The bottom line is that we don't want to ship tanks to Ukraine, but Germany refused to ship tanks unless we did. So, we're slow-rolling it.
I don't think much of General Miley, but he has apparently identified our two leading goals in Ukraine as:
1) Avoid direct combat between NATO and Russia; and
2) Limit the conflict to the territory of Ukraine.

Saw the report on his illegal seizure by the Nevada State Police (or whatever their name was at the time) and it was sickening to see this military veteran treated so poorly. She was in the later seasons (7-8, I think?). IIRC, she was a cop or federal agent who was first skeptical of Jack's interrogation methods, then started trying to outdo him on that front, then they briefly had a fling and then she got killed. Something like that, I think.

Right now we know the rates of cancer deaths among the clot shotted are way up.
It isn't just "people not going in for checkups" because the non clot shotted aren't dying at the same clip.
Of course any potential cancer could have been fatal sans the clot shot.
Amusingly this is the inverse of the whole argument for the clot shot - get the clot shot and you'll be less like to die of COVID. That looks...nominal at best. But we know the odds of dying go up when you take it so the US should be following Europe's path and banning it now.

In my opinion, it had a few problems. The breakneck pace could get very wearing. The love of the plot twist got really old. It tended toward a nihilism and hopelessness. The desire to shock you also wore.
Of the seasons I saw (4ish) I think I liked the fourth best.
Season 3 was the plague season, right? Season 1 was killing president Allstate. I do not even remember the gimmick of the second season.

I have a number of people I know that have moved from the north to the south and now complain summers are hotter then when they were kids....must be that global warming.
And...its stupid and they won't listen to me when I explain why its hotter where they are NOW.
But with COVID we have massive increases in death rates. And the official media response is...crickets. But I suspect people know which is why the official uptake rate on boosters has cratered - and remember that number is a lie, just like the number of people claimed to have gotten the original double tap.

this is not a dig at you, SMH, but he also told me once, "for Gods sake, don't put in 'He is now in the arms of Jesus" I hate seeing that" I was never sure if that was because he thought it was not classy, inappropriate, or possibly inaccurate.

BTW, for any skywatchers, Mercury is going to reach it's maximum western elongation in a few hours at 9:05 Zulu, 4:05AM EST.
This presents the best opportunity to see it right before sunrise. Unfortunately for me here, it's going be raining all day. I've never been able to see Mercury anyway. Damn tree lines just cover it up and it gets too bright before it's high enough over the tree line.
The Southern hemisphere is much better suited to see it this time around, too.

1. I don't go to plays. Not since going to some Shakespeare effort in high school, anyway.
2. Working assumption is that this play is a barnsmeller, so if (1.) was not the case, I'd be disinclined to go, anyway.
3. It's in Toronto, which is a shithole, so even if 1 and 2 were not the case, I wouldn't go anyway.
So I can't boycott this play anymore than I can boycott Tampax.

It was just the other day, with the PV Pfizer twink sting that it really sunk in about how the media is completely controlled. I mean X-Files level stuff.
Over the past couple of days, the Pfizer twink has been disappeared online. All record of him is being scrubbed. (He may be literally scrubbed of the face of the earth soon).
Not a single peep out of the media. Pfizer, et al owns the fucking media. And apparently a good portion of the US govt. Although it would be best to think of them as partners in cahoots with each other.

Back then, kids were a source of entertainment that would get parents arrested today.
To whit: I was about 3 or 4. We were vising my great-uncle's farm in Maryland. He grew corn and had a large herd of milk cows. He also had a duck pond for fish and migratory fowl. When we visited one winter, we were able to 'skate' in our shoes across the ice. But this one time it was summer. The pond had a small dock. I was on the dock with my Dad and some other people. My Dad just decided to pick me up and drop me in the water. At the time, I could barely dog paddle. So as I'm sinking under this pea soup-colored water, I thought to myself, down is dark, up is light. So I struggled mightily to get to the surface. When I broke the surface and gasped my Dad, still standing on the dock, had a good laugh.
I really did have a 'sink or swim' lesson as a child.

After typing my comment, I came to the realization that that is probably why I never was involved in horse play in water, be it pool, ocean, lake or river. I'd play of course, but I never did 'horseplay', like dunking people, holding them underwater, pulling them under, etc. I enjoyed just lazily swimming the sidestroke and porpoising, diving down to hold my breath for as long as possible. But I guess I never wanted to scare anyone in the water like I was scared that one time.

That was a separate incident last summer involving a Tesla that was sitting in a junk yard after being involved in an accident. Dug a hole, pushed the car in, filled the hole (And the car) with water to keep the battery from reigniting.

Let me larn you: Wiley Coyote has lots of anvils so you could have gotten a second one from him. Also he's very experienced in carrying/manipulating anvils and he could have helped you there.
