16 Getting some pre sale work done on the house. Yesterday as the painter and his nephew were leaving, the nephew came back to the door with a small drone and the battery for it that he had found at the end of our drive. It must have just crashed as my wife had returned home about 30 minutes before.

A gusty day yesterday, so maybe it lost control and hit the ground. We posted it to the village site.

I've been regularly going to my chiro since October. Chronic shoulder/upper back/neck stuff. He does som physical therapy type stuff too. It's helping, but it would be better faster if I wasn't doing so much heavy lifting on a daily basis.

'Twill be dry all this week, though, with lows more in the upper 50s.

The gist that I seem to get (gained from here and there):

1) She claims she was bullied.
2) There is something in there about not reimbursing her for money she spent on her own. This is a maybe and it is a lot of money and may be on her.
3) Suicide attempt in here somewhere.
4) She leaves/files an HR complaint.
5) The company then shares info from her lawyer for the HR complaint with the people involved in the complaint.
6) Said people do a live stream where they pretty much say that it is all her fault/she is lying. Some coordination/serendipity(?) here and like all the remaining people at the company in unison and at the same time retweet the statement.

People are addicted to drama. One thing I find is when I walk into a site where people have taken the drama/gossip too far is rats nest/snake pit/crab bucket. There is definitely a lot of that here.

As to selling things. It's amazing what people will buy and want they either don't want or want to pay 25 cents for.

Cannot restrict people coming and going now because racist. Only fair way is to force everyone into self quarantine even if no outbreaks and forced experimental vaxx

92 Second, the 'vtuber companies' remind me of nothing so much as the old Hollywood studio system or the music industry or just pimps. They 'own' the IP of the streamer and so control it heavily and treat them like... brands. So they have a high degree over the streamer for what they are allowed to say and do. That is disturbing even for the 'good' ones who seem to maintain a light leash.

I had the pleasure of going to Mass with both of my boys and my new DiL last evening. It was the happiest I've been in a very long time, holding hands in prayer with them. I am so very fortunate.

Then they went to son #1's home for a party with their friends, so it's just me and Lucy the Fink until late morning.

It's 47 and threatening to start dripping here on the beach. Maybe I can get back to sleep for a couple hours.

That's where the studio system part comes in. They seem very conscious of a couple thing: one, maintaining their control over their existing 'talents', fostering a very 'them' vs 'us' thing and two, reminding them and anyone else what happens to anyone who goes off the reservation. Someone made the observation that they seem to want to make this as painful as possible for Selen/Doki. That fits. Its insane, but it fits.
