Bankman-Fried is a fool and a phony and I'm almost starting to believe he's innocent of the specific charges. Not that I would ever let him within a dozen firewalls of my digital funds.

That 30 mpg or ev range is driving 60 mph on a flat road in 60 degree weather with no need for a/c or heat, all 4 tires perfectly inflated, etc And with nothing in the car and no passengers.

Real world driving is always 10-20% worse fuel economy than the stated number.

Thing is, a gas-powered vehicle that does not live up to mileage claims may disappoint you, but you won't be stranded. Even if you do run out of gas on I90 between Butte and Bozeman, you can call for someone to bring a 5-gallon can of go juice to get you going again. If your electric dies out there, it's flatbed time. And $$$
