Biden-Harris Implements "Quiet Amnesty" to Keep Illegals In America Forever; Aide to Sherod Brown Says "Throw the Borders F***in' Open, Let Them All In!"

Biden-Harris admin engages in 'quiet amnesty' to allow illegal border crossers to remain in US indefinitely: House Judiciary
"Instead of adjudicating these cases, denying invalid asylum claims, and ordering aliens removed from the United States, the Biden-Harris Administration has directed its immigration judges to simply not adjudicate them," the report stated.
The House Judiciary Committee on Thursday released an interim staff report on how the Biden-Harris administration "uses the nation's immigration courts to advance an open-borders agenda" through a massive backlog in the immigration courts and the dismissal of cases.
The committee wrote that since Biden took office, there have been more than 3.7 million new immigration court cases since the beginning of fiscal year 2021, which began in October of 2020. "The majority of those cases are based on claims that ultimately will prove unsuccessful," the report stated, noting that of the adjudicated cases in fiscal year 2023, just 14 percent of them resulted in an asylum grant. The remaining cases were "cases denied, abandoned, dismissed, terminated, withdrawn, or administratively closed."
"The Biden-Harris Administration has used the immigration court backlog as an excuse to allow even more aliens to remain in the country. Instead of actually adjudicating illegal aliens' cases based on the merits of aliens' claims for relief--such as whether an alien has a valid and successful asylum claim--immigration judges under the Biden-Harris Administration have been tasked with rubberstamping case dismissals, case closures, and case terminations, all of which allow illegal aliens to remain in the United States without immigration consequences," the report stated.
Through oversight conducted by the Judiciary Committee and its Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement since 2023, it has been revealed that the administration "has used administrative maneuvering in immigration court proceedings to allow nearly 1 million illegal aliens to remain in the US indefinitely."
To "mask" the increase in new cases created by the Biden-Harris admin's border crisis, the administration "has empowered ICE attorneys to pursue or agree to--and immigration judges to grant--mass dismissals, terminations, and closures of immigration cases."

Meanwhile, Harris-Biden allowed in thousand of Tren de Aragua gangsters, who were openly wearing tattoos showing their allegiance to the violent prison gang.

Harris-Biden's excuse? We didn't ask about the tattoos. Don't ask, don't tell.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has come under fire after immigration officers approved refugee applications for members of the violent Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua (TDA), without noticing gang tattoos. According to The Washington Times, the gang members were flagged at the U.S. border by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers, but not before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) had already granted them refugee status.
Kevin Grigsby, head of refugee operations at USCIS, admitted the oversight in a scathing internal email obtained by The Times. Grigsby acknowledged that officers failed to ask about or recognize the significance of the gang-related tattoos during the refugee adjudication process. "Unfortunately, we did not ask about the tattoos... [which] represents a serious public safety concern," he wrote.

While vulnerable Democratic incumbent Sen. Sherrod Brown of Ohio has been gaslighting the American people about the border crisis, hiding behind a particularly bad border bill, one of his campaign operatives has made it abundantly clear that he's no fan of border security.
According to Ohio.news, Kevin Oyakawa is a Democratic staffer working to help get Brown and Rep. Emilia Sykes (OH-13), another vulnerable Democrat, reelected. Oyakawa made such a post from his Facebook account about those races on April 15, for which there is a screenshot. There's also a screenshot from Oyakawa's account of an October 6 campaign event for Sykes.
The outlet released footage from earlier this month in which Oyakawa goes on an angry tirade not just about the border, but against Ohio voters who dare to prefer that their border be secure. Oyakawa can be heard using explicit language throughout.
"Like me, I'm out there just like, open the fu**king border, I don't give a s**t who the f**k comes in here," Oyakawa can be heard casually sharing. "We don't need border patrol," he also claimed. "But, the issue with even talking about immigration here in Ohio is that it's a losing issue... it's a losing issue for Democrats here," Oyakawa went on to admit. Such an admission brought more insults to the Ohio voters, though, as he then claimed it's "for like no fu**ing reason other than people's pure racism."
When it comes to immigration being such "a losing issue," Oyakawa also revealed "that's why it's probably really hard to find anything about like where [Sykes] stands on it," adding, "if she has to address immigration, she starts losing."
The video clip also refers to Oyakawa as a "Regional Organizing Director" for Ohio Democrats. Such a position and the April starting date also lines up with his LinkedIn profile.
Both Sykes' race against Republican Kevin Coughlin and Brown's race against Republican Bernie Moreno are in the "Toss-Up" category.

