Upon your council, I wrote a long email to a woman that I have long felt a connection to explaining to a great extent sort of what I feel for her. She then wrote me back a proceeded to lay out systematically why it was that even though she had very similar feelings that she could not date me at this time, most ardently that I am dating a significantly younger woman and that she believes that I flirt with too many women at my job and that she feels as though it would make her jealous. She then went in to lay out a series of expectations she would have if we ever were to date. Not sure how to process all of that, but I think it's a rejection. Impeachment was predictable from the time Trump walked down the escalator. They would plot whatever was necessary to reach this point. And they did. The "Russian" hoax was simply the one they thought had best chance of confusing and frightening people and least chance of being refuted. It led to the Mueller/Weissman report, which they always knew would give them political cover. It was baked into the cake.
They can't govern, can't make deals, can't even conceive of policies that would help America. Destruction and power -- a modified Cloward-Piven strategy for stoking chaos, fear, rage -- is all they know. Posted by: Dan Smoot's Apprentice at June 09, 2019 07:09 AM (H8QX8) 68

And yet, even with subsidization, electric cars don't make sense.
-- I saw a conversation on a car site about a $30K five or so year old Tesla with almost 100K miles on it. The pro-electric guys were, of course, talking about how great of a deal it was and how the warranty covers the batteries for another 25K miles, but the car ad itself said that the batteries and lots of other major components had been replaced *multiple* times. Yikes. And that's before you even get into the part where the batteries wear out and need total replacement due to time. Yes that's the cost of a really nice Accord (even a hybrid if that's your thing), but it really got me thinking about long term ownership. Those cars are going to be unrepairable and unmaintainable by 99% of the buyers, and I doubt Tesla will be around long enough to keep them going. Modern Saab, except without the GM engines and with a majority of parts no one can get or make. To say nothing of the computer code controlling the upgrades, downgrades, and lockdowns. "how do they link a carry permit to a license plate? do all states do this?" Many of them do. If the registered owner of the vehicle is also a CC permit holder, it will pop during an electronic search of the license plate. Posted by: Village Idiot's Apprentice at June 09, 2019 08:15 AM (cqNba) I've heard the state can tie it to your drivers license. Which when they run your plate and see you are the registered owner, doesn't take but another minute to run your license. Some state's find a place in their drivers license DB to store the conceal carry permit. Other states/towns will even use a MS-Access database to do this. Another false report in the Failing @nytimes. We have been trying to get some of these Border Actions for a long time, as have other administrations, but were not able to get them, or get them in full, until our signed agreement with Mexico. Additionally, and for many years,.... .....Mexico was not being cooperative on the Border in things we had, or didn't have, and now I have full confidence, especially after speaking to their President yesterday, that they will be very cooperative and want to get the job properly done. Importantly, some things..... .....not mentioned in yesterday press release, one in particular, were agreed upon. That will be announced at the appropriate time. There is now going to be great cooperation between Mexico & the USA, something that didn't exist for decades. However, if for some unknown reason... .....there is not, we can always go back to our previous, very profitable, position of Tariffs - But I don't believe that will be necessary. In many ways the whole country is on the same path as IL, but states can't print their own money.
imo it is quite likely the huge US debt is worse than we know ... remember the $2T the defense dept couldn't account for ... then it became $6T ... some people that used to be high up in gov had others look into it and found $21T unaccounted for. Not just accounting errors, ... something else is going on. China is doing that as well (even more of it), but no one wants the Chinese currency, so the USD remains the "reserve currency". The economic "wars" have to be backed by real military power, imo. But some oligarchs are getting mega-rich in the mean time, and they own much of our government (as we see with the Mueller coup). I'd pay more than "my fair share" gladly, if our country wasn't being destroyed from within by a globalist crime syndicate (on the taxpayer dime).
and much of that wealth that goes to the syndicates is because we "stand down" on prosecutions (like with Clintons, but also the bailout for criminal banks that launder drug/human trafficking billions, and God only knows what other frauds have government on stand down) Posted by: illiniwek at June 09, 2019 08:55 AM (Cus5s) 265

She was able to file a report with the post office and they found it, as it had my address on the ziplock she put it in. Seems it was lost in Portland or SLC. I shipped to me from Atlanta.
