Having begun to adapt the motif of the road to the local urban setting in 1871, in 1873-1874 Giuseppe De Nittis (February 25, 1846 - August 21, 1884)🎨 painted many views of Paris.
In these he captured the spectacle of a modern city, often indulging in images of elegant women walking or riding or promenading children and dogs. ====== So, truly an artist. http://tinyurl.com/yc2kkr9k Brief history and a self-portrait. An effective painting. The poses of the women shows the cold wind: leaning into it, their veils blowing behind them, the way the woman on the right is turning her head. They stand out against the light, dull colors of the land and sky, which puts the focus on them and their situation. For such a mild scene it is surprisingly captivating.

++++ Altman believes future AI products will need to allow "quite a lot of individual customization" and "that's going to make a lot of people uncomfortable," because AI will give different answers for different users, based on their values preferences and possibly on what country they reside in. "If the country said, you know, all gay people should be killed on sight, then no ... that is well out of bounds," Altman tells Axios. "But there are probably other things that I don't personally agree with, but a different culture might. ... We have to be somewhat uncomfortable as a tool builder with some of the uses of our tools." So the next iteration of generative AI will comply with the Official Truth in any given country. So Islamic states will get a less-woke - but more-Muslim-compatible - AI experience, for example, but in the US, it will be all woke all the time. GoodthinkAI - now with regional conformity! Altman believes future AI products will need to allow "quite a lot of individual customization" and "that's going to make a lot of people uncomfortable," because AI will give different answers for different users, based on their values preferences and possibly on what country they reside in.
..."But there are probably other things that I don't personally agree with, but a different culture might. ... We have to be somewhat uncomfortable as a tool builder with some of the uses of our tools." So the next iteration of generative AI will comply with the Official Truth in any given country. Arab states are working on an initiative to secure a ceasefire and the release of hostages in Gaza as part of a broader plan that could offer Israel a normalisation of relations if it agreed to “irreversible” steps towards the creation of a Palestinian state.
The two state solution is the only way, and Bibi doesn't want it. He wants Palestine gone. Something they could have done decades ago. Something that won't actually deal with Hamas, Hezbollah or any other anti-Israel terrorist group. There is only one problem to this solution and his name is Bibi Netanyahu. Ummm, not truem There is Bibi, Hamas, Hizbollah, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, etc. Unless they agree to any ceasefire and a true permanent peace, it will require the giving up of power. the involved Arab nations must hold Hamas, Hizbollah, Houthis and the other Arab insurrectionists / terrorists to also abide to a ceasefire and permanent peace. For any plan to succeed, Israelis must acknowledge that they are not legally entitled to all the land of Palestine. -- I loved watching Night Stalker as a kid. A couple of years ago, I bought the DVD series so I could rewatch it. In US usage, dagos are only Italian, but it applies more broadly in Shakespeare. It's short for "Diego." In Tudor times there was a lot of diplomacy afoot, and Mediterranean outsiders were often distrusted by your simple Britons. Also, about one-third of White Britain is part Italian, from that time, so there is that too. The Paolo, he got busy and stayed busy.
