Kerry Picket: A Whistleblower Reveals that James Comey Ordered and Directed an "Off-the-Books" Operation, Before Any Official Criminal Investigation, Into Trump, Sending "Honey Pot" Spies Into His Campaign in 2015

Kerry Picket:

The House Judiciary Committee is examining a new whistleblower report that the FBI targeted Donald Trump soon after he announced his presidential campaign in June 2015, an off-the-books operation ordered by FBI Director James Comey that predated the Crossfire Hurricane operation.

An FBI agent involved in the probe revealed the off-the-books criminal investigation on Tuesday in a protected disclosure sent to the committee.

The whistleblower disclosure said that two female FBI undercover agents successfully infiltrated Mr. Trump's 2016 campaign at high levels and were directed to act as "honey pots" while traveling with Mr. Trump and his campaign staff on the trail.

See the whole article for more. It's short, and I can't excerpt more. It's worth the full read, promise.

Is this legit? Is the whistleblower for real?

I don't know. It sure does comport with what we know about the viperine "former" communist James Comey.

103 Vote in person, on voting day.

so at least from my perspective here in PA, you can't win either way. there are OFTEN problems at voting centers on Election Day here. not just with PDJT before him too.

like, if you're in an R district, the power goes out. or they run out of paper. etc etc

there were ALWAYS weird problems and people not getting to vote - especially in the morning and after work, when people with jobs would be voting, ergo "not the people we want voting" according to our Dems

btw the reason I registered D in the first place was that my older boyfriend at the time was registered R and every time he tried to vote there was some problem - he wasn't on the list, some issue. he seemed to never be able to vote! he'd have to go to some judge who would send him on his way (this was in Center City Philadelphia).

then I registered D and it was like we'd both go in, same address, and I was on the registry and he never was. every cycle he'd have to fight it again.

PA is a "rotten borough" as Black Adder would say.

One: GOTV has been problematic for the GOPe. By problematic, I mean it's something the GOPe traditionally avoided doing.

What I remember from 2020 is that most states have to wait until after the election day count is made in order to start counting the early votes.

So, it's the reverse. When conservatives insisted on voting day of, the Dems knew exactly how many had to be counted on subsequent days to overtake.
Posted by: Axeman at October 29, 2024 01:30 PM (krQz2)

VA does not count until the election closes. But since all ballots are counted by an electric machine (backed up by the paper ballots inside), it's a very rapid count on election night.

Dems always dominate early voting. If we all early vote, that certainty of early voting dominance is gone and they have no idea how much they need to cheat on election day...

Wayne County has always been like that.

In my youth, Wayne was the first to report. To make conservatives in Michigan feel like it was useless to still go to the polls.

Then all of a sudden, Wayne became the last to report. Waiting until all the polls closed down in Northern Michigan and UP counties--still Trump ended up winning that one by a narrow margin.

But Wayne is the place where Jill Stein's auditors (before being shut down) found boxes saying "2000 Clinton votes" and finding 200 some actual ballots there.

Kamala has more money than can probably be spent wisely because the biggest ad buys in the world will not sell a crappy product.

Helmut Northpol, poli sci guy at SUNY Stony Brook, and predictor of Trump's 2016 win called in based on fundamentals somewhere that spring. And others like Lichtman and his keys, etc. have that argument that campaigns essentially don't matter much and that the race is set by structural variables before much of the race begins. Other poli sci people disagree in that small little subfield of predicting presidential races. They focus on campaigns themselves and the lore surrounding it.

I know a little about that field because one of my profs in grad school taught it. Another taught about presidential primary races, and another on congressional campaigns. Helped that I had prior campaign experience before I took that classes.

Fun fact, Harvard's Institute of Politics invites the winning and losing campaign managers of each presidential race to come and talk. A book is made from those managers comments of each prezzie election going back to at least 1972.

And you know what, I think the Dems and the Left have overdone it. Bigly. Ugly pictures of Robinson to the point where it's becoming a persecution of a Black Man instead of a political opponent. The Dems are using Race-based advertising with an intensity far beyond anything Jesse Helms' campaigns produce. The backlash, I think, will be intense. Robinson has a good chance of winning this race.

295 83 Wasn't James Comey the one that let Hillary get off scot-free with actual crimes against the US - the "No Reasonable Prosecutor" standard? For a crime with actual secret information that was not properly secured. And it wasn't a "Mens Rea" kind of crime either.

