Prince Charles' Wife, The Duchess of Suffolk, Can't Stop Talking About the Massive, Loud, Stinky Fart Joe Biden Ripped at the G20 Meeting

He promised to reduce methane emissions, reports the Daily Mail.

He lied.

In an incident the British press is calling The Smeller in the Cellar (not really), F. Joe Biden violated Royal Protocol by releasing gas in the presence of a Royal without first intoning the proper British augury ("Would that this chance wind should speed the arrows of Agincourt").

He is supposed to be committed to reducing emissions -- but when President Joe Biden produced a little natural gas of his own at the COP26 summit, it was audible enough to make the Duchess of Cornwall blush.

An informed source has told The Mail on Sunday that Camilla was taken aback to hear Biden break wind as they made polite small talk at the global climate change gathering in Glasgow last week.

'It was long and loud and impossible to ignore,' the source said. 'Camilla hasn't stopped talking about it.'

...

This summer, Johnson praised Biden as being 'a big breath of fresh air' on climate change compared to his predecessor.

Appropriately, Biden has urged world leaders to cut methane gas emissions by 30 per cent by the end of the decade. Cows and other livestock contribute substantially to global methane levels.

The White House declined to comment last night.

Let's fart Brandon.

As presidential continence falls, so does public confidence.

America is back, baby!

Prince Charles: "Sir! I take the utmost exception to your farting before my wife!"

Biden: "Sorry, pal. Didn't know it was her turn."

179 How the judge sits through this mess is beyond me. As soon as the Prosecution rests, absent more political pressure, a motion to dismiss probably gets serious consideration.
___________

If we lived in a fair world where the justice system works as designed, the judge would grant the defense's motion for directed verdict at the end of the state's case. But it won't happen, because judges are p*ssies in general and because we live in a hyper-politicized world now and this is a very political prosecution.

The case will go to the jury, and we'll have to see if the jurors have the stones to actually decide the case on the evidence (which should result in an acquittal on all counts), or if they're going to decide it based on fear (they've already been threatened by some idiot relative of St. George Floyd), or on some ludicrous notion of "social justice" (as in the Chauvin trial, where the jurors didn't even pretend to listen to the testimony, and all were determined that they were "going to get justice for George!" before the trial even started).

181 The greatest downside to this story is that it is a story at all. It is sadly reflective of the level of public discourse throughout the country. A man passed gas. It's a natural and important biological process, though it is considered uncouth in European-type societies due to the puritanical legacies resulting from the othering of the normal and routine by genteel ruling classes.

This is not a story. This is nothing. The president was meeting foreign leaders to help map our course toward increasing equity, fairness and justice. Amplifying a story about breaking wind into an international incident is absurd. More than its absurdity, it continues to perpetuate antiquated standards of behavior that are necessarily cis-normative and an example of oppressive colonialism. We need to be better and focus on the real efforts being made to ensure the continued progress of our world toward justice and equity, rather than meaningless incidents. Discussion of this incident belongs (so much as it belongs anywhere) in the school yard, not the halls of international cooperation.

The judge, as a matter of law, can issue a directed verdict after the Prosecution ends it side of the case, IF the judge decides that the Prosecution failed to meet probable cause with its evidence (thus no reasonable jury would vote to convict based on the state's evidence). That is rarely done.

The defense then presents its case and in most jurisdictions can again call for a directed verdict before the jury deliberates.

The judge in most jurisdictions can issue a directed verdict sua sponte or by a motion from either party.

It's still a strong possibility. The motion is routine by the defense, and the judge may just say 'make it so'.

KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) A witness at Kyle Rittenhouse's murder trial testified Monday that he confronted a rifle-toting Rittenhouse with a gun of his own to try to stop the bloodshed, and thought he was going to die as he closed in on the young man.

Gaige Grosskreutz, 27, ended up getting shot and seriously wounded in the arm by Rittenhouse.

Grosskreutz went into action that night after seeing Rittenhouse kill a man just feet away - the second person Rittenhouse fatally shot that night.

248 One thing to remember, the judge can issue directed verdicts on some of the counts against Rittenhouse or all of the counts.

However, directed verdicts can be appealed by the prosecution in this case as they are a matter of law, not of fact. Appellate courts are much more likely to overturn a judge's ruling than a jury because juries are deciders of fact and judges decide how the law applies. For the jury's ruling on facts to be overturned; an appellate court has to tease out that the jury's decision on facts was contaminated by illegal considerations. Regarding a trial judge's decision, the court can go directly to considering legal errors of the judge.

Same here. First, just the general fear that the jury has, knowing what these losers did to their town previously, and what they might do to the jury if there's an acquittal. But also that 2 people are dead. Even honest, unintimidated jurors look to convict of something when there are dead bodies.

Prosecution has definitely, repeatedly shit the bed, here.

If they win this case, it means they won it in voir dire, which is a distinct possibility. Hell, most cases are over in voir dire.

But it *does* make me wonder... I think there's a real possibility that they hoped to railroad Rittenhouse into accepting a plea deal by overcharging him and trying him in the media, and when that didn't pan out, they just decided to throw the case.

Posted by: Additional Blond Agent, STEM Guy at November 08, 2021 01:54 PM (ZSK0i)

329 This is a very complicated case because unlike most self defense cases that deal with a single incident; this case involves at least four separate incidents of attacks on Rittenhouse. There is the time element between attacks, the presence of bystanders, different modes of attacks such as three with deadly force (unidentified flying kick man that Rittenhouse missed is using deadly force along with the skateboard attack and the guy with the pistol). And then the first attack where a gun was discharged by the deceased's friend.

