It's a cover up.

On Sunday, Jim Jordan threatened that he was prepared to begin trimming the FBI's budget over Christopher Wray's utter refusal to reply to legitimate Congressional inquiries.

"What are you going to do about it? We just spoke with Kevin McCarthy about his call with Christopher Wray. It is what is is: Wray is still running the FBI. You've said you want to use the appropriations process to fix this. How will that fix things?" Bartiromo asked.
"Well, in the end, money always gets people's attention. And so, what we're going to have to do is say, 'Hey, FBI, you can't use federal tax dollars, you can't use the American tax dollars for this kind of activity.' We got to limit how they spend the money," Jordan replied.
"So we have to use the appropriations [process]. That's the power that the Founders wanted the legislative branch -- and in particular the House, where, constitutionally, every spending bill, every tax bill, has to originate in the House -- they wanted that body, which stands for election every two years, to be the body closest to the people deciding how we spend the money. So we have to exercise our authority, the power of the purse, to limit what the federal government, what the FBI and Justice Department, are doing to the American people," Jordan continued.
"So that appropriations process is underway now. When will we see a bill that actually, uh, cuts back on funding for the FBI?" Bartiromo asked as a follow up.
"Speaker McCarthy and Republicans have committed to doing all 12 appropriations bills that fund the government over the next several months. I think the first one will be coming out in the next couple weeks. We've been meeting with the appropriations staff, our staff on the Judiciary Committee, to work on how we can limit money, American tax dollars, being used in these ways and deal with the overall budget that the FBI and the DOJ is receiving," Jordan said.

That's the context for this new letter.

As you may remember -- though strangely, the All-January-6, All-the-Time media doesn't seem to want to remind you -- two "bombs" were left outside the offices of both the DNC and RNC on the night of January 5th.

The FBI has said almost nothing about these "bombs" since their discovery. We've never had an accounting of what kind of "bombs" these were, or if they were even operational.

Here's the key language making the implied accusation of a cover-up:

I'm not worried about the FBI de-prioritizing this investigation.

Though I can't verify this, what I hear from people with sources on the Hill is that the FBI identified the "bombing suspect" long, long ago and is just hiding it from everyone.

Why? Well, I don't know.

My suspicion is that they know exactly who the "bomber" is, and it's either Antifa or one of their own ringers. And they just don't want to admit it.

So the case will remain Officially Unsolved forever.

The problem I have with this one is there would be a lot of people who knew the truth, and most of them would have nothing to lose by whistle-blowing, but a lot to lose by being involved in the coverup.

The junior supply officer who had nothing to do with launching the missile, but would have to falsify paperwork to account for the missing missile, would seem to have no incentive to participate in the coverup, and every incentive to tell the truth.

My model for this was the Tsarnaevs. The Russians warned the FBI - TWICE - about these a-holes, but the FBI did nothing about them.

Overall I consider the FBI to be a cross between the Stasi and the Keystone Kops.

The Brits have been using surveillance for years. Summary, it helps catching the culprits afterwards but there is simply too much information deluge to single out before deeds are already done. Too many false positives versus actual threats.

Because they live such mundane lives, they can't believe that extraordinary things happen to someone... especially some person they just met.

I'd wager that story HAS been told... numerous times... just no one believes them.
