Obama was mad that Joe stole his thunder when he revealed, to no one's great surprise, that Barack Obama's previous claim that he opposed gay marriage was -- please return to a sitting position surrounded by pillows and plush carpet -- a lie.

Biden's actions were "tantamount to betrayal" and "an example of Biden trying to position himself in front of the president," the book says, with staffers saying that "we can't trust [Biden] to say his lines."
For his part, Biden said he was "not going to grovel to this guy," referring to Obama. "My manhood is not negotiable."

While rumors about Obama dropping Biden were swirling in 2012, many media sources pooh-poohed the notion, with then-NPR political editor Ken Rudin dismissing it as a story that is "not grounded in reality" and "makes us look silly."

NPR once again spiking a story in order to protect the Democrat Party.

Obama always found Biden to be an intolerable bore.

As a senator, Obama thought Biden was "condescending" and bemoaned his future vice president's tendency to "ramble, clearly loving every minute of it."

Obama opposed Biden's 2020 run, opining that he "looked tired" and that such a run would be "unthinkably painful."

Don't worry, though: they "fortified the election," and the media never questioned the fact that Biden barely answered any questions and spent the entire "campaign" hidden away from the world like the world's stupidest, perviest, r@piest hermit.

Cobra!" into their mics when Biden was walking around with The Little Guy hanging out, no doubt hoping that a female Secret Service agent would be forced to look at it.

The last actual elected political influence National Review has is Mitch McConnell, who himself has decided to try to torpedo Blake Masters (who still very well may win). McConnell is the last outpost of cuckeservatism, which still manages the GOP and its outposts. McConnell had Scott turn off the money spigot. The only way to get revenge is to encourage voters where McConnell's lieutenants (Thune looms large) either to stay home or not vote. I think they are very much aware of it but don't have any other options. All their inputs are up, so since it isn't a charity, they have to pass that on.

In fact, I'll go farther and say that a lot of these companies are terrified because snack are optional. We've cut back on them considerably and buy them only when there is some sort of sale (which still falls short of the old price).

Control of the Senate is important as a potential brake on federal legislation. We will get no positive at the federal level until, at least, 2025. If Trump gets re-elected and McConnell decides to step down. McConnell will most likely run for re-election in 2026, though, just to fuck with Trump and his supporters, extending his control.

Any positive action will happen at the state level. So, while I often advocate for strategic voting at the federal level (Vote D in TX-2 to get rid of Crenshaw!), I'd recommend straight red voting at the local and state levels.
