But the violent rhetoric of this current administration as well as the open calls for racial cleansing and genocide coming from the White House has given me pause. I thought briefly of not voting at all- or even voting Libertarian! Last night debate really opened my eyes and made me take a fresh look at the democrat field. I'm still not sure I would vote for one of them, but Beto in particular really speaks to my conservative ideals. You can bet I will be following his campaign closely!

It was one of those Democrat paid callers that he talked about earlier that infest conservative talk radio, and earlier this week were found to be a part of the Democrat strategy starting in the '90's.

Rush commented by his silence, then mentioned after coming back from the break a subtle line about her being an example.

I've read enough of Williamson, and I read his ex's bitchy screed about him (but she had some good points, and I think she was telling the truth) and he reminds me a lot of some people I've known. He grew up in what we would call a poor white trash family in Lubbock, with all of the pathologies of that class, but he had an intellectual streak so he used his ability to write to escape that. Except that he was never able to emotionally escape, so at his core, he's still just angry white trash, hating everything, hating himself most of all, desperate to try and impress the people who he thinks are "above" him socially, while knowing that he can never really do it. And that combined hatred/idol worship comes out in everything he writes. Why did he end up hating his ex? Because she represented everything he was, which undoubtedly was the same reason he was attracted to her in the first place.

If he could ever quit hating himself and the family he grew up in so much, he might turn into a decent writer. But I doubt that will happen.

It's relative, operating on the assumption that (1) there aren't really all that many hicks in flyover jesusland, and (2) there is a sweet spot where fallout is minimized due to using a small enough number of nukes, while you still manage to kill a large enough number of deplorables - 10, 50, 200 thousand maybe - that the rest of them fall into line.
I hope everyone is now clear on the point that these people want to kill a bunch of us and enslave the rest. This is no hyperbole; when a political movement announces their intention to do this, you had best pay the fuck attention.
