A former ABC News acclaimed producer, previously the outlet's senior Emmy-winning investigative journalist, pleaded guilty Friday to federal charges of transporting and possessing child pronography in a horrific case involving infant r@pe.so soon after the story that Ace picked up yesterday: The first openly transgender lawmaker in the US is facing federal charges in connection with sexual exploitation at a Tyngsborough, Massachusetts daycare center. A teacher at the daycare who assisted the lawmaker in obtaining sexual pictures of the children has also been arrested and was charged in June. In a press release, the Justice Department referred to trans-identified male Stacie Laughton as "a New Hampshire woman."These stories will probably both turn out to be far-right conspiracy theories. Like that movie about child abductions. The Far Right is getting upset about a lot of things these days. In 2021, Helen Joyce wrote a book, Trans: When Ideology Meets Reality. For some reason, she has been doing a lot of interviews in recent weeks. She has a PhD in mathematics and wrote for The Economist for several years. She's not much for the "social construction" ideas of Queer Theory. She thinks clearly. Here is part of an interview with Megyn Kelly that addresses reality vs. linguistics (social construction):
I love Chicago's John Kass. Today his blog post was on something I and my friends here (especially David) have hit time and time again because we are so passionately terrified for today's children. But there was a moment in it that was such a revelation, I wanted to share it with you all. An aspect of the gender affirming madness that I hadn't considered before. She interrupts her thoughts on the blog entry by John Kass to discuss a disturbing piece at Fox about a detransitioner, as well as some thoughts about Jazz Jennings and parents who push transition. I have been uncomfortable about the story of the hypnotic regression in which Jazz supposedly visited a previous life in which she was a gay boy rejected by his family. Sounds a little too much like this life to me. Welborn quotes Kass: . . .It was a column by Dr. Greg Ganske, a former Iowa congressman and retired plastic surgeon who is raising important questions with his latest piece: "Is it Science or Child Abuse Part II." Of course it is child abuse. America clings to the delusion it is not child abuse even as we commit mass cultural suicide, as we engage in castration of young minor boys and other irreversible tortures inflicted on young pubescent girls via puberty blockers-on the whims of terribly delusional and tortured parents. . . . . .Europe is tossing such gruesome notions of "gender assignment surgery and "treatment" where they belong, in the garbage. Recently, Norway has joined other politically progressive European nations-including Finland, the U.K. and Sweden in imposing limits on such treatments for minors. . . .Why are those who stand up in support of women in women's sports are targeted for obliteration? It isn't just a difference of opinion, it is a power trip of angry wasps determined to sting you and other objectors to death. You've seen them egged on in a frenzy against "Harry Potter" novelist J.K. Rowling, against women's tennis champion Martina Navratalova and so on. WHY And then he reports on an interview with an Irish journalist named Helen Joyce, who, when asked the same question, gave one of the most gut-wrenching, horrific answers I think I've ever heard. . .That last quote is similar to one at the end of an hour-long interview between Helen Joyce and Peter Boghossian. If you start listening at 57 minutes, there's also an interesting bit on transgender men in women's sports. Though she doesn't really discuss it in the video, some of Helen Joyce's siblings have been on national sports teams.. . ."A lot of people have done what is the worst thing you could do, which is to harm their children irrevocably, because of it. Those people will have to believe that they did the right thing for the rest of their lives, for their own sanity, and for their own self-respect. So they'll still be fighting, and each one of those people destroys entire organizations and entire friendship groups. "Like, I've lost count of the number of times that somebody has said to me of a specific organization that has been turned upside down on this, "Oh, the deputy director has a trans child." Or, oh, the journalist on that paper who does special investigations has a trans child. Or whatever. The entire organization gets paralyzed by that one person. And it may not even be widely known at that organization that they have a trans child. But it will come out, people will have sort of said quietly, and now you can't talk truth in front of that person, and you know you can't, because what you're saying is: "You as a parent have done a truly, like, a human rights abuse level of awful thing to your own child that can not be fixed. "There are specific individuals who are actively against women's rights here and it is not known why they are, but I happen to know through the back channels that it is because they've transed their child. "So those people will do anything for the entire rest of their lives to destroy me and people like me because people like me are standing in reproach to them. I don't want to be, I'm not talking directly to them, and I don't spend my time bitching to them. "But the fact is that just simply by saying we will never accept natural males in women's spaces, well it is their son that we're talking about. And they've told their son that he can get himself sterilized and destroy his own basic sexual function and women will accept him as a woman. And if we don't, there's no way back for them and that child. "They've sold their child a bill of goods that they can't deliver on."

