You are correct. At the facility where I play indoors now that colder weather has arrived, almost everyone uses the outdoor balls. The only difference has to do with how they react to wind. The number and size of the holes supposedly makes a difference.

Prior to covid, if you did not have it you could no longer fly after - I seem to recall - sometime in 2020. But then they didn't want to have people coughing and sneezing in the DMV so deadline went bye bye. It will probably get resurrected at some point, because of course.

A Federal Law to make states actually identify the person requesting the ID. It requires real state, local, and federal IDs to prove that person in a citizen. It was for the safety of our transportation systems to decrease the ability of foreign agents to hijack and terrorize.
It was to go into 7 years after passing but is now moved to May of 25. It will ground around 40 million when it takes effect.

When I applied for and went in to get my Real ID ( and in NJ you have to go in IN PERSON to get one) I was still in the Military so I had my current Drivers Lisence, My Military ID, My Passport, a Tax Bill with my name and SS# on it with my Address, and my property Tax Bill. Oddly enough, the city of Baltimore fights against the idea of having to present an ID in order to cast a vote, because there MAY be an as yet unidentified black person who does not have a photo ID.
Yet the State fully embraced the idea of next time around, or for your first Maryland Drives License...Real ID is your only option.
And the city is OK with that.

Actually NJ does not, that was for verification of Address purposes. I had one IRS letter with my SS # on it and they rarely even do that anymore.
I did not have it yet, but this REAL ID application made me get a new SS Card from Social Security

it should have been a standard decades when the law was passed in 2005, in response to 9/11, but they keep changing the deadline. SO now 20 years later and it's still not the standard. It was supposed to replace the DL/ID because to get on a plane you use a DL. And every state had its own rules for giving out ids. So the fed tried to standardize it - show me your proof of birth, name change, social security card etc.

Yes great point. All the names on the required documents must be the same and match. If you Passport or SS Card names do not match, they can give youi trouble or reject it. It's a bit of a mess and MIddle Initials count also LOL

Yeah, Pennsylvania wants to have hundreds of thousands of voters on the rolls so when the 'extra vote fortifying' ballots appear the fraud looks less obvious.
It was kinda embarrassing in 2020 when between 100,000 and 200,000 'extra' ballots appeared and the state got sued by 20 other states. But the brave men and women of the Supreme Court pissed on that fire until it went out.
