The Morning Report — 7/9/24

WHoopiSpockBiden.jpg

Good Morning Kids. So, while individuals like Fat Albert Speer, aka Whoopi Goldberg could care less that Biden is a diaper-soiling shambling corpse yet Rob Meathead Reiner who only recently held that view now is rage-stroking for Biden to step away. Ditto those in Show business for ugly people, bettter known as politics. The America-hating harridans of the so-called Squad are in Biden's corner, while other Democrats are hitting the panic button.

Whatever one thinks about polling, the fact that Trump over the past several months has been dominating Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants in battleground states, and nationally including among some usually solid Democrat groups, especially on the issues of the border and economy and now on issues of competency. It's satisfying to see the Left tear itself apart over this, but ultimately will this be an eye-opener that causes some segment of Democrat voters to look at their leaders and the propaganda media complex in a different light, or do old habits, shibboleths and belief systems live forever? There's also the millions of new registered Democrats who invaded us over the past three or more years. You better believe that will or can be a factor in thwarting Trump at the polls. Why else oppose a law preventing foreigner non-citizens from casting ballots, which should be illegal without a new law that on the face of it should be superfluous.

Also, there's also the Dao-Min Yen election thievery that pulled Biden's failing corpse across the finish line four years ago. So the question of why the Democrat/Left freakout over the debate and Stephanopoulos twin disasters if theoretically it's in the bag anyway?

Meh, in a bizarre way, it might be better to let Trump win and since he is, as the propagandists are now barking 24/7, going to turn us into a white Christian nationalist police state with concentration camps, what better pretext for a real insurrection and coup "to preserve our precious democracy," That is to establish a Democrat dictatorship and finish the counter-American revolution nearly two centuries in the making.

If scum degenerates like NY Times hack John McWhorter can openly suggest assassinating Trump without any repercussions, while people who pray in front of Abortion mills are tossed into prison, then we are in for a world of hurt.

And the beat goes on. Have a good day.

    ABOVE THE FOLD, BREAKING, NOTEWORTHY

  • The talking points must have gone out within minutes of the end of President Joe Biden’s lame debate performance. Among the first to tell us just how fine a man Biden was Barack Obama, who called his former vice president “someone who has fought for ordinary folks his entire life.” It is, of course, a lie. Biden is not a good man, and the idea he’s “fought for ordinary folks” for even a single day of his “public service” is risible.
Joe Biden Is A Good Man? Please Don’t Insult Our Intelligence
  • Government officials don’t like to admit error, and so they plow on with their stupidity, even when that stupidity has become exceedingly obvious.

12 How crappy are current search engines??

I was just searching for the phrase house subsidence toronto using FuckFuckGo and literally all of the first page of links were for subsidized housing BUT, at least, all of the images were of [really severe!] house subsidence issues like diagonally-cracked brickwork; tilty houses etc.

So DDG image search works properly but their internet search doesn't. [I didn't even get a "Did you mean 'subsidized'?" line.]

It was only after I added quotation marks around "subsidence" that I got correct hits.

I had searched for house subsidence using Google and it worked fine [although all of the links were for UK sites!] but I had used DDG a month or so ago so I decided to give them another go.

Grrrrr!!!

13 If scum degenerates like NY Times hack John McWhorter can openly suggest assassinating Trump without any repercussions, while people who pray in front of Abortion mills are tossed into prison, then we are in for a world of hurt.

Bastards like that operate from the premise (fairly justified, IMO) that the right is too cowed or lazy to react in the event of a Trump assassination. In his mind, a dead Trump would only bring out the wacko gun nuts who would helpfully congregate in one area so the feds could mow them down without any consequences.

And if he expands on his thought he might, if you pressed him, admit that such an action might well rebound on Dem politicians, but probably wouldn't.

What he fails to consider is that there are many, many thousands who are beyond angry at the state propagandists and consider them even more responsible for the current state of affairs than the bought-and-paid-for Chinese assets currently squatting in office.

McWhorter is under the delusion that, post a Trump murder, scum like him would still be safe. That, I repeat, is an illusion.

And, therefore, his obvious incapacity is now finally being acknowledged! For Democrats, it's never that their policies and ideas suck donkey-balls, it is that the "messaging has to improve".

Joe is a problem because he is losing, not because he cannot talk, walk, or ever be left unsupervised. Forget national security and vitality!

35 >>Is your house sinking??

