85 The artist does amazing things with color, texture and light. (Check out her other paintings on her Wiki page.) This scene with it's limited, focussed light and the pose of the subjects is evocative of shady deals in shady circumstances. It's not really salacious to the point of distraction but leaves the viewer with questions. Is she an honest woman who needs the money? Will she accept? Can the proposer offer some comfort and warmth (note the charcoal foot warmer for her feet) beyond the money? Will her needs overwhelm her morality?

Very effective.

Equity is earned by buying into a business with hard work, ideas, education, and money.

To hand it out freely to others:
1. Devalues the position or standing of that job
2. Undermines the work and efforts of others that play by the rules
3. Deflates the value of the entity as now new work or capital is put into the system

@julie_kelly2

---------------------
Any organization investigating more than 'simple' crimes, requires people on the inside because crimes that do not have direct victims don't have their statements or facts to investigate.

So, you get a culture of informants who are criminals for the most part and often to get convictions, you urge those informants to get 'more' evidence or draw more people into the scheme/organization. Essentially, you make the informants do 'approved' criminal actions so that you can grant them immunity. That makes the organization bit by bit criminal by proxy and encourages agents to cause their informers to create crimes where none existed.

Vice and drug squads often have this issue at the local level.

I remember a guard squaring up as though I were taking a picture of him and not the beautiful 15th century tapestry he was standing next to. 304 >>Which begs the question, what is Trump waiting for?

Maybe to not give the FBI an excuse to arrest him?

Before leaving office Trump declassified thousands of documents related to Russia collusion, the Hillary email coverup and other stuff. It still needed final review by the intel community and Ratcliffe was working on it. They stonewalled him until Trump was out of office.

So while they were technically declassified they weren't given final release authority by the intel community. In late June, Trump used his authority to assign John Solomon and Kash Patel as representatives to the National Archives to review documents. And now they've raided his home.

The Obama administration and the intel community spied on an opposing political candidate, made up lies to damage him and his campaign team and then spied on his administration after he became president. How hard do you think that cabal would fight to keep the real truth from ever coming out?

Essentially, the intel/leo community have built a Stasi database complete with dossiers that enable them to target any individual in order to fit them up with a crime, leak embarrassing information about them to the press, or to blackmail them for fun and profit.

322 On CO2 Level in ice:
A final note on sample methods. Typically, four to six samples for CO2 are taken within a 60 to 100 mm core length for repeatability studies between different laboratories and time lapse (Monnin, 2001). Data points may be rejected due to obvious contamination or fractures. A data point may also be rejected as noise because it has a higher standard deviation than what researchers deem appropriate (Ahn, 2012). The final recorded data point is not usually an actual measurement of CO2. The final data point represents a mean CO2 value derived from the closely spaced samples with a sigma mean typically less than 1.5 ppm. Thus, CO2 measurements can be deemed as ‘outliers’ which are not used and considered noise.

So the 270 to 284 ppm (parts per million) standard is a target for all samples. So samples in the 380 to 400 range can be 2 or 3 deviations out and are thrown out.

Do your research, they showed Trump's attorney the warrant on a device from ten feet away. You try to stop them even if you are a big burly man--obstruction of justice charges among others.

Best you can do on illegal searches is protest, protest, protest, to make clear that you oppose the illegal search and do not consent in any form to it. Never do your arguments with armed agents that can shoot you on the spot, wait until court to do it.

It's borrowed from French and ultimately derives from the Latin word opera, which is the plural of opus, meaning “work.” (Oeuvre also appears in the French-derived term hors d'oeuvres, which literally translates to “outside the work,” referring to appetizers that are not part of the main course.)

This has been the focus of investigative reporters and much more talented researchers than I for years and they are never able to get the information because it is either kept classified or it doesn't actually exist.

We got a glimpse of what was going on from Admiral Mike Rogers and the report Judge Rosemary Collyer wrote, much of which still remains redacted. These are some of the tools they used to spy on Trump and quite likely many other politicians and American citizens for political gain and power. They used them against Trump and his campaign until Mike Rogers shut it down.

409 Personal experience I thought of when I first glimpsed the painting:

I was raised weird. College-prepped but never washed my own clothes until I went to college - had to consult the instructions on the back of a Tide™ box. That's not quite the level of needing the instructions on the shampoo bottle, but getting down there.

By third year of college, with somewhat more independence and work experience, I still had knowledge gaps. I had a button come off a shirt and in true manly-man fashion, I asked a girl if she could sew it back on for me.

She was one of those feminists, although not hard-core; she answered she would show me how to sew a button on. That suited me just fine! Almost half a century later, we are together still. And boy! can she make a sandwich.

438 The nuclear code excuse for the raid is so laughable I cannot believe "sources say" was even printed by MSM.

I know people are gullible, but, does anyone really think the nuclear codes aren't changed regularly, especially after a President leaves office?

440 This has been the focus of investigative reporters and much more talented researchers than I for years and they are never able to get the information because it is either kept classified or it doesn't actually exist.

Posted by: JackStraw
-------------------------
Most reporters are not techies. It is pretty easy to piece together what they are doing and what contractors that they use. Problem is that, like Dominion, any indy reporter putting it out is likely to be involved in lengthy expensive litigation regarding the names and classification makes it difficult if not impossible to get the information out that supports your reporting. Complicating matters is the use of shell corporations. Steele, for example, worked for Deering's company which probably was a UK contractor. Tech companies hq'ed in DC area are likely and you can find them by looking at who they hire especially the big names that bring in clients. No different than law firms.

454 They're going to shoot Trump's female lawyer? If you cannot make out what the warrant says you do not allow the search until you can.

Posted by: Kilroy
------------------------
Don't be stupid. They are allowed to escalate to x+1 of any force that Trump's lawyer did. So, she tries to push past them--they are allowed at that point to arrest and detain her with handcuffs in the back of a Feeb car. And charge her with assaulting a federal officer, obstruction of justice, and whatever other charges.

In roadside stops, people have gotten shot over trying to prevent a search of their vehicles. It is clear that you have some misconceptions about our 'justice' system but generally on searches, you make sure that it is documented that you do not consent to the search (silence is tacit agreement for example) and make an argument in court about an illegal search. Talk to a criminal lawyer sometime that you may know about searches.

Hell, it wasn't until the Durham investigation that we found out the FBI has a portal located at Perkins Coie in DC and the identity of contractors like Neustar and universities like Georgia Tech were given access to White House DNS information to research and likely manipulate.

It does but as we've seen they don't care about their lies blowing up. It's about the court of public opinion and the inverted moral high ground. Probably giving enough cover to steal the next elections in broad daylight. Also keeping Trump on constant rhetorcial defense which is of prime importance. "It worked, didn't it?"

I've done this sorting of federal documents in the past for projects including genealogy. No need to do it again--if they want, they can go through the Dept of Labor EEO and contractor compliance filings if they really wanted to get information. Same as using Lexis/Nexis for news clippings to determine communication organizations and so on. You do the same thing as law enforcement--focus on the people likely to do something and then investigate their links.

The problem is lawfare that will be used--I suspect the reporters like Logan, etc. know the people involved but being able to pay for litigation after being sued by deep pockets is quite another thing.
