"That almost sounds apologetic toward the insurance industry -- but who is it who wrote Obamacare? Oh, the Dems porked it up past the gills, but the fundamental legislation was the dream sheet of medical insurance, fully giving them a mandate, enforceable under the law, that everyone MUST use their product. The insurance industry was not devoured by Obamacare; they set the friggin' table for it." While I cannot argue with this, it is in no way apologetic to the Insurance industry. But much like the pros in the propaganda press, the commenter cherry picked one line, and ignored the entire paragraph: == Of course this comment is absolutely false. They wrote almost none of it. They were explicitly excluded from it. They were the boogeyman in the closet dems used to whip up support. The hospitals had much more input. This is not to say that the insurance companies didn't lobby for it in the end. Because they did. But they had very little input in its drafting. It was mostly pointed head leftist government single payer advocates who fashioned it. Left to their devices, they would have eliminated private insurance. The other is of a woman whose face is not visible due to the picture deterioration, but possibly great, great grandmother. Anywho, also found the only known photo of my grandfather's sister Naomi Ruth. She died as an infant. The photo was taken of her in the tiny casket. The big problem for the leader of Syria was cognitive dissonance. Some talking head/expert was yapping about how deporting that many people would destroy the economy, construction, farming, food service etc... I have been hearing it used in other interviews by regime approved experts.
Setting aside that argument, 11 million is now the number that entered under Biden and is being confused (intentionally?) with the 11 million illegals acknowledged before Biden. It was in reality at least twice that so the real total number now is 30-40 million. That is staggering. And you will never hear it spoken of by the MSM. Is now 11 million again. This is not to say that the insurance companies didn't lobby for it in the end. Because they did. But they had very little input in its drafting. It was mostly pointed head leftist government single payer advocates who fashioned it. Left to their devices, they would have eliminated private insurance.

I worked as a phlebotomist for a blood bank. I referred to myself as a vampire. Whenever I have to get blood work, I mentally critique the process. One girl advanced the needle too far and didn't get even a trickle of blood. She was starting to look at other veins for a second try. I said, "Hon, just ease that back a bit and we'll be golden" she looked unconvinced but did it and boom! One tube of blood done in seconds. She was surprised and grateful that I wasn't griping and had taught her something.

Many years ago I was giving blood on one of those bus setups. This gal in training puts the big needle in, misses the vein then without taking it out again starts wrenching around in my arm. She broke something and blood starts squirting. An older nurse practically shoves her to the floor and takes over. Posted by: banana Dream at December 09, 2024 10:59 AM (Y6IkP) 295

I can get the blood taken or an IV set in my arm and not even notice when it’s done but putting in an IV on the top of my hand and I wince like a little baby.

Oh, I like this one. Tells a story in one scene. Not very "avant garde" in its technique, and a bit stiff in the layout (theater people would call it "blocking") but that's not automatically a bad thing.

Hello! Quick question that's totally off topic.
Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My website looks weird when browsing from my iphone 4. I'm trying to find a template or plugin that might be able to fix this problem. If you have any recommendations, please share. Thank you! Posted by: kid haircuts at December 10, 2024 08:14 AM (1GFEz) Processing 0.04, elapsed 0.057 seconds. |
