If they were personal phones, they likely would have been linked with the owner's iCloud account. You do have to flip a bit to sync messages with iCloud - I don't know if it's on by default - but according to Apple's privacy policy ca. 2016, deleted items are expunged from iCloud after 30 days. And besides, that presumes the phones were ever linked to iCloud - the on-call phone from work, for example, is an iPhone 8 that hasn't ever been linked with an iCloud account.
The next question is whether the SMS traffic was stored by the mobile service provider, and I have no idea if it is, or for how long. Worth noting is that text messages between iPhones go over Apple's data network and don't count as text messages since they aren't sent as SMS, so it's possible that they weren't stored there either. They'd appear as ordinary data traffic to the provider, as far as I know, not SMS and so would not be archived.

If you read the IG report that sounds doubtful. They were able to recover 20,000 texts that had been stored on a server from their multiple Samsung phones but they weren't able to get anything from the iPhones that there issued for the SC investigation.

Meadows would fit right in here because he's been saying since day 1 that the DOJ and FBI aren't doing anything and won't do anything and when he was told today that the DOJ and FBI do indeed have an active investigation into the CF he looked like he swallowed his tongue. And then started trying to justify that it wasn't a real investigation with zero evidence of that.
They haven't been sitting around for a year just waiting for this one whistlblower. They have a team in Little Rock, one in Atlanta and one in NYC. They've been working on this for quite some time and this whistleblower is just one of 3 three that have come forward on top of the investigation they are doing internally.
There was zero evidence today that nothing is happening. Just the opposite.

toy at 4:00 a.m. and totally screwed up my back. I felt it right away
and I had to go down to my knees for a min or two before I could get
back up. I took advil right away. And am doing the icy hot thing.
Deciding to have some bourbon I think. Any other tips?

Back problems often result simply from weak backs. People do situps for abs, and may do leg exercises, but what do they do for the lower back muscles? Zip.
Do light deadlifts and prepare to be amazed.

If the over the counter stuff does not work you may need to see a doctor and get some muscle relaxants. Once it heals up a little and you can move again the doctor should give you a list of back exercises to do to strengthen the muscles. Every day for the rest of your life. Exercises are mostly to strengthen the stomach muscles. My doctor said everything down there is connected and you strengthen the stomach muscles to help the back. Whatever, but it has worked for me for the past 5 years.

All kidding aside -I've done that twice and each time would have bet that I'd ruptured a disc or something. Laying immobile on the couch/bed for a day or so allowed the aggravated parts to calm down. Maybe a muscle relaxant/ anti-inflammatory.

Try going to you primary care and getting a referral to physical medicine. I get a combo of electronic stimulation, massage, chiro, and stretching, and exercises each session for a $25 copay...totally worth it.

The new federal government that was created also claimed immunity from lawsuits about their actions and so forth. Basically, every government has some form of immunity in order to function. What has happened though is that judges created absolute immunity for them and prosecutors and only qualified for police.
This was by judicial doctrine as a separation of powers issue where you could not use the judicial system to sue prosecutors or judges for their official acts, even if those actions were corrupt. The recourse, like to punish misbehaving officers, is the political system of impeachment and removal from office. Not sure if the state judicial systems retained that immunity in that way after the 14th Amendment revolution.

Yes and no. The stomach muscles oppose the lower back muscles, but so do the hamstrings. Strengthening the hamstrings - e.g., by running, or exercises - tends to tighten them at the expense of the lower back muscles, which are put into continuous tension as the pelvis tilts toward the hamstrings. Same thing with the stomach muscles. Opposing muscles need to be comparable in strength, or excessive strain is thrown onto the weaker set. (Think worn out shock absorbers.) Problems with plantar fasciitis? Weak calf muscles throwing onto connective tissue strain that they can't handle.
