Whistleblowers Report Retaliation, Intimidation Tactics, and Illegal Accessing of Bank Records Without Subpoenas by FBI to the Weaponization of Government Committee

fbidiscoversterroristplot.jpg

One agent, Garrett O'Boyle, said that he joined the FBI to catch "bad guys," but "Bad guys are running part of the government now."

All of it, I'd say. Is every single person in government a criminal? No, of course not. But the criminals are "running" it. The non-criminals are afraid.

As a government becomes more corrupt, it must become more corrupt still to cover up its prior corruptions.

FBI whistleblower Garret O'Boyle said during the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government hearing Thursday that the organization has created an "Orwellian atmosphere."

"Too many in the FBI aren't willing to sacrifice the hard right over the easy wrong," he said during his opening statement. "They see what becomes of whistleblowers-how the FBI destroys their careers, suspends them under false pretenses, takes away their security clearances and pay with no true options for real recourse or remedy."

"This is by design," he continued. "It creates an Orwellian atmosphere that silences opposition and discussion."

...

The whistleblowers allege that the FBI has inflated statistics on "domestic violent extremism."

One FBI intelligence agent dared to question the veracity of Christopher Wray's congressional testimony.

That's right -- someone thinks that Christopher Wray may be lying in his representations to Congress.

I'll give you a moment to recover from the psychological shock of hearing that.

Enjoy the soothing sounds of this forgotten 80s gem while you re-gather your wits.

Back to the article:

A decorated FBI intelligence analyst has alleged to the Justice Department watchdog and Congress that he was retaliated against and his security clearance suspended for raising concerns about the factual accuracy of Director Christopher Wray's testimony to lawmakers about the investigation into the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, according to a letter obtained by Just the News.

The lawyer for Intelligence Analyst Marcus Allen told Congress his client, a retired Marine, was once named the FBI employee of the year in his Charlotte, N.C., office but today has found himself without a paycheck and sidelined after raising concerns about the accuracy of Wray's testimony during a Senate hearing.

In fact, FBI leaders even questioned Allen's "allegiance to the United States" before suspending his security clearance even though Allen served tours of duty during the Iraq war after the Sept. 11 attacks, wrote attorney Tristan Leavitt, the president of the Empower Oversight whistleblower center that is representing the analyst.

"These circumstances strongly suggest Mr. Allen's leadership retaliated against him for disclosing his concerns about the veracity of Director Wray's congressional testimony and suspended Mr. Allen's security clearance as reprisal for that protected whistleblower disclosure to his supervisors," Leavitt wrote in a letter sent to Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz on April 26 and obtained this week.

...

At issue is testimony Wray gave in March 2021 at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing when, under questioning Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., he left the impression to some that the FBI or law enforcement had not infiltrated certain groups like the Proud Boys that were blamed for the violence at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

..

Allen met to clear the air with some supervisors after learning his communication questioning Wray's testimony had ruffled feathers. A few months later he got a "massive shock," his lawyer alleged.

"Despite being told the matter had been resolved, on January 10, 2022, the FBI proposed to suspend Mr. Allen's Top Secret clearance on the basis of security concerns related to Adjudicative Guideline A -- 'Allegiance to the United States,'" Leavitt wrote. "The letter stated: 'The Security Division has learned you have espoused conspiratorial views both orally and in writing and promoted unreliable information which indicates support for the events of January 6th.'"

Leavitt wrote that the "FBI's suspension of Mr. Allen's security clearance, which directly cited his protected disclosure, is a clear violation" of federal law protecting whistleblowers."

Allen is black, by the way. Making him the newest recruit to the cause of Black White Supremacy.

Here are some of the pre-written opening statements of the three witnesses speaking today.

Intelligence Analyst Marcus Allen has alleged that the bureau suspended his security clearance for raising concerns about the factual accuracy of testimony that FBI Director Christopher Wray gave to Congress about the events of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. During a March 2021 hearing, Wray made remarks suggesting that the FBI or law enforcement had not infiltrated certain groups that attracted blame for violence at the Capitol during the incident.

After viewing a news article suggesting the opposite, Allen wrote to his supervisors asserting that "there is a significant counter-story to the events of 6 January 2021 at the US Capitol. There is a good possibility the DC elements of our organization are not being forthright about the events of the day or the influence of government assets."

He has been unemployed and without health insurance for his family for a year since Wray suspended him without pay.

Also appearing in hearing will be Special Agent Garret O'Boyle, who has testified that the FBI prioritized investigations into anti-abortion groups in the aftermath of the 2022 Dobbs v. Jackson decision that overturned the constitutional right to the procedure.

O'Boyle questioned the point of such an approach, noting that it was pro-abortion protesters who demonstrated outside of the homes of Supreme Court justices. He further contended that he was asked to speak to his anti-abortion informant about potential threats against the justices and that the FBI wanted its agents to look into pregnancy centers.

