Shame Is Part of the Kink, Continued: Kellyanne Conway Blasts Own Husband For Claiming That He Has Diagnosed Trump with Narcissistic Personality Disorder

Look, if we're going to start naming politicians and "journalists" who have Narcissistic Personality Disorder, we're going to be here all day.

Jim Acosta? Do you have any thoughts to contribute once you get done pushing that 20 year old woman out of the way of your camera-line?

The cucking here is deliciously shameful. I don't know if it's Kellyanne cucking her husband, or Trump cucking Kellyanne by directing her to throw her husband under the bus or what.

I don't know if we're watching the end of a marriage in trouble or what.

I don't know if Shame Is Part of the Kink, but Noted Experts at the Bulwark tell me it's totally a huge part of it.

Trump tweeted this, blasting George Conway after his 200th attack on Trump:

So now Kellyanne Conway is asked about Trump's response, and she says it's well-justified.

This is really getting weird now. People are going to start whispering.

30 There's no mystery here, I've watched enough marriages end with friends and family. This is what it looks like to watch a marriage die, it's kind of sickening.

Things like money and kids make people stick together longer than they should, because it is such a huge mess to disentangle and nobody wants to go through that.

It reminds me of my brother in law, I knew his marriage was ending even before he did, when he was over at my house and his wife called him, and the ring tone he'd picked for her was the RIII! RIII! RIIII!!! from Psycho.

For like super strict catholics, maybe. But I'm catholic, and I know a lot of divorced Catholics.

Also, it's not that easy to get an annulment in the catholic church. The church is basically saying "this marriage was never valid in the eyes of god" and short of some kind of bigamy situation or extremely abusive situation where everyone feels horrible for the abused partner, the church doesn't like to say that.

Barky hated the West. Period. It was no "personality disorder". He was borderline retarded, untalented, incompetent and grossly uncoordinated and envied (and hated) the West like there was nothing else in the universe.

Let's get one thing straight - psychology is one of the most bullshitty of fields there is. It is bullshit piled on top of bullshit, surrounded by bullshit with a bullshit garnish. Most of the crap they call "disorders" are nothing but out-of-fashion traits or the symptoms of assholishness and evil. There is no Narcissistic Personality DIsorder. Being an asshole is not a disorder.

Pop psychology is one of the worst things ever to appear on this Earth. Psychologists, themselves, are annoying enough without everyone else wanting to pretend that they are an annoying, stupid, 98% incorrect psychologist, too.

97 Next escalation in this saga, it always comes: one of the two of them is going to get pissed off enough to start leaking some real nasty personal stuff to the press, and the other one will retaliate in kind.

I know a divorce lawyer who tells me "when I first started in this biz, I was shocked when my client whipped out a whole folder of naked pics! But now I expect it every time, every case. If I haven't seen any, I'm always just kind of holding my breath, thinking "well when do the naked pics come out?" They always do."

98 Sure. But after the husband repeatedly and publicly insults his wife's boss , rules b and c no longer apply.
Posted by: LASue at March 20, 2019 04:38 PM (XROPS)

Well, I'm not being super judgey about trump or kellyannes responses, just that, this is the kind of thing that should be handled in private.

By the wife and/or by Trump.

But for all we know, his wife and Trump have been telling him to shut the fuck up behind the scenes for months now and he's just ignoring them.

Which is even more dysfunctional.

Consider Carville and Mary Matalin. When Mary was working for Dick Cheney, Carville was baited many times to say something about that. He never would, and would just he's the luckiest man in the world to be married to a woman like a Mary.

Now, together, they'd tease each other about being crazy for supporting the other side and all that, but Carville would never undermine Mary in any way. Just the opposite in fact.

So Carville >>>>>> POS fat fuck cuck Conway.

I'm not saying there aren't lunatics around. Of course there are. But the psychologists' attempt to classify personalities and determine what they think are the wrong and right traits for a personality is just ridiculous. People shouldn't let them get away with that shit.

But, this problem all started because our courts let psychologists testify as if they actually knew something about the human mind - beyond common sense knowledge - and how it works, which they don't. Psychologists are really experts at nothing.

And of course it all confirms Trump's misogyny, having a female campaign mgr. Am I getting that right? It's redundant evidence, since the many many females Trump hired and promoted to senior levels through his business organizations was already proof enough. Right?

There's 4 general states

1. Able to take communion.
2. Not supposed to take communion because of unconfessed mortal sins(after confession you're good to go).
3. Not supposed to take communion period.
4. Excommunicated(which is more comprehensive than denial of communion but not a form of exile, you're still obliged to attend Mass for instance). Certain things, like abortion, make this automatic.

Enforcement and monitoring is nearly nonexistent, and excommunication is as severe as it gets. There will be basically no pressure from the church on her to do anything.

197 This is why I don't understand political mixed marriages. I know they happen, I know people who are in them. Our former congresswoman was married to a Dem who was way up in one of the unions (though now that I think of it, she was kind of a RINO anyway so maybe that's a bad example).

But I don't see how it's healthy, if you're seriously interested in politics, to not only not be able to talk about it with your spouse, but also make an active effort to keep your thoughts concealed from them and turn to others to share those feelings with. That seems like an automatic red flag to me.

What does "self actualized" mean? I've heard that term used before, but I've never used it myself and don't know what it means.

Kellyanne, as Kellyanne Fitzpatrick, was a pundit/talking head on the talk shows back in the '90s. I remember her well and like her.

Then she dropped off that circuit for years, and the next thing I hear, she's married as Kellyanne Conway, and has some polling and consulting firm.

On the flip side, maybe this whole thing is a passion play to make Trump think Kellyanne is loyal to him, when she isn't. . .

No end to the possibilities.

I'm not seeing the connection to Springsteen or Dylan.
Buffet is known for TWO songs--Margaritaville and Cheesebutger in Paradise, both of which he's monetized to the extreme--fast food restaurants, cruises, retirement villages, etc. His fans are devoted and drunken.

Love them or hate them, Dylan and Springsteen are known for dozens of songs and neither one of them formed the basis for a restaurant, a bar etc....

Supposedly when the Gentle Giant guys played the album for the record company executives and they head the smashing glass rhythm dealio...they just said , "Nope."

So, "In a Glass House" didn't receive a US release for years.

495 Someone on an earlier thread that President Trump is making Kellyanne choose between him or her family. I think that is 180 degrees out of phase; I think George Conway is forcing her to choose between him or Pres. Trump.

I suspect that George is going to discover he made an error in his calculation.

I can't imagine causing friction to just piss-off my wife's employer.

Posted by: Retired Buckeye Cop is now an engineer at March 20, 2019 05:47 PM (5Yee7)

496 Let us remember that a good portion of Trump's modus operandi is misdirection and providing a show of some sort whether a lie or a boast or in this case some back and forth is all part of the kit.

I'm getting to understand Trump. He gets things done HIS way by directing people where he wants them and doing what he wants them to do.

For all we know Ryan did just what Trump wanted in keeping the border wall off the agenda till late in his term. It makes sense.

My point is to not pay much attention to the surface or words involved but what it's hiding or distracting from or just plain entertaining his base by him shouting back at some blowhard know nothing who thinks because his wife works for the WH that somehow that gives him a special insight to how the WH works. It doesn't.

Haven't you ever run into a boss's wife that tries to tell you his minion what to do and how to do it while doing your job? I have and it's a whole lot of fun. NOT.

This isn't the 45th Presidency. This is TRUMP; The President Part 1.

And never forget this is a show. It always has one but this ones for the cheap seats.

a) you don't insult your wife's boss in a public way
