I highly doubt they will invoke the 25A for Biden.
They will either get him to resign "for health reasons," or they will do nothing.
If they invoke the 25th, and he does not want to go quietly, then 2/3 of congress need to sign off on it to get him removed (just like impeachment. They weren't dummies when they wrote the 25th.) and the republicans would have to be literal mouth breathing retards to go along with removing him.
But if he wants to go quietly, he will resign and not face the embarrassment of being the only president to be removed from office by his own party saying he is incompetent.

Of course, talking tough to China about the Uyghurs *does* allow Biden to look like he's standing up to China. Not in any consequential way -- we're not going to war to protect the Uyghurs, not in a million years -- but Biden still gets to say that he's Tough On China. The actual bad stuff that China is doing, well, there's no need to scold them or confront them about that. If Biden did, China might retaliate by releasing the komromat. China might cut off the money that's still flowing to Hunter.
So China understands that Biden needs to talk tough. Biden knows that he needs to talk tough. So everyone just settles on the Uyghurs as a Schelling point. Biden looks tough but isn't actually doing anything. China takes the criticism and shrugs. And everyone goes back to business as usual.

Well, let's see...
I have the Chinese version of the story -- that they are finally trying to incorporate the Muslim Uighers in to their society by giving them free education and vocational school and introducing modern luxuries like water, electricity, sewage and internet because they've had a few too many terrorist attacks to be comfortable with.
And I have the US main stream media version of the story, that China has set up concentration camps, but we have been given no proof of anything other then vague "sources say" stuff. And the MSM REALLY wants me to buy this narrative.
Now, while I've been to China, I've never been anywhere near Xinjiang and frankly have no way of knowing what is really happening. But why would I believe our MSM on this one issue, when they lie to me every day about everything else?

I have some theories, but they're mostly just guesses. But I'm very suspicious of this fake narrative that all of a sudden the MOST PRESSING HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUE OF MY TIME is what Han Chinese are doing with Uigher Chinese in Xinjiang province. This is the same media that said Trump put children in concentration camps at the border, locked in cages. This is the same media that said we had an insurrection in our capitol in January 6 that tried to overthrow our "democratic processes."
So why would I believe them on this? And why is this the most pressing thing of the moment? Nothing new has been happening recently, this "re-education" as they call it (or slavery, or concentration camps, or whatever) has been going on for years.

We have zero proof that there is any ethnic cleansing going on. Yeah, I used to rail against "partially hydrogenated soybean oil," aka trans fat, because I knew of things that it made taste bad, not for health reasons. But now that it's gone, Saltines kind of suck. And the worst effect was on Goldfish crackers. Parmesan Goldfish crackers used to be a triumph of the processed food arts. Now they are nothing.
