The solution is to be a happy warrior. Yes, it's okay to get pissed and rage from time to time, but then you let it go and get down to business.
There are really only two outcomes to our current situation.
1. The left burns itself out and alienates all the normals. A bumpy few years but then things get more sane. It's worth pointing out that things were a LOT worse in the late 60s when we had an actual SOVIET UNION working against us. Somehow America survived.
2. Things go sideways and we get the war everyone seems to want. Maybe it has to happen this way. Larger forces are at work. If that's what happens, worry about what's going on in your lane, and keep a positive outlook.

Layoffs are common in the private sector. During boom times everyone builds staff and will hire anyone. Then when things get competitive, there are layoffs as a weeding-out process separates the most productive from those who just show up.
And things always get competitive whenever a new business idea becomes successful as others rush to copy it.
We could be looking at an industry wide shake out as blogs and media outlets find profits being threatened by bloated staff.
Just like these online ads. Advertisers begin to question the effectiveness of online advertising versus cost and start to cut back, or become more selective.

Take a look at the Buzzfeed pressroom photo. They don't have actual desks. They're long tables, with no drawers or file cabinets, no cubicles. One of the stations looks like it has a frickin' FOOTSTOOL for a desk chair.

While partially true, a lot of the problem is "impotent" anger (not THAT impotence). You're really upset about something, but can't actually address it or defeat it. If you could channel your anger into physical activity, and see results in stopping your antagonist, it might be less exhausting and more motivating.

except mine because I always carried the M16/M203 One cool thing is I served in different places. So i experienced steel pots to kevlar Vietnam type stuff to modern. HUeys to blackhawks etc. But not like this new stuff today. Never got near the new grenade launcher. Hell, we still had LAW rockets. I did have a few TOWS go off around me though.

I've used those two and the M4. I love the M4. Maybe bring it up to 7.62 but keep it a carbine. Love how easy it is to use in urban/slightly rural terrain. Everyone whining about it jamming didn't maintain it or clear a jam. Once, I get out of NY this summer, I'm buying my own AR-15 variant of the M4 for my house.

Ugh. Especially with the gorram Vinson attached. Which had to be improvised with bungie cords if you had the old canvas radio carrier (which is what I was issued). It was okay if you carried it in the ALICE pack, because of the radio pocket, but the Vinson had to be just tossed into the main compartment with the rest of your shit.

He "sorta" took the oath of office in front of a giant crowd he'd called to protest Maduro, so probably not "strictly legal" but now that Trump and the rest of the world is recognizing, and Trump is sending choppers, Maduro is probably out for good.

The attorney that represented the UVA case was on Tucker. She really knows her stuff and seemed to imply that there are things Barnes can and can't do. She knows the ins and outs and is far more experienced in these types of issues, otherwise it could end up hurting the kids.

I've mentioned this, but Andrew was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect just a couple of months before his death. I think he was hospitalized due to that condition. When I saw him, a few weeks after that hospitalization or health scare (whichever it was), he was on a health kick to lose weight. He was on keto or atkins and talking a lot about it. But it was very early in the diet so I don't think he'd had any GAINZZZZ yet.
The point is, when someone goes to the hospital over a heart condition, gets diagnosed with an until-then unknown congenital heart condition, then is instructed to make lifestyle changes pronto, and also has a very stressful job and frenetic lifestyle, and then has a heart attack -- look, that's got to be the LEAST suspicious fact-pattern in the world.
