Democrat Party Takes a Cut of Donations for Bail for Pro-Hamas Criminals;
NFL Donated to Group Providing Free Bail to Terrorism Supporters

The Soros-backed Tides Foundation is bailing out the criminals shutting down our key infrastructure in an effort to strangle the country into compliance with the terror agenda.

And the Democrat Party is actually taking a cut of these bloodstained donations. The Democrat Party's funding platform, ActBlue, is raising money for the "A15 Action and Community Justice Exchange," which is bailing out the terrorists.

And ActBlue takes a piece of each donation.

Police across the United States arrested dozens of "Free Palestine" protesters Monday as part of a "multi-city economic blockade" targeting major airports, highways, and bridges. Those defendants are set to receive free bail money and legal assistance thanks to an online fundraiser hosted by ActBlue, the Democratic Party's primary fundraising platform that earns a cut off of each contribution.

The "bail and legal defense fund," organized by A15 Action and Community Justice Exchange, remains live on ActBlue's website roughly 24 hours after the protests caused chaos in cities such as San Francisco, Chicago, Philadelphia, and New York City. The fundraising platform--which is used by President Joe Biden and every major Democratic congressional campaign--earns a 3.95 percent transaction fee each time a donor contributes to the fund, according to its policies.

ActBlue's website states that its fundraising platform is exclusively available to groups whose "work is not at odds with values including, but not limited to, social equality; women's rights; LGBTQIA2S+ rights; racial justice; diversity; freedom of speech; disability rights; and respect for scientific inquiry, discovery, and data."

The link between ActBlue raising funds for activists that deliberately "coordinate[d] to disrupt and blockade economic logistical hubs and the flow of capital" in solidarity with "Palestine" highlights the blurred boundary between the Democratic Party's anti-Israel faction and its mainstream establishment.

ActBlue did not respond to a request for comment.

Protesters on Monday aimed to disrupt economic "choke points" to maximize financial disruption, as stated on their website. Activists were advised to refrain from engaging with police, with the promise of receiving "money bail, court fees and fines" and other legal services from Community Justice Exchange upon arrest.

That's the old news -- the new news is that the NFL is also funding the Community Justice Exchange.

Or at least they have funded it, as late as 2022, and are still promoting it on their website.

The left-wing nonprofit that bailed out anti-Israel protesters who blocked bridges and highways across the country last week was a multi-year partner of the NFL's "Inspire Change program" whose work is still promoted on the NFL's website.

Community Justice Exchange set up a "bail and legal defense fund" for those arrested during last week's A15 protests. The protests targeted major airports, highways, and bridges in dozens of U.S. cities including San Francisco, Chicago, New York City, and Philadelphia. Their explicit goal was to disrupt economic "choke points" to maximize financial disruption, as explained on their website.

The online fundraiser, hosted by ActBlue and organized in conjunction with A15 Action, told donors that the funds will "support community members who are criminalized in the U.S. for their solidarity with Palestine."

As an official "Inspire Change" partner, the Community Justice Exchange received grants and publicity in its work "to end money bail and pre-trial detention at the local level and immigration detention at the national level." The NFL's partnership with the Community Justice Exchange was last extended in June 2022, according to an announcement from the league. The league touted the left-wing group's "work with organizers, advocates, and legal providers across the country that are using community bail funds as part of efforts to radically change local bail systems and reduce incarceration." The grants went toward "coordinating and supporting the 100+ local protest to bail funds and a centralized rapid response fund to support those protesting for racial justice."

The partnership appears to have since lapsed--the nonprofit wasn't on the list of grantees announced in May 2023. The NFL's "Inspire Change" website lists Community Justice Exchange under "Previous Grant Recipients" and still includes a link to the group's website.

The NFL's promotion of the left-wing group underscores the extent to which anti-Israel groups have been propped up by major donors and institutions in the United States. Community Justice Exchange is also a project of the Tides Center--a left-wing dark money network funded by George Soros and other prominent liberal billionaires like Pierre Omidyar. The Tides Center serves as a hub for a variety of left-wing groups, channeling substantial funds from affluent donors and functioning as a "fiscal sponsor," enabling them to sidestep IRS registration.

Neither the NFL nor Community Justice Exchange responded to requests for comment.

All of the terrorist satellite organizations, from the Democrat Party to the NFL, are refusing to comment.

This is my guess. My bet is that what ActBlue does is exactly the same thing lots of other political fundraising orgs do.

ActBlue still has to identify the donor. They don't have to report on it, but they do have to collect it IIRC.

I stopped watching a long time ago, but always thought it was "funny" how games would be decided in the fourth quarter all the time, after 3 plus quarters of teams not being able to score. Suddenly they were trading touchdowns, and inevitably the team that was trailing would have the ball late, marching down the field.

I don't believe the players were throwing the games, but I believe the refs either blew or put away their handkerchiefs, based on some standard we were not allowed to know about.

85 ActBlue still has to identify the donor. They don't have to report on it, but they do have to collect it IIRC.

The FEC could launch an investigation and subpoena those records - and hold ActBlue accountable if it cannot furnish them - but it won't. Nor will it do so for WinRed. The spice must flow.

