Kamala Paid Her Rich Celebrity Friends Huge Sums for Their "Endorsements"

Happy Veterans Day, everyone. Especially to the veterans who have risked life and limb to protect this once and future shining city on a hill.

As Jesse Watters points out, if these people really were "fighting Hitler," shouldn't they have "fought Hitler" for free?

Vice President Kamala Harris paid Oprah Winfrey's Harpo Productions $1 million, just one example of millions the campaign spent on various entertainers during the vice president's failed bid for president.

The Harris campaign paid $1 million to Winfrey's company on October 15, according to a report in the Washington Examiner, coming after a star-studded town hall that Winfrey hosted for the vice president in September.

Winfrey also appeared at Harris' final rally in Philadelphia on the eve of Election Day, with the talk show star offering a rare endorsement of a presidential candidate.

"We're voting for values and integrity," Winfrey said at the rally. "We're voting for healing over hate."

But Winfrey wasn't the only star the Harris campaign spent big money on, with the Washington Examiner report also revealing that the campaign spent big on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast.

"A source familiar with the matter told the Washington Examiner that the Harris campaign spent six figures on building a set for Harris's appearance on the popular Call Her Daddy podcast with host Alex Cooper," the Examiner wrote. "The interview came out in October and was reportedly filmed in a hotel room in Washington, D.C."

The campaign also spent up to $20 million on swing-state concerts on the eve of the election, according to a report in the New York Post, a sum that could have been more if a planned performance by Alanis Morissette had not been scrapped.

The campaign had seven swing-state concerts on Monday, the report noted, including performances by Jon Bon Jovi in Detroit, Christina Aguilera in Las Vegas, Katy Perry in Pittsburgh and Lady Gaga in Philadelphia, and a 2 Chainz performance at a rally three days before the election in Atlanta.

Just a reminder that Gen X is the actual "greatest generation." The WW II generation made great sacrifices, but they were also conscripts.

Gen X went out and fought in the mountains and the deserts purely on a voluntary basis, and they went out again and again.

And then, on Election Day, Gen X delivered victory, the most conservative generation of them all.

She thought she could peer pressure Americans to vote for her because every day , at least one celebrity/famous person read the script on why they are voting for here.

It amazing, really, that she and her team thought she could have others close the sale for her.
I guess that’ll she’s known in her career - someone more important appointing her, bypassing the interview process entirely.

Hopefully, the RNC stays on it for the next couple of years, further forcing maintenance of voter rolls and increased scrutiny on election day machinery.

Without a presidential race but with the same infrastructure continuing to be built up, there should be allowed greater focus on places like GA and MI to help secure new Senate victories.

Also, Susan Collins can get dick. She can campaign about how independent she is from Trump and will be Democrats' favorite Republican in Maine all she wants without RNC help.

296 "167 No chance you get Beyonce for a million.

Y'know - not too sure of that. Say that Beyonce has gross revenue of a $1,000,000 per show. There are expenses galore though, including what the promoter gets. I'd doubt that more than $300,000 winds up in her pocket for one show. So yeah - a couple of hundred thousand would probably be enough for a personal appearance without a show.

Did Beyoncé not have any idea about who was paying for her services? None other than Hannibal Gaddafi, the out-of-control son of the Libyan leader

She's not alone. For example: Middle East Monitor, July 10, 2019, Europe & Russia, Israel, Middle East, News, Palestine, US -
10 artists hit by human rights criticism over concerts

Jennifer Lopez, John Legend are on ^ the list, too.

464 About Joe Rogan wanting to know the real Kamala: Back when Brene Brown endorsed Kamala, I mentioned she is the Jordan Peterson for childless cat lady girl bosses. She has a famous quote about true belonging that says:

"True belonging is the spiritual practice of believing in and belonging to yourself so deeply that you can share your most authentic self with the world"..."True belonging doesn't require you to change who you are; it requires you to BE who you are."

Brown has also said that belonging is the opposite of fitting in. She explains that fitting in involves changing yourself to make others like you, whereas true belonging is about being who you are and speaking your truth.

Ironic a woman she endorsed for president CANNOT BE HER AUTHENTIC SELF in public. In a convo shooting the breeze with a fellow pothead.

Rhetorical question.
In order to appear as popular as Trump, Harris needed comparable numbers at her rallies. Early rallies were poorly attended, so poor, in fact, that they were not just not a help, they were a drag on the "voter enthusiasm " metric, which turns out to have a large positive internal feedback component. Fewer people at one rally resulted in even fewer at the next, which would eventually produce fewer votes at the polls.
They had to do something, so someone had the brilliant idea to have free concerts to pull in attendees.
So, what was the positive for Trump? The cash blown on what was, essentially, bought endorsements never made it to TV and social media ads which would probably had an effect on more voters.

475 Belated answer to buddhaha:

The Trump rallies were a psychological weapon. They showed people across the country that they wouldn't be alone, ostracized, miserable (in most places) if they voted for Team Freedom. They showed Americans that we can have fun being patriotic again.

They helped create the 'preference cascade' and push our movement over the top.

Signs in neighborhoods serve a similar purpose. Humans are partly herd animals, and showing joyous, large herds of fellow hoomans persuades others to stop hesitating and join in.

476 This has to be some sort of Election Law violation, or perhaps a "record keeping" crime in NY.