Wonder what the statute of limitations is for that, AND for the cover-up.
Posted by: Another Anon at October 29, 2024 01:23 PM (QNMaY)

Even if we are within the statute of limitations, a conviction is probably out of the question because Comey, instead of getting sub-peonas or warrants and seizing some of Cankle's aides' computers, asked them to voluntarily hand them over. Which they did, with the stipulation that all information on them get destroyed, which it was. So, now much of the evidence no longer exists because Comey purposefully turned the FBI into an accessory after the fact.

Heh, last thread shows that doom and gloom is still present and I can be blamed for at least part of it.

Part of it is that with 2016, we have sailed beyond the map, with what is happening domestically. Arguably it began in 2006-2008 or even 2000.

What it means for older folks like me, is that the rules we all thought were in existence have proven since then to not apply at all.

Many of us have become strangers in a strange land in our own country and history so to speak.

Part of it is that with 2016, we have sailed beyond the map, with what is happening domestically. Arguably it began in 2006-2008 or even 2000.

What it means for older folks like me, is that the rules we all thought were in existence have proven since then to not apply at all.

"Gentlemen,

Anyone remember who that was?

I seem to recall that it wasn't merely a commenter.

453 442 In 2020, Trump lost NY state by 23 points. The RCP avg of NY polls this year shows Trump down 18.

That's a big swing, obviously. It's consistent with Trump outperforming his 2020 results elsewhere.

Swing analysis never really hit it big in the US while it is a staple of parliamentary elections throughout the world.

Part of it, perhaps. is election districting features of our EV and our house races.

467 I'm so amused how Friends has a second life with gen z, after the creators were forced to apologize to the woke mob for all the jokes that are no longer acceptable to them. And for the things they now find cringe that were at the time pushing the envelope in a good way. It's now rebellious to watch it, hah.

They want to cancel the Chandler's dad storyline as insensitive, but I thought Kathleen Turner did a good job with the part.

It still works because (a) the basic six characters are people who (in the story and in real life) liked each other, and you'd like to know them if you could (except, maybe, Ross . . .); and the dialog was actually funny as well as reflecting the characters. Chandler's lines still work today.

"Joey? When you put the Q-tip in? You're supposed to *stop* when you meet resistance!"

I think Lt. Gov's in political races are essentially non-entities, Generic Candidates that receive no attention from the public.

You saw this in KY when their black, Republican Lt. Gov ran for governor and then lost handily to the white Democrat.

Most voters probably have never seen a picture of any Lt. Gov. candidate. The governor, though, is the headliner and gets attention. So, it's not necessarily ads, but general media environment that defines them at levels that don't happen to lower ticket races.

It was intended by Roddenberry as a backdoor pilot to a new series in case Trek was canceled that year, which NBC did and then changed their minds after (I'm told) the colossal letter-writing campaign from the fans. I wonder, had the show gone to series, if they would have kept Teri as the girl.

I bet Terri Garr was lovely on any talk show! I'll have to look some up in her honor.

I found out that when Letterman had Demi Moore on to talk about her new movie Striptease, she actually wore a stripper outfit for the interview. And Letterman instructed the crew to always have a mike positioned to block the shot of his crotch from the cameras, because he kept having a huge boner.

(If I have to have that gross mental image in my head, I figured I shouldn't be the only one! Thanks for suffering with me.)

I had a funny professor of economics for undergrad, Greek and more or less a communist due to his experience with the military junta growing up. He would ask students in his classes what their major was. One person piped up--'Marketing' in a sing song voice, he replied "Marketing is for cheerleaders!!!".

Very good on econometrics though and was hated (and hated) another Greek economist on the faculty who was on the opposite side of the Greek situation (Cypriot Greek). Others on the faculty were public choice free market types, socialists, and a good economic history of economic thought prof.

No need, ad placement commission in politics are absurd something like 20 or more percent or so off the top. GOTV commissions on spending are something like 7-8 percent.

That is why GOPe campaign consultants on TV cannot be taken seriously. They get serious grift from their little iron triangle of donors, party administrators, and candidates. Party requires the candidates to hire a team for support, the team is funded by grifter whale donors, and the party admin types gets a rakeoff.

Dems used to run that scam too but Techlords decided to create new organizations outside the party to make sure their donated dollars actually were used wisely instead of for insider grifting.

Really? They do that shit all the time with their various informers, undercover types, etc. Sometimes, it gets out like FBI agents having affairs with their witnesses, and so forth.

Back in teh day, no less than Hoover, disliked any undercover operations requiring agents to infiltrate organizations because it made the agents into criminals. He preferred running informants with agents as handlers as opposed to using the agents themselves to do dirty work.

The CIA types in embassies follow the same path with their NOCs allowed to do the dirty work of undercover ops.
