“But I can tell you that I’m really worried that this delay is going to put the trial past June. It’s possible that Trump will try and go to the Supreme Court after he loses on the Court of Appeals. That can take months. This is a real problem.” MSNBC legal analyst Neal Katyal

Poor planning on this 12 year old's part. Leave it to a doggeh. Tonight's Feel Good Story of The Day.

A Massachusetts police K9 followed her nose to help find a 12-year-old who went missing in frigid temperatures last week, tracking the child’s scent for over two miles, authorities said.

K9 Biza, a female German shepherd, was called on to help after officers learned the child left their home at around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday and was last seen in the Pakachoag Hill area of Auburn, the Auburn Police Department said.

20 The U.S. military’s assessment of the drone attack that killed three U.S. troops in Jordan on Jan. 28 reached an initial determination that appears to contradict early speculation on how the enemy drone evaded detection, The Washington Post reported Tuesday.

U.S. defense officials initially speculated that the Iran-backed aerial vehicle confused Tower 22 radar systems because it homed in on the base around the same time a U.S. Army drone was also returning to base. Early findings of the military’s incident investigation into the deadly attack, however, suggest the explosive-laden drone flew too low to register on the base’s detection systems, the Post reported, citing a U.S. defense official with direct knowledge of the assessment.

Sounds like somebody dropped the ball on our base defense systems.

ALWAYS assume that an attack can come from anywhere at any time - there should be no such concept as "too low for detection" when it comes to protecting American lives.

Not a surprise. It was clear what he did was different than Trump.
1) He didn't intentionally hide 'em and then lie about having 'em.
2) He actually proactively approached the National Archives about the records when they were found.

But Trump is going to flip out - you just know it.

What revolutionary war? It is called the One Year War in which roughly 1/4 of the whole Human population died, most during the Archduchy of Zeon's surprise attack that killed over Four Billion. And then there was Operation British where Zeon forces dropped a whole space colony on Sydney Australia.

Did Bandai-Namco and Sunrise sign off on these title cards?

And you can't argue, really, that it was just the blues lyrics. That shit has been popular for decades.

I don't think any of their cases were brought to win in the long run. They were brought to hamstring Trump during the election.

The DC court didn't just rule against Trump in this case they gave him a week to file his appeal with the SC when the standard is 90 days and if he doesn't get it done by next week the case goes back to the DC court for prosecution. 344 "Putin supports Trump" is a ridiculous Democrat conceit.

Russia gets most of their hard currency from the sale of oil and gas.

Biden shut in 800,000 barrels of oil/day on Day 1 cancelling Keystone, plus more lost barrels due to restricting federal lease sales.

If that kicked oil prices up by $20 on their production of 10 million bbls/day, then Biden is sending $6 billion A MONTH to fund Putin's war against Ukraine.

Sure, Putin wants Trump. Oh, Br'er Fox don't throw me in that briar patch!

From the river the kaffirs calls Jordan
To the Mediterranean Sea
The camels, the dates, and the fig trees
All tell us that we must be free...

And a breeze wafts down from Jannah
Allah's gift to you and me.
Let us draw in the airs from Paradise
And breathe them out to the Sea...

It is simple oh slave of Allah....

We suck, and then we blow
We suck, and then we blow
True purpose now we know
We suck and we blow.

(sotto voce)

We suck......
And we blow....

442 Turn Vivek's entrepreneurial spirit loose, IN and ON the RNC. Give him that role, give him that CHAIR!

He can turn-out the deadwood, the dead-in-spirit, and the dead-of-deeds.

And then, he can GROW the (R) brand, probably as none other, before him.

I'm not talking about what Trump has, and can done, with his rallies, and such.

But Vivek can, and would, build ARMIES of organizers, turn-out-the-voters, and EFFECTIVE fundraising and EFFECTIVE expenditures, on and for candidates who we NEED to WIN.

Ronna has done exactly the opposite. I hope she, along with Hailey, get ROASTED in S.C. Charred. BBQ'd. Down to ashes in the wind.

Haven't you heard? They breed with locals, get citizen-children, and stay forever on humanitarian grounds.

Srsly, our laws and institutions aren't equipped to handle what's coming. Police forces that were established to bust robbers and the rare murderers, and to save babies choking on beans, are going to face terrorists who want to destroy the country. How long has it been since we've had the guts to prosecute anyone for that? And the FBI is corrupt as hell. We have to pass national security laws in the next two years that no one has the guts for because AOC will scream raaaayyyy-cissss! We have to drag people out of the country who claim to have come here because they love it and there's no milk for the baby in China. We're fucked if we don't get a strong leader. Alas, you make Weasel San sad, grasshoppah.

That said, a winning F-Class 1,000 yd group would be less than 2 MOA. At, one thousand yards.

250 yards? That'd be about a 3/4" in. group. 2" or less at 500 yards.

The "X" ring (inside of the "10" ring) in F class, is a 5" circle, at 1,000 yards. Put 20 rounds THERE, and you, too, can be win the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP in that particular sport.

Glad Weasel can do that. I'm a good pistol shooter. Weasel is a WORLD CHAMPION rifle shooter. Learn from Weasel San, hai !

Blonde Morticia,

They keep the borders open, terrorists/criminals attack us here en masse, that's how you get a strong leader, the very thing about which the left fear and complain -- at the same time. Logic. How does it work?

468 SF Goth. Taylor doesn't bug me as an artist, too much.

As a Lyricist, she's an aggravating pain in the ass ears.

There's a limit on how much whining about men, society, equality and more bad choices in men, that I'm willing to endure.,

And she exceeds those limits. A LOT.

Someone wiser than me, opined, appx such: "...she's written 3,000 songs about horrible men, and not ONE song about fetching her man a sammich or a beer."

John Denver was the Taylor Swift of his day, but at least he wrote and sang a great many songs about Joy and the Joys of LIVING.

Give his "The Eagle and the Hawk" a two minute listen, and compare.
