Democrat Election Commissioner In Bucks County Defies the PA Supreme Court as She Casts a Vote to Count Fake Votes to Steal Election from Dave McCormick

She explained her vote to violate the law by saying, and I quote, "people violate the laws any time they want."

These aren't votes. They're missing addresses, signatures, names, and were cast in the wrong county.

Bucks County commissioners voted to count ballots lacking proper signatures, violating a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling earlier this year.
The three-member board voted two to one to count these illegal ballots in the Senate race recount.
"I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn't matter anymore in this country, and people violate laws anytime they want," Diane Marseglia said. "So for me, if I violate this law, it's because I want a court to pay attention to it."

The Democrat Bob Casey, aided and abetted by Hillary Clinton's FusionGPS-cutout Mark Elias, is nakedly attempting to steal the Pennsylvania Senate race and they're not bothering to hide it.

Strom notes that this is the county -- which now leans red, but which is controlled by Democrats owing to previous elections -- in which Democrats attempted to shut down voting to keep Republicans from casting votes.

When the commissioners were running for office they said explicitly that controlling the county commission would allow Democrats to control the voting itself.

But the rules for the 2024 election in Bucks County are also central to Democrats' pitch. "County commissioners control how you vote," Harvie told a meeting of roughly two dozen Democrats from Middletown Township, warning that a loss this November would mean that next year's election could be determined by "Republican rules."

This was patently obvious when the previous governor got everything he asked for (regardless of how outlandish) on the Covid front.

Shapiro, on the other hand, obviously didn't like how Kamala treated him, so I think he might have shown indifference. At the time of the decision, Kamala was "surging" in the polls, and the PA Supreme Court might have thought they were protecting her.

Interesting situation, that will probably get more convoluted when the PA Supreme Court does a 180 on their decision using the GOP's lawsuit.

The media was saturating all those bogus poll numbers to suggest a surge. PA registrations were favoring the GOP. They thought they were doing Harris a solid by showing more scrutiny on new voters.

To give you some insight on just how left leaning the PA Supreme Court is: They shot down Voter ID in the eleventh hour back in 2019. They, then, proceeded to hire a Stanford Univ. political hack to reset the voting districts in the state even though the PA Constitution states that only the Legislature has that power. What happened is they took very red districts and fused them with the nearest urban center to make them all purple. That is how the PA Supreme Court operates. So this new GOP challenge will be used by the PA Supreme Court to do a 180 on their previous decision.

We took the steers to freezer camp a couple weeks before and picked them up the Monday before the TX MoMee. You missed Piper getting drafted as support for the cattle roundup for a new yearling pair, one steer and one heifer this time.

I decided not to have goat doelings bred this year, so they'll all be two plus when they get knocked up next year.

I lost a few chickens this year mostly due to age, but Bluebell the hen is still pecking away.

It's incredibly draining on a parent watching their little one go through things like that.

We had to get an upper GI for our daughter when she was a baby due to projectile vomiting after drinking formula. They strapped her in a foam pad, then made her drink the barium stuff and watched her esophagus function. We had to starve her to make sure she drank it.

Ended up just being the formula. We had to switch to the expensive stuff, of course........

Democrats have realized there is NO PENALTY for blatant violations of the laws. The only thing that's going to happen is the court tells them they have to obey the law.

She might succesfuly cheat Casey in, and suffers zero consequences if it fails.

So why WOULDN'T she do it?

Republicans need to wake the hell up that without swift and severe consequences for people blatantly violating the clear laws, it will continue forever.

348 If Shapiro wants to advance onto the national stage, he can do that and save the Democrats (maybe), by arresting these insurrectionist a**hats. Then he imports a bipartisan board of smart people who agree to actually follow the rules and make the Dems not look like total jacka**es who always steal elections.

He would take some of the edge off the accusations of election fraud, show that he respects the law, and get a little back on the Dems for floating him as a possible VP pick (then dumping him because anti-American muslims didn't like that he was a Jew). It would be a Yuge Trump-like maneuver.

But he likely won't do it.
