation box.

She had our kids baptized.
Usually a regional thing so hundreds (thousands?) show up.. mostly kids, but many adults getting cups dumped on them. Once, to an adult, priest says, "Hold on, I think you a bit more than most" (bigger or sinner?)
