I ordered cloth masks from Etsy. 4-5 days.

The medical masks I ordered on Amazon have about a 7 week delivery time. And they're from China. They haven't even shipped yet.

And --a VERY chivalrous 'Ron put an N95 mask in the mail to me.

But one of the most interesting things Gates said was that of all the countries, Taiwan had the best response.

But, what is unique about Taiwan?

They have a *universal* and *fundamental* distrust of China.

In America we have a presidential candidate with a healthy distrust of China and we have the most likely opponent who this year told us that China was not a bunch of bad dudes.

So the country that reacted the best to China is that country that didn't trust China and shut down flights to and from China as soon as they could.

Not so odd at Christmas especially. People want you to be able to see it when you are driving around. These days, putting Christ in Christmas is a refreshing thing.

Always wondered at the Flaming cross symbology. Maybe something about the Flaming Sword of Christ? Not sure, always seemed odd.

This guy is from the south, he had to have known what his picture looked like. He could have framed the photo so differently to highlight it was a decorative cross making a positive statement of perseverance and hope during challenging times akin to the holiday. But he didn't do that.
