Biden Cover Story on Classified Documents Blows Up; FBI Searched His Penn Offices Back in November, Not Just His Lawyers As He's Claimed
Apparently Biden's search of his offices wasn't entirely a matter of his own doing, as he's repeatedly claimed.
He and his paid liars keep claiming that Biden is making disclosures voluntarily. But when the FBI is going through your stuff, most would say that you're not acting entirely according to your own whims.
Joe Biden's illegal possession of classified documents is the presidential scandal that just won't go away. Despite the White House's best efforts to cover up what happened, news continues to leak out drip by drip, and the latest revelation is a bombshell. According to CBS News, the FBI conducted a previously undisclosed search of the Penn Biden Center back in November. That would be the office where Biden's classified documents problem started. No one at the White House or the DOJ bothered to mention that until this leak.

And this continues to underscore the question that has not yet even been answered with a lie by Biden's team: Why did Biden have lawyers searching his offices for classified documents in the first place? When you're packing up an office, you hire movers to do the job, not lawyers. Who the hell hires lawyers to pack and move boxes?!? You would only spend $300 per hour per "mover," of course, you know you might come across something incriminating and want a lawyer to "find" it to help insulate you from prosecution. So why did Biden know to have lawyers pack up his papers? Was he actually warned that someone knew he had classified documents, and had better get ahead of the story by hiring lawyers to "find" them?The FBI searched the Penn Biden Center offices in mid-November, according to two sources familiar with the investigation, after lawyers for President Biden had found about 10 documents marked classified there on Nov. 2. The material originated from Mr. Biden’s time as vice president. It is not clear whether FBI personnel found any additional classified or presidential material during the mid-November sweep.This marks at least the second time the White House has purposely misled the public about the severity of the situation. Press Secretary Karin Jean-Pierre told the press corps on January 12th that the searches of Biden's properties had been completed. Just two days later, five more documents were revealed to have been found. Eventually, the FBI would search Biden's Delaware home, finding even more documents while the administration once again bragged about its supposed cooperation and transparency.
No one has adequately explained why Biden's attorneys were parsing through the PBC files when they found the material. David Harsanyi wonders whether the National Archives or Department of Justice prompted the opening of the files in the first place.

This story is being leaked in small doses to mitigate the political damage. But the fact is that Biden probably knew he was possession of many classified documents, some for a decade or more, even when he dinging Trump and even as his admin was ordering a raid. It's going to be interesting to find out what the feds were looking for. If we ever find out.
It's kind of amazing, but unsurprising, that there can be FBI searches of the president's offices and the media knows nothing about them. ppl point out that story says search took place after find -- but the point is that it highly unlikely lawyers would handle routine move if they're not looking for something sensitive. And it is unlikely that the FBI would conduct search over small innocent document find.

In January 2019, she emailed Hunter's secretary asking why she had not received her December paycheck of $837.06 and why her company health insurance was not active. Two months later he sent her $500 by Apple Pay and complained he had 'really no money' due to 'alimony tuitions and other s**t like girls insurance etc'. He told her: 'youre as beautiful to me inside as you so obviously are on the outside. Miss you very much and feel horrible for having treated you so poorly.'
In 2019, Hunter texted his young assistant: 'I will [m]ake up for back pay. You have to make up for back work. By FTiming me and/or going to our next-club party.' The texts show he made several Apple Pay payments to her He invited her to New Hampshire but she told him: 'I can't afford the plane ticket and I barely can even make my rent this month.' That's just it: the speech will probably not be watched by many, so no one will care about the fight. But, it's an easy way for McCarthy to win some points with the base, establish himself as independent, and position himself for upcoming battles with the WH. The public may not care about the SOTU, but Biden certainly does. He's an old man who has finally achieved his lifelong dream, and part of that is the ceremony that comes with the office, such as the SOTU speech.

We know that Hunter's influence peddling has (or should have been) a front-and-center legal concern long before the brouhaha of classified document handing.
White-shoe lawyers have been going through (sanitizing) all the Biden papers for months, at least, to find/hide as many of the smoking guns as they can linking JFB to shady dealings in Ukraine, Chiner, etc. It just so happens that the same boxes had the various classified docs Joe was using to help Hunter bone up on the regions and players.
The white-shoe lawyers, not wanting to assume personal, criminal liability going beyond usual lawyerly skullduggery (if they took possession of or destroyed clearly marked classified docs) started discreet "back channels" with FBI for a friendly investigation to take charge of them (and to coordinate keeping them secret under guise of an ongoing investigation).
Anyway seems that way to me.

The United States is a garbage tier police state at this point, and the National Security State runs the whole show. The FBI is a key component of the police state apparatus. It isn't going anywhere as long as the US limps along. To quote myself from the last seven years, it isn't that anything WON'T be done about it, nothing CAN be done about it. Tough pill to swallow but it is the only realistic assessment.