Lady Gaga did an album of something like show tunes or classics that showed what her voice could do. I think there were a couple of covers of Bad Romance by singers who did it straight that encouraged her to do it.

Megyn Kelly... she's saying a lot of right things these days, she's sorta like Russell Brand. I can't exactly say why I dislike listening to them.
Kelly of course, does funny things to my nether parts (Brand does not), but still, I can't listen to her talk for too long. I think there might be something about the cadence, the style of speech, it's very... corporate pressish. Or something. Posted by: BurtTC at July 22, 2023 11:20 AM (Diw2o) 10

Transgendering IS transhumanism.
It's part of the goal of Progressivism: its utopia involves reason and technology overcoming nature in all ways, but particularly as concerns humans. They see it as the next step of evolution - self-willed evolution. It and hedonism are the largest parts of their doctrine. (And, yes, they think that along with overcoming nature they can also then protect it and leave some large portion of it pure and otherwise unadulterated. Yeah, they're fools.) I have had tummy troubles for years, both stress issues from s___y jobs and from messed up gut bacteria.
One of the things that helps is Floristor probiotic. It doesn't fix the problem but it makes the gut issues less for a bit. It was discovered as a traditional treatment in SE Asia for diarrhea and it does help with cramping too. Unfortunately it costs a buck a dose. Posted by: Kindltot at July 22, 2023 11:24 AM (xhaym) 17

Once you let mentally ill and perverted people fly their freak flag they will try to plant it on every person’s property. That’s what they do. You don’t tell a schizophrenic that his paranoid delusions might be true because that’s his truth. You don’t tell an anorexic girl that she looks good or that she can still lose a pound or two because that’s her truth.

Thank you, KT. Thorough and interesting as always. I’ve only just begun to peruse the content. The trans insanity hit me smack in the jaw last night (metaphorically). I’m in Minneapolis to visit son; we’re near Target Field before the Twins game getting a bite to eat. Seems like a nice area Anyway there’s a gaggle of young ladies standing nearby… except one of them is clearly male but dressed up like a woman: Sun dress, lipstick, heels… but here’s the thing: a full beard! Not fully grown out but prominent thick facial hair. He wasn’t even trying to look feminine (despite the clothes). The most baffling thing to me: the girls he was with were very attractive. Why would they hang out with a freak??!

I am transphobic, to the extant that I think these folks are mentally ill. As a kid I watched Renee Richards play tennis fairly often, used to ballboy in tournaments where he played, and thought it strange to see him playing (not all that well) in the ladies draws, but that was pretty much the end of the discussion. IIRC, he just didn't make a big deal of his "transition" and it certainly did not seem political. But, to the extant we thought about him at all, we all thought he obviously was not a well person. I mean, who would do that to themselves (surgical transition)??

That is not the best rendition of FMTTM, IMO. It's too slow, with too many long pauses between words. But it's only one way Bennett sung it - he did more traditional versions, too. But one of the great things about the Great American Songbook is they can all be sung in different styles for different settings.
And, yes, Lady Gaga has a great voice. So did Amy Winehouse - who also did some GASB with ... maybe it was Bennett. GASB doesn't rely on auto-tune and loud music to get the singer through; it's voice. So these folks go sing it to prove their own singing bona fides, and it's not just the mixer in the studio. Fits the ideology of most women's soccer fans in the US. Portland and Los Angeles are the only two professional women's soccer teams which draw more than 10,000 fans a game on average, but even Portland has run a giveaway for years where you can get two free tickets to some of the less popular matches by filling up your tank at a Union 76 station. Ask someone how much a teacher gets paid, and most people will say "Not enough!". If you press them, they'll ultimately admit they really have no idea. They just know the messaging. Just do the whole year. And on New Queer's Eve, they can have a line of dancing trannies in brown dresses on Times Square drop a giant nutsack from a tower while they do a rendition of "Tomorrow Belongs To Me," and doctors chop the cocks off a dozen fair-haired boys to ring in the New Queer.