Arguably, the first unarmed attack is the key and unlike a lot of self defense cases, Rittenhouse had previously been threatened by the deceased for doing legal actions in putting out a fire. So, I would not be surprised that the jury gets to consider that particular incident but the judge issues directed verdicts on some of the other charges like the later attacks. Dunno about the illegal weapons charge as the law is ambiguous and the legislative history of the act in question does not support the Prosecutor's theory of how the law applies.

331 When my father spoke of his time with the BEF during the beginning of the War, he often discussed how he and other officers feared that the Germans would make use of poison gas like they had during the Great War. Along with the risks from the land, sea and air during the evacuation of Dunkirk, the threat of gas was ever-present. To me, growing up after the War, such risks were hard to understand.

My experience at the G-20 was not comparable, of course, the experience of our brave men in uniform in the trenches of France. It was comparatively nothing. The unpleasantness of the gas leak I experienced there, however, did give me some idea - however distant and subdued - of why men like my father were so worried about it in the early days of the War.

He does have a prior misdemeanor conviction for intoxicated use of a firearm in Wisconsin. He received probation in that 2015 case. In January 2021, he was accused of second offense drunk driving, but the case was dismissed on a prosecutors motion. He was found guilty of a 2019 forfeiture for obedience to officers and loud noises in Ashland Wisconsin.

356 205 The dirtbag who had his bicep removed by Rittenhouse and Eugene Stoner had his time on the stand this morning and just demolished the entire case.
___________

If Kyle gets acquitted it's likely going to be because he exercised some really impressive restraint. He only shot his gun when he absolutely had to do so in order to save his own life. He didn't even shoot the ACLU jerk (Grosskreutz) as he raised his Glock. Rittenhouse only shot once the gun was pointed directly at him and Grosskreutz was moving in. And Rittenhouse only shot the lunatic Rosenbaum (a psycho off his meds who had previously threatened to kill Kyle that night and had chased him down in the streets and tried to take his rifle) when Rosenbaum was literally screaming hostilities into Kyle's face and lunging towards Kyle to try and take Kyle's gun away from him (this was the testimony of the reporter who was nearby and witnessed the event).

Rittenhouse had nerves of steel that night. His self-defense claim is absolutely solid. The state hasn't made a dent in it.

376 347 Romeo13, case law in Wisconsin or derived by analogy from other states is whether these are treated as a whole or separate acts. Most of the state case law would treat these as multiple incidents. See the convicted pharmacist case in OKC for example. Once someone flees from the fight, even if provocation existed prior to that, you are unable to continue to follow with lethal force. Rittenhouse retreated from each of these fights (he was unable to do so in two incidents) despite not having to do so in Wisconsin (stand your ground state).

425 Something no one seems to have asked: did Biden fart because they're giving him enemas now before important meetings to keep him from shitting himself again?

I think it was Robertson Davies who wrote somewhere that you don't see lot of live horses on-stage in plays and operas, because someone has to give them an enema before the show to keep them from distracting the audience by crapping during the show. Well-trained dogs won't do that, so you do often see live dogs where called for, e.g. Shakespeare's Two Gentlemen of Verona.

(The Blackfriars Playhouse in Staunton, VA, always uses hard-to-adopt shelter dogs, a different one every week, and has gotten most of them adopted. They're always ugly or scary ones: e.g. horribly snaggle-toothed, or a Weimaraner-Pit Bull mix. But they're so friendly when they bring them out for intermissions, someone will ask for them.)

500 396 That the persecution is trying to paint Kyle as an 'active shooter' just shows how tissue thin their case is.

Usually an active shooter just starts spraying hitting anyone they can. Followed by usually committing suicide.

Kyle did none of that.
____________

The state is trying to claim Rittenhouse was an "active shooter" (after he shot dead the psycho lunatic-off-his-meds Rosenbaum) so that they can argue Rittenhouse "provoked" the attacks on him by Huber and Grosskreutz, who were not commie thugs trying to murder Rittenhouse but just heroic concerned citizens trying to stop what they mistakenly thought was a mass shooter (i.e. Rittenhouse).

The "provocation" dodge, if proven, would gut Rittenhouse's self-defense claim under Wisconsin law.

But it's a huge stretch, and so far doesn't appear to be working.

He then came back, saw the unconscious would be robber laying on the floor, and pumped 5 more bullets into him. While a surveillance camera was recording it.

Not many people know that the two accomplices were caught and also convicted of felony murder because of the death.

No. But when ADA Kraus mentioned "did he take his meds that morning?" Kraus' question allowed the defense to call a sidebar to ask the judge to be allowed to ask her about Rosenbaum's psychiatric drugs. If she had said, "I don't know? Just some prescriptions," then the defense could not have used it. But she said Gavapentum for Bipolar and another psych drug too. BINGO!!! She had knowledge, and the defense could cross examine her about the drugs. Next they can bring in the experts during the defense phase of the trial. I do not know if this allows them to bring up Rosenbaum was in the psychiatric hospital the day before?

510 Swalwell and Sleepy Joe in competition for loudest gas of the year? I had an old boxer dog whose flatulence could remove paint from walls. Aside from the noise, has anyone evaluated the relative toxicity between the farts of Biden and Swalwell. Inquiring minds and sensitive noises want to know.

511 She ought to see Biden's speeches. You can smell them a mile away. Anyone within 100 yards is in a coma, from the content rather than the smell.

512 The man the left claims is very smart, says he's not in charge and reports to someone; and he will be in trouble if he answers questions without prior approval?
Okay. Fine.

Then explain who it is who Biden would be in trouble with; AKA the person really running the show.

He's totally sane and rational and knows what he keeps saying; yes?
So... he must be referring to someone. Who?
