We just put Diana out in the kennel in a pen with her half-siblings Puff and George. She was looking around like, "Wait, I'm a house dog! What am I doing out here?" But we just saw on the kennel cam that she's flirting with Finn in the next pen.

29 Took Mom up to the Blue Ridge Parkway today. Stopped at the overlook where we always picnicked and picked blueberries 29+ years ago. Then went to a local pizza joint in Etowah. Really stunningly beautiful up in the mountains today. We didn't jump off any of them though.

42 I had an completely (almost) unproductive day today. I did watch several OU-Tube vids about "operators." The one that really resonated with me was a story about a muzzie fanatic (but I repeat myself), who was being transported in the back of a Stryker APC. Dude decided to twist out of his zip-ties, and proceeded to try to wreak havoc in the back bay.
Unfortunately, the only way to contain him was to beat him to death with a fire extinguisher. At least, that was the method they chose.
Apparently, the amount of blood that poured out of the back of that vehicle was nuts. (Plenty of ours, too)

Oh! Sleeping on an air mattress in the back of a pickup truck under the PNW stars in late summer is heaven. The Perceid meteor shower is at peak, Starlink has satellites everywhere and the temperature and humidity are perfect. Plus, the air is so very clean and fresh.

100 Condi Rice is no different than Samantha Power. Condi wanted to put UN troops on the Philadelphi corridor. Best thing she has done is to go away to play golf and watch football. She needs to stay out of the arena of ideas.

Huh. Call me a weirdo, but I LOVE the ice cream truck. Maybe b/c I was a paperboy in back in the day, but give the guy a break. The Bomb-Pops they sell are BIG, like the originals, and it's just fun (to me) to chase the ice cream truck down. Kind of a pure part of summer that will be a sweet memory. Soon.

She played piano beautifully and I remember her being down to earth and practical. But I also was a huge fan of W. With the luxury of hindsight, I see how misguided I was.

Now that is just a straight up lie. It was an open secret in the 1990s, and a great fear that someone would hijack an airliner and fly into the Capitol building, the WH, etc. I know this because I discussed it with people who knew about such things at a personal level.

They had guys with anti-aircraft Stingers, the whole bit, by the 1980s probably.

Interesting…the dairy or the sugar? Has she tried non-dairy or A2 Dairy?

I do think there is a link with red dye, so I am not questioning food may impact behavior. We avoid red dye with my daughter, as well as eliminating as much processed food, especially heavily processed, as possible. I also see significant improvements in managing stress with regular magnesium at night, but the glycinate type (which is what our doctor suggested), along with a general multi.