There are some warning signs starting over the past 4 or 5 years -- the floor in one bedroom is fallen under half an inch; some hairline cracking around upstairs' doors and one ceiling light fixture; hairline cracks in the concrete of my front porch; a crack in the garage floor from a different issue that I successfully repaired in 2020; some minor window alignment problems.

>>That is an issue with some skyscrapers downtown.

One of the scary DDG images was of that! But nothing like that here [so far!]; and none of the severe house damage like the diagonally-cracking/separation of brickwork/mortar. No cracks in the garage cinder blocks or the basement ones but about 2/3 of my basement is drywalled/paneled so I don't know about elsewhere. No major basement water-leaks in storms though so I hope the other areas or reasonably okay.

The house is 60-years-old and has been fine all that time before but we had an inground pool in the backyard filled-in around 2016 IIRC so I wonder if the soil there is shifting? Water and/or a lilac bush/tree undermining the front porch and/or garage? Or we had extra concrete poured into a section of the basement around 2013 but not the entire floor and the heavier section is sinking now?

And Auntie Mame hasn't been singing here recently.

52 The author of the "hood" story, Sloan Oliver, lives about 45 minutes from here in Forsyth. He identifies the root cause of the "hood mind" but does not address the fix for their crimes, which is to put the criminals in jail and leave them there. No amount of counseling and job training is going to fix them. The murderers need to be terminated, and punishment for lesser crimes enforced vigorously. In a cities like Macon though, which has a 77% black population, the judges and lawyers work to keep the criminals out of jail and on the streets. They think churches and community programs will change the nature of the criminals they coddle.

The difficulty - not impossibility, difficulty - with that is that, unlike the rest of the world where the ballots are, apparently, which of these 14 assholes do you to to pretend to represent you in your parliament, US ballots frequently have dozens of races/questions on them.

Yes, it's let the docs truthfully continue to deny it, while covering up his true dementia illness. Plus, everyone knows Parkinson's folks are still very productive - see MJ Fox.

It was always an Op to get the conversation going only one way, so the press could also always say "we were honest - we asked about the Parkinson's every week, and Biden didn't have Parkinson's - how were we supposed to know about Alzheimer's/Lewey Body Dementia/etc? We're not doctors..."

Plus, the deep brain stimulation therapy that the doc is an expert on is being trialed for other mental illnesses...so you get the treatment you want as a bonus...

As someone who has first hand experience with family members with Parkinson's I can tell you that is not always true.

Fox was young when he developed Parkinson's and that makes a lot of difference. Parkinson's also tends to spawn different conditions with different people. Dementia is a very common side effect and Lewy body dementia is not rare.

Biden is old and obviously frail. He's had two brain aneurysm's and had brain surgery. There was a good chance he was not going to survive.

If he has Parkinson's it is an absolute scandal if it is being hidden from the American people. It's a degenerative disease and Biden will only get worse, perhaps very rapidly.

Yeah, I'm voting, but I refuse to be surprised to wake up the next day to find that we lost it all, and bigly. I expect Trump's DOJ to go after every single rioter that attempts to disrupt the official proceeding when he is sworn in next January. Charge them all with multiple felonies like garland did.

Problem is it will be in the DC courts and every single one will be found not guilty. One way out of that is to charge them with conspiracy in their home state. After all they conspired to travel from home to DC to interrupt the official proceeding.

There is no rational reason to be against a bill that makes it illegal for non-US citizens to vote in our elections. The only reason to allow it is to cheat. They should be launching a major PR campaign about this right now and talk about it at every opportunity.

They can successfully burn their own cities - they won't be able to burn Florida, or Texas, and any other number of places. I will always believe that the true intention of the George Floyd riots, by the high level organizers, was to provoke Trump into calling out the military to put them down - but he always refused to do so. Because of that, I believe the riots that summer were a bitter failure to those who planned them, and necessitated the naked Steal in November. They may try that again - let them. If people of Portland or Seattle or Minneapolis aren't motivated to save their own cities, let them burn.

224 I think a whole lot of the controversy about Brandon's health is a put-on.

I think some of it's a put-on so that public-facing politimonkeys in the Capitol and the media can (laughably) feign ignorance of Brandon's condition and (equally laughably) pretend that powerless figureheads in elected office are the exception, rather than the universal standard.

But, as JJ notes, his handlers' policies are manifestly unpopular across the board, and have been for awhile. The regime is not going to moderate those policies under Brandon, or whichever politimonkey they dress up in rubber pants and hand the cymbals of state to next.