In his prepared statement, O'Boyle will tell lawmakers of the atmosphere the bureau creates surrounding the practice of whistleblowing.

...

In the remarks, O'Boyle recalls the oath he swore to defend the country, but laments that "[m]y oath, however, did not include sacrificing the hopes, dreams, and livelihood of my family: my strong, beautiful and courageous wife and my four sweet and beautiful daughters, who have endured this process along with me."

"In weaponized fashion, the FBI allowed me to accept orders to a new position half- way across the country. They allowed us to sell my family's home," he continues. "They ordered me to report to the new unit when our youngest daughter was only two weeks old. Then, on my first day on the new assignment, they suspended me; rendering my family homeless and refused to release our household goods, including our clothes, for weeks."

He says he had to beg friends and neighbors for winter clothes for his children while the FBI kept his possessions locked up.

Special Agent Stephen Friend will also testify to his experience blowing the whistle. Friend made a complaint to the Office of Special Counsel alleging that he was suspended for raising concerns about the bureau's alleged manipulation of crime statistics, its treatment of Jan. 6 defendants, and its use of SWAT teams.

"At each level of my chain of command, leadership cautioned that despite my exemplary work performance, whistleblowing placed my otherwise bright future with the FBI at risk. Special agents take an oath to protect the US Constitution," he will say. "The dangers of federal law enforcement overreach where hammered home to me when I was required to attend trainings at the Holocaust Memorial Museum and MLK Memorial. I cited my oath and training in my conversations with my FBI supervisors. Nevertheless, the FBI weaponized the security clearance processes to facilitate my removal from active duty within one month of my disclosures."

"In addition to an indefinite, unpaid suspension, the FBI initiated a campaign of humiliation and intimidation to punish and pressure me to resign," his statement continues. "In violation of HIPPA, individuals at the FBI leaked my private medical information to a reporter at the New York Times. In violation of the Privacy Act, the FBI refused to furnish my training records for several months."

"The FBI denied my request to seek outside employment, in an obvious attempt to deprive me of the ability to support my family. Finally, the FBI Inspection Division imposed an illegal gag order in an attempt to prevent me from communicating with my family and attorneys," he concludes.

Democrats support this and are furthering Wray's smears of these men.

They also report that the FBI sought citizens' bank records without a subpoena, and that Bank of America -- which really needs serious government sanctions against it -- was all too willing to rat out their customers.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation obtained the financial records of Americans from Bank of America "without any legal process" following the January 6, 2021 riot, according to an interim staff report from the House Judiciary Committee and Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.

The report containing allegations from FBI whistleblowers is the subject of a select committee hearing on Thursday.

"Just like FBI whistleblowers [Garret] O'Boyle and [Stephen] Friend, retired FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst George Hill provided the Committee with detailed allegations of FBI civil liberties abuses," read the report, which was released ahead of Thursday's hearing.

"Specifically, he testified that following the events at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, Bank of America (BoA) gave the FBI's Washington Field Office a list of individuals who had made transactions in the D.C., Maryland, Virginia area with a BoA credit or debit card between January 5 and January 7, 2021. He also testified that individuals who had previously purchased a firearm with a BoA product were elevated to the top of the list provided by BoA," it also read.

The Democrats are all attacking these witnesses, further proving, as if it needed proof, that the FBI works for the Democrat Party. Why else would the Democrat Party help the FBI smear whistleblowers, if not to defend a weaponized government agency that does its bidding?

Mark R. Levin
@marklevinshow

It appears Committee Democrats were fed information by the FBI to question the whistleblowers, or more accurately, to try to smear the whistleblowers.

104 Liberals haven't just ruined these organizations (including the military) for the present, they've done so for the foreseeable future.

Obama basically cleared out anyone in government who wasn't a complete ball licking sycophant of his, and thanks to Trump's complete ignorance to the situation, we're going to be going on a decade and a half of these partisans running, staffing, and training all these agencies.

Even if DeSantis or Trump can win in 2024, rehabilitating the few agencies that we unfortunately do need will be such an uphill battle as they don't know who to trust in the agency, any potential bosses that are viable candidates will probably be lacking in experience, you'll have these same criminals undermining/ sabotaging you the whole time, and they'll make sure to burn any evidence if their crimes so no one will ever be held accountable.

As much as I hate Dems, they know how to achieve their goals (destroying/ restructuring America) while Republicans get in charge and focus mostly on stupid shit.

https://tinyurl.com/2pkhr3r6

The Los Angeles chapter of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, who were going to be honored with the team’s Community Hero Award, have been removed from the lineup of this year’s event.
The Sisters are a self-described "leading-edge Order of queer and trans nuns" who use "humor and irreverent wit to expose the forces of bigotry, complacency and guilt that chain the human spirit."