The rationale for paying wymyn soccer players more is they win a lot. Yeah well so do some little league teams. But like little league teams that go undefeated, the wymyn bring in no revenue.
Meanwhile the mens team kinda sucks but brings in a fuck ton of revenue. Hence they get paid more. Or used to anyway. Posted by: Montec at July 22, 2023 12:12 PM (rW730) 144
I mean, jeez, why wouldn't you. Women are soft and smell nice, and at least in theory won't beat the shit out of you as often. Or cheat on you, or treat you like property... and all that other stuff these impressionable young females may tell themselves.
Because the modern concept of love is about receiving love, not giving it. People approach relationships as if they were a movie critic or food critic, measuring their mates against some ethereal perfection. The food critic would never say "the meal wasn't perfect, but I greatly appreciate the positive aspects of it, and who am I to deserve a perfect meal?" So those people will do anything for the entire rest of their lives to destroy me and people like me because people like me are standing in reproach to them. I don't want to be, I'm not talking directly to them, and I don't spend my time bitching to them.
This applies to so many situations. I've seen it when I have not drunk as much alcohol as other people at a gathering (thankfully, not among Morons at a MoMe), I've seen it from women who have had an abortion but never dealt with it, and of course we see this attitude constantly from various activists. Somehow it does not matter that you are not condemning that person; in fact, you are not even contemplating that person's faults. What matters is that you are not applauding enough. In a few years I have no doubt you are going to start seeing young adults who have "detransitioned" and who's lives are hell, beginning to hunt down those who mutilated them.
I hope that everyone involved in these surgeries is ruined financially eventually through lawsuits. Can you imagine being an insurance company writing malpractice insurance for people doing "gender-affirming surgeries"? How stupid can you be? Morning.
That Hot Air quote brings up a really good point. It's very often that you hear "so and so has trans kids" and unsurprisingly that determines their actions. It's unsurprising that a person will bend over backwards for the sake of their kids. Unfortunately, in many instances now, it also means they embrace totalitarianism. Ugh. In professional leagues, no. But for the national teams, yes. They won a $24 million dollar lawsuit last year and a commitment to equal pay as the men's national team last year. O.J. Simpson had and interesting take on the transgenders participating in sports. He suggested having a 'transgender only' category where the insane weirdos can compete against other trannies of whatever gender they identify as.
Never happen, but it's something I've seen discussed elsewhere. Another option with regards to sports would be to eliminate the men's and women's categories and have everyone compete on a level playing field. Posted by: Martini Farmer at July 22, 2023 12:19 PM (Q4IgG) 167

a bit OT but fun - I was just putting the mower up and heard the sound of an engine overhead I didn't recognize - I always look up for that. (it's instinctive) So it was two planes flying in tandem - that makes it something special already - and although they were single engine prop planes, each of them had pontoons that allowed them to land on water. Now I gotta see if I can find out who they were and where they were going - or maybe they're just some private owners out for a spin on a sunny day.

It needs to become more Second World. You’re Venezuela or Zimbabwe? They need to have more of a market economy. And their writing continues to increasingly suck. Now, I have to say this. Four or five years I clipped a coyote out on I40, just crossing the NM line from AZ. Car was driveable, but I pulled over in Gallup and found a garage and asked them to do, well, a safety check. Guy got out and straightened out the plastic (actually looked pretty good afterwards), checked for leaks and drive train damage, and told me I was good to go. I had to twist the owner's arm to get him to take money, finally pressing $40 in his hand. He gave it to one of his guys, told him to go get breakfast burritos and soda, and invited me to stay for breakfast. A year later I dropped off two cases of pop on the way to AZ.

"With the termination of the Black Sea Initiative and the abolition of the maritime humanitarian corridor, from 00:00 Moscow time on July 20, 2023, all ships en route to Ukrainian ports in the Black Sea will be considered potential carriers of military cargo," the military insisted.
The new restrictions de-facto re-impose the Russian naval blockade on Ukraine, lifted under the so-called Black Sea grain deal in July 2022. The agreement, signed with mediation by the UN and Türkiye, enabled the safe shipment of Ukrainian grain through Black Sea corridors amid the conflict between Moscow and Kiev. Moscow withdrew from the deal on Monday, citing the West’s failure to keep any of the promises made to Russia under the agreement, including re-enabling exports of grain and fertilizers from the country. --Joe Cradlerobbinnette Biden is actively making fuel and food more expensive. Speaking of roads...
There's a 'End County Maintenance' road sign nearby. The so-called non-maintained road is in better shape than the county maintained part. The biggest issues we face with this sort of thing is the brush that grows along the shoulders during the summer that makes visibility sketchy and the lack of any snow removal in the winter. We can deal with the brush via chemicals or mowing but the snow/ice is another story. Posted by: Martini Farmer at July 22, 2023 12:53 PM (Q4IgG) 235

It's been obvious for a while that T and Q will enslave and eventually destroy L, G, and B before going to war with each other. As noted, they have to because their core identitarian ideologies are mutually exclusive: one holds that the world must bend to the ever-changing personal reality of the beholder, and the other holds that the world cannot and must not ever be aligned with the un-definable personal reality of the beholder. Like national and international socialists, they may temporarily work together to take down easy targets but it won't last.