So, I think it's mostly a put-on so they can assert that our problems are down to Brandon's age and frailty, rather than the Satanic evil and monstrous incompetence of a regime that is fully committed to its current course. Since they won't be changing the things that are causing this anger, they need an excuse for it.

I'm leaning more to there not being any lifetime jobs in D.C.

Matter of fact, I don't want there to be hardly any full time jobs in D.C. If you're not required to come to work when it snows, you're part time with no benefits, effective immediately.

Because it's right there in your job description. You're not essential to anything.

Meanwhile Los Angeles County Sheriff George Gascon - and CA Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom - are facing a growing storm of anger over why one of the accused men - McCrary, 26, - was free on probation instead of behind bars for a string of earlier LA convictions, including one last year for a similar robbery.

Prosecutors say that before last week’s robbery and killing, McCrary had prior convictions for residential burglary in 2018, criminal threats in 2020, and robbery in 2023.

I think some are forgetting that up until 1 minute before Joe took the stage during the debate the left was insisting that Joe was in peak health and the overwhelming belief was that Trump had made a major mistake accepting the terms of the debate and would get his clock cleaned. Then Joe opened his mouth and nothing came out.

I don't think they planned this at all. It is their worst nightmare playing out in real time. They have a candidate who is clearly mentally diminished, the entire world knows that now not just the American voting public, and they are going to have to perform unnatural acts if they want to get rid of him. And if they don't he is liable to drag the whole party down in November.

Biden's policies passed with almost unanimous Democrat support. If they are going to blame his polling on dementia they have to blame ever elected Democrat in the country for having dementia.

296 Study: Mortality rates higher for those who got the COVID jab

After a bad vaccine was released in the 80s the government created VAERS to track adverse reactions to a vaccine.

The idea is that it can be difficult to assess all the potential bad outcomes from a vaccine even if it is well tested but that if you take data from the doctors and patients giving and taking the vaccines patterns should show up.

And...VAERS was pretty dormant until the clot shot showed up. And quickly the clot shot recorded thousands of times more adverse reactions then all other vaccines combined over decades.

VAERS worked. It should have led to the clot shot being pulled. Instead we got complaints that VAERS wasn't "vetted".

Of course the same people making that complaint had no answer for why Pfizer/Moderna submitted test results that showed that the clot shot stopped you from getting COVID and that in the field it didn't. Quickly that talking point changed, but at Biden said "You can't get COVID if you get the shot"

RvW was overturned. It was overturned because SCOTUS pointed out that the subject was a state matter, not a federal matter. That means restricting abortion is a state matter. Attempting to regulate it at the federal level will lose elections FOR NO BENEFIT because judges will, rightly, shoot down anything passed at the federal level. Fight for restrictions in your state.

yes, roe was overturned and now each state gets to legislate the matter as they see fit- that's federalism

NO president can enact a nationwide ban- that's ridiculous. You'd have to get it thru Congress and past the courts, and that isn't happening.

the new plank is meant as an attempt to take abortion away from the Democrats as a national campaign issue

it probably won't work, because the Left is relentless and have the media behind them

And it is fascinating. You can point out, for example, if they are mad about say a tax increase, that they voted for a candidate that promised to increase taxes. They got exactly what they voted for. And yet...they'll still deny it. The notion that the policies the government implements are decided on by the people you vote for seems hard for them to grasp.

One point that can't be stressed enough, the right generally wants the government to stop doing things. The left generally wants the government to do more.

So if there was a right leaning opposition party they'd easily be able to stop the government increasing and size and scope, and honestly find it not even that hard to role things back.

Again, just with control of the house, for example, you could pass budgets for the spending you want and...go home. Let the Senate/President have say 95% of the spending they want or...none...and either would be an improvement.

If you look at the 2022 results Republicans overperformed in areas with ballot security and underperformed in areas where the left controls the vote collection/counting.

As for abortion, pro-life candidates did better overall so it wasn't abortion that doomed these candidates. It was voter fraud.

Trust me I know plenty of abortion voters. And they already voted prior to the R v W revoke.

A common leftwing theme is that the crime and barbarity of our cities is due to racism.

Now consider that 60 years ago these cities had less crime and generally had white political leaders (racist or not) versus almost all minorities now.

So the argument is - racism is worse now then before the Civil Rights Act of '64 and with minorities actually governing these cities.

This is of course absurd. But it is their go to argument.

I saw a list of Trump's "lies" and noted that one of them is that he claims more illegals are crossing the border then the Biden administration claims.

And it is comical because Biden's DHS and INS both say all the time they don't actually know how many people are crossing the border.