...the group said in a statement of response:
"While we may no longer appear on Dodgers Pride Night we will be out on the streets of Los Angeles continuing to serve and uplift our community," the statement added. "If being true to oneself with love, joy and pride is a sin, then we, having been cancelled by the New York Post, and now the Dodgers, will do what we always do. We will go out and sin some more."

162 In re Physical Gold from last thread.

It doesn't matter if the physical gold is actually held by US. They say it is there (of course it isn't there). A re-valuation will hit the books.

The price of that gold is currently set well below market value. That market value is under massive pressure to increase due to phys golds necessity in the USD work arounds being figured out by CHN and RUS and India and Iran and Saudi.

Phys gold is a liquid reserve asset and tradeable commodity that resolves the issue of over-accumulation of non-desired currency (rupee etc) by states seeking non-USD foreign trade.

In the '70s there was an instant coffee brand called Kava. The radio spots for it had a parrot or some noisy bird squawking "Kava-Kava!" Based on those spots alone, I determined never to try it. Then my then-wife brought some home, and I tried it. Vicious, bitter stuff, for all the spots said it was "smooth."

It's like when the Janissaries were running the Ottoman government. No under Clinton. The purges and ideological line forming started in the wake of impeachment and WACO. It festered under the skin for a bit during Bush and went into overdrive during the Urkle years. The American government decided what it needed was a Mocha hued Red-Diaper corruptocrat disguised as a Marxist so if you were a donk civil servant you bent every Hatch rule you could to get the Messiah in office.

The Obama years were great for the US civil service unless you were purged, you had economic growth in YOUR life even if the prole "civilians" were stagnant or falling.

The paycheck buys a lot of unethical loyalty.

Well, for those in the 1770's, it took the Boston Massacre, the Boston Tea Party, and the Intolerable Acts to get the party started. Even, then, the Brits could have probably tamped it down but then they had to send out an expeditionary force to seize weapons held by the opponents of the regime. Thus, Lexington and Concord made it pretty much impossible to stuff the genie back into the bottle.

Well the way to fix an inability to control a subordinate group is to either abolish the group, or gain punitive powers to try and reform the group by disciplining bad actors.

Practically speaking abolishing the out of control organization has been the more successful route.

In this case the organization which would normally discipline bad actors is the DoJ, which also doesn't really answer to us even with the Presidency. So a new org would be needed to effectively prosecute the FBI.

Yes, political appointees are at the top of each organization. The problem is they're impermanent and their underlings know it. It's like a substitute teacher. The heads of each department also don't really have good authority to fire or discipline subordinates well.

That's the issue of a permanent "professional" bureaucracy vs the spoils system, where each President would restaff nearly the whole government.

The "professional" bureaucracy is supposed to be impartial because they owe the President no loyalty. Well then you have the problem that they owe the President no loyalty.

Garland lied. Faouchi lied. Hillary lied. Wray lied.

Nuke these agencies from orbit and salt the earth afterward, just to make sure. There is no recourse.

If history is a guide, we will first have the AOS commentary massacre of commenters who were rioting, next we will have the King Harvey Coffee party where disguised AOS dissenters wear Patriot Front disguises and dump bad opinions of King Harvey coffee into the threads.

Then the Intolerable Acts by the sovereign ace that bans fun of any kind in the comments, and last the ONT ride of Uncle Palpatine signalling the start of the rebellion and outright conflict in the grey boxes.

The rebels against whoever is in the polling lead will take cover between threads and snipe at the Drumpkins or DeSantiacs. G_d help the wounded pride commenter as there will be no quarter given nor taken.

377 One agent, Garrett O'Boyle, said that he joined the FBI to catch "bad guys," but "Bad guys are running part of the government now."

All of it, I'd say. Is every single person in government a criminal? No, of course not. But the criminals are "running" it. The non-criminals are afraid.

"But, when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security."

Ben Gates: It means if there's something wrong, those who have the ability to take action have the responsibility to take action.

385 They aren't dirty cops, they just act like dirty cops and look the other way for dirty cops in order to keep the money flowing.

387 I wonder if the fib would intentionally make a questionable deposit into a whistle blowers bank account to frame them?

I do recall they tried that with a huge wad of cash to entrap papadapolis with marked bills. Not sure how they could jigger a non cash deposit but I am sure they have ways they can do that that I am unaware of.

With Papa it wasn't a deposit, they gave him a suitcase full of money to carry into the country. Instead of doing so, he contacted his lawyer and had the money put in a safe location. On his arrival at the airport, he was suprisingly halted by authorities to arrest him for having the money.

390 "The House investigation is just a sideshow that will be ended once the Dem machine removes the GOP from power. After that whistleblower retaliation will be common place."

I've slowly come to the conclusion that we should not imagine the GOP congress can do that much.

The media really can suffocate stories now. The internet moves on to the next thing.

So, take small wins from GOP congress...don't expect too much.

Imagine if Trump fired Mueller. But Biden just transferred all the IRS team investigating his own son.