Incumbency is worth usually about 5 percent of the vote and Brown has been scrupulous about providing services to his constituents. Al D'Amato hung on for two more terms in NY as senator for just that reason.

As I said in an earlier thread. In my state the have "early" voting. You drop you ballot off, they put it in an envelope and the box it up with others and store in a " secure" location. On election day they dig out the boxes and run them thought the counter machines.

There is a whole line of research regarding early voting as a predictor of races but that data has been skewed by past Dem dominance in turning out their voters in EV. That does not seem to be happening here and like a lot of things since Trump, we are off the predictive map. So, go and vote and don't worry about it. There might be a wonk in your state with a lot of time on their hands that is actually doing a deep dive with access to voter history files that might be able to provide guidance. Fly by analysts, probably not.

No doubt. If Trump is allowed to win/take office, all stops will be pulled out to prevent deportations or to end benefits that keep illegals here. I remain very skeptical the national security state apparatus allows a fair election and honors the results if that happens, but the only way this country can remain even remotely not a totalitarian hellhole is if this happens. I've been saying for over a year that there is a hard limit to the steal:
There must be a sufficient number of legitimate ballots to launder the fraudulent ones in.
That 2020 (and 2022) pushed up to, and likely past that.

Back when I used to do analysis of candidate races in primaries, you noticed that Dems run everywhere even in hopeless situations--GOP candidates are strategic with a dash of grifter types. The Dems run on a big turnout model (which might not be applicable if the party bases switch) that encourages running everywhere. The GOP model has been to not run candidates in hopeless Dem shitholes because even if they get enough votes to win--the voters that they mobilize will vote against a lot of other statewide GOP candidates via ticketsplitting. So the GOP treat these candidates as jokes and giving them no organizational support unless they can get grifting out of it by fundraising nationally for the hopeless race.

I see no holes in that process. No chance they switch out whole boxes or crap like that. "Find" more boxes three days afterward and shit them into the ballot stream....

Chavez took over from the Uniparty version in Venezuela and was genuinely popular for his first two terms for putting the corrupt Uniparty types out of business and taking their grift away to give to the peasants. Chavez benefitted from high oil prices due to our stupid overseas foreign policy blunders and spread the wealth including to his cronies. Michigan even filed suit to make accommodations such that those who never lived in the state can register and vote there. PA's SoS implied in an interview that 75% of the vote will be counted election day, but 25% mail in votes from abroad will take about 4 days. Georgia said something similar.

Granted, there is the military vote, but the lawsuit in Michigan, and the comments from PA are troubling. Votes from abroad do not add up to anywhere 25% in PA inclusive of the military.

From what I understand, hundreds of counties in PA, MI, WI, etc have gotten 1500 or so of these packages each. There is a well funded group that is doing this, to provide a democrat victory margin that is hard to spot as it is spread around multiple counties.

344 339 I think the big problem this time around is going to be the mail in votes from abroad. Michigan even filed suit to make accommodations such that those who never lived in the state can register and vote there. PA's SoS implied in an interview that 75% of the vote will be counted election day, but 25% mail in votes from abroad will take about 4 days. Georgia said something similar.

Granted, there is the military vote, but the lawsuit in Michigan, and the comments from PA are troubling. Votes from abroad do not add up to anywhere 25% in PA inclusive of the military.

350 From what I understand, hundreds of counties in PA, MI, WI, etc have gotten 1500 or so of these packages each. There is a well funded group that is doing this, to provide a democrat victory margin that is hard to spot as it is spread around multiple counties.

About a decade ago Harris County ended using one polling place for each precinct. They went to about 200 polling locations across the county on election day, about 90 during early voting, that serve multiple precincts. Made possible by using a computer system that displays the proper ballot for the precinct you reside in. That process begins when you sign-in to vote. Clever and convenient but totally dependent on electrical power being up.

anectdotal, I know:

In Madison County, IL (bedroom suburbs of STL), there is clearly a blue-to-swing thing in progress. I never saw local GOP officeholders run unopposed previously-- mostly because there weren't any. Now there are, and some of them ARE unopposed this year.

One eyepopping thing: the State's Atty (elected prosecutor) is an heir force guy. Second generation DEM-- his father had the job before him. Junior (he's actually quite competent in his own right) was elected as a DEM. This year, I was astounded to see he's running for re-election as the GOP candidate.

IL is a big blue state-- which contains a small red one within its boundaries.

Moreno's advertisements cite the Senate Roll Call votes tally. Brown is lying (as usual). The first version of the "I'm not for transgenders playing in girl's sports [wink]" mentioned that his vote wasn't binding in Ohio. Brown's team edited that out pretty quick once they realized what they had admitted.