If you actually deconstruct trans theory, it will collapse in no time. It's actually pretty simple too. Take the statement "I'm a woman in a man's body". What is the "I" that isn't part of the bidy and hence could be in the wrong one? It's the soul! And who screwed up? Whatever entity assigns souls to bodies, which is a god. So the trans movement acknowledges soul that have a gender and a god, which actually makes it a religion. That's why some people are so smitten with it. And it makes sense that a generation that grew up on harry potter and no bible is fascinated with everyone having their own patronous, it's all they know!

There are a lot of unclassified studies about nuke war. A lot of variables will determine the overall affect.on mankind. One I saw that is similar to my own analysis is a comparison between a 50 warhead exchange vs a 100 warhead exchange. I'll likely survive the 50 warhead event. The US too...maybe. But not the 100.
But even just a few, its the aftermath that will be the bitch. Collapsed economy. No internet. Broken infrastructure. Food shortages. It will be ugly. Posted by: Diogenes at July 22, 2023 02:17 PM (e4fEA) 344

The charging document of the ABC producer p3do is literally horrifying.
I can't imagine the sadism and lack of humanity inherent and endemic in a man who can take pleasure and enjoymnent in the act of r@ping an INFANT. These are monsters. In the main, I am against the death penalty. But not for infant r@pists, or really any sadistic child torturer. Posted by: kallisto at July 22, 2023 04:21 PM (Qb4mU) 356
the most deviant, depraved, heinous instances of child sex abuse derive from the demonrat/Leftard/Cultural Marxist population. And they enable and cover up for each other.
You know how Rolling Stone came out with that scathing, contemptible article against Sound of Freedom? Turns out a RS editor covered up a story written by his own staff. The subject of the story? One of RS editor's buddies in alphabet media got busted for CP. Posted by: kallisto at July 22, 2023 04:45 PM (Qb4mU) 357
Locally there was a Radnor Township commissioner, Philip Ahr. He got busted for CP. The police informed the other commissioners about the coming charges, and immediately the Board scheduled a vote to unseat the professional p3do. Ahr's fellow demorats voted to keep him, they won the vote, so he stayed. It was only when he was formally charged and arrested that he stepped down.
But the support for their fellow groomer/p3do did not stop when Ahr was arrested. At his sentencing hearing, his fellow demorats showed up as favorable witnesses to shorten the feral pig's sentence. This is after evidence was widely publicized in local papers that Ahr texted to one of his p3do buddies: "It's so hot when they cry". Talking about 5 year old children. ANd of course, one of the demonrats who supported him failed upwards and now sits on our County Council. Posted by: kallisto at July 22, 2023 04:51 PM (Qb4mU) 358
As we saw in photos, Beto campaigned for the sexual criminal in New Hampshire. If we had a party opposed to sex crimes against children, they could make these pervs the face of the Democrat Party.

>>"You as a parent have done a truly, like, a human rights abuse level of awful thing to your own child that can not be fixed.
This is very true, but just one extreme. Now do the same analysis for mother who aborted baby. Or even for a father who cheats on marriage and wife divorces. Or mother who divorces and fights for custody to protect child from "cheater." In all cases the parents have done irreparable harm to the child, but now they have to define that reality in a way which presents themselves as the hero. The mother did not murder her child, but she fought for "women's health." The father did not betray a trust, he "fought for his happiness." "It is better for the child than to live in a family where the parents fight." (To which I always respond that there is a third option: Grow up and stop fighting.) These are personal failings which bleed out into society and poison the well. This is why I am "conservative" and not libertarian or socially liberal or whatever label the weak and ignorant choose. Society (family, church, neighbors, laws. In that order) has the obligation to work against these failings in order to protect society. There are other examples, ... We already have a diagnosis for parents supporting "gender-affirming care" for their minor children: Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy. We have well tested protocol, for this - we remove the abused child, even over the childs objections.