$7 billion is a shit-ton of money, but Soros seems to have outsized influence, even in his shitty group. As near as I can tell, one of two things is going on:
1. He's the world's most capable "value investor" in activism, and sees tremendous ROI, allowing him to make relatively small moves and yet still buy huge results (the DAs would likely be an example)
2. He's a front man, and much of what says "Soros" on the package is actually financed by others.

I strongly suspect most of the reality is through door number two, and that he's essentially a money launderer and public face. I don't know, though, and I have no idea who the many sources of capital are if so.

I strongly suspect that it's more sophisticated than that. You don't want to use random names, because the odds of getting caught goes up and you could cause real problems. If you use John Doe as a borrowed name to donate a total of $2,500 and then he tries to donate $2,000 to his candidate, it's going to be a problem.

But they are a real fundraising org and have real donor lists that are already vetted. It would be easy to find people who have made small-money donations in the past then filter it for people who only donate small total sums. There, you have a good pool of borrowed names with both a history of political giving *and* a history of leaving you room to maneuver. And if you ask those people, "did you donate to ActBlue," they just answer, "yes."

The Republican Party has been rotting from the head for decades, has done everything it could to undermine its own voters and policy preferences in favor of the policy preferences of its larger donors, and it's been openly at war with its own base for decades. Also, every "campaign finance reform" bill gets massive Republican support in Congress even though all of them have these mysteriously unpredicted knock-on effects of making donations more centrally controlled rather than less.

But sure, it's reasonable to assume that they do no hankey-pankey with donation money.

157 Since Democrat voters want money from the government and Republican voters want to reduce the money government spends it would be easy for the GOP to dramatically reduce spending any time they control any of the House, Senate, or Presidency (though the House is the easiest).

Just reduce something that only the left wants in your budget and...go home.

They have have half of HUD or none. Half of the DoE or none...And so on.

It's a bit more complicated than that. The DC suburbs consist largely of highly-educated middle- and upper-middle class people. 171 But they are a real fundraising org and have real donor lists that are already vetted.

Much safer and harder to detect

Disagree in part. Using the names of frequent small-dollar donors is a dangerous game because if that person donates even $5 after someone else donated $196 in his name, he's pushed over the reporting threshold and his name now appears on an FEC report with his dollar amount next to it. Someone asks him why he donated $201 to the candidate and he can show he only donated $195, that's a problem.

You have to use people that you're almost certain will NOT donate.

Very true about the contractor and consultant parts, because they typically have specialized knowledge of use to the military. Lobbyists are a small fraction of the pop, and often come from working in DC on staffs or as an elected official. They don't generally live out in the burbs.

The Act Blue Money Laundering Scheme – What Can You Do to Help?

This article has been written to support a video I recently launched describing the ActBlue Campaign Finance Money Laundering scheme. In that video I provided a brief reference to how interested activists can help document the part of this conspiracy or money laundering operation which may be occurring near where you live. If you want to better understand how this apparent campaign finance money laundering operation works, you can watch the video below.

261 ActBlue: The Left’s Favorite “Dark Money” Machine

https://bit.ly/44f0NCP

As InfluenceWatch explains, ActBlue is a service for left-wing groups and Democratic politicians to fundraise without setting up an online donation infrastructure themselves. Money passes through ActBlue to the ultimate recipient and ActBlue collects a fee as payment. This also has the added effect of obscuring the ultimate recipient, since money passing through ActBlue looks like a donation to ActBlue -- not to, say, Black Lives Matter.

Hundreds of groups ranging from left-leaning to far-left use this platform, funneling an incredible $1.5 billion into political causes so far in the 2019-2020 election cycle. Its proved so successful that it spawned a conservative analogue, WinRed, which has raised $235 million for Republicans in the same period.

But the trick to ActBlue is understanding that it’s a single brand encompassing 3 separate nonprofits: a 501(c)(3) called ActBlue Charities, a 501(c)(4) called ActBlue Civics, and a PAC (also called a “527” simply called ActBlue. These groups all share leadership and office space but are legally distinct entities.

262 Same playbook, same players, different t-shirts. At least we now know the game plan for this summer.

Posted by: t-bird at April 23, 2024 03:29 PM (GN7By)

263 ActBlue: The Left’s Favorite “Dark Money” Machine

The real story missed by the media and pundits is far more disturbing.

ActBlue Charities and ActBlue Civics file Form 990 reports with the IRS, meaning that their top-line finances are publicly disclosed. (ActBlue PAC is governed by the Federal Election Commission and so files different reports.) In 2018 (the latest year available), ActBlue Charities reported almost $24 million in revenues and ActBlue Civics took in an impressive $49 million.

But nearly all the money ActBlue Charities and ActBlue Civics paid out is reported generically in one lump, as "passed-through contributions" -- meaning those ActBlue nonprofits don't have to disclose which groups they passed money to or how much each group received in total.

Considering the Left's loathing for untraceable "dark money," that's shocking hypocrisy.
